Update: HUFT reached out to me regarding my review. They offered store credit or exchange my product. Opted for store credit And also bought few clothes for my pups. They are of good quality and my pups didn’t fight to wear them so I am assuming comfortable, convenient to pee for them in those shirts too. Their soft toys are of real good quality. My pups rough use them and still intact Carbon pee pads one of the best I have used so far. No odour whatsoever. Bad quality product. Not great after sales service. Bought a playpen for my 35 days old pups and it didn’t even last a week. Day 1 the clips started falling off. It’s into 6 pieces now. Had ordered few stuff from whatsapp and I wanted to return a product and boom no response. Atleast they could have informed me about returns or no returns. This definitely is not what we expect from a brand like heads up for tails. I’d rather order from local pet store. They would give better service (speaking on experience). I always had planned on taking them grooming and have their regular shopping here. But thanks to this experience not anymore. Step up Heads up for tails

Visited this place today (Magrath road) as tomorrow is my Pet’s first birthday. Horrible experience! I just asked the lady who was in the counter if they have any discounts especially if it’s a birthday shopping. She said, they don’t have any discounts but they give gift hamper. I was happy that they consider birthdays :) But she gave us a cookie box and said that’s the hamper lol Unbelievable. The fact is we saw a guy getting a gift hamper but looks like she refused to give the hamper to us not sure why!!!!! Probably coz we are visiting the store for the first time??? But it was a pathetic experience and embarrassing moment! THEY TELL SOMETHING AND DO SOMETHING ELSE! Very disappointing! I regret visiting this place for my little ones birthday shopping.

The best pet store in Bangalore. They have everything you need for your pet under one roof , my furbabies absolutely love their treats, toys and goodies from HUFT. I take them for spas and massages regularly and huft always seems to make me happy with their work. I can say proudly that I am very loyal huft customer and very happy with the experience and services I get. Thanks HUFT for providing the best quality stuff for all the pets . Also don't forget to meet this beautiful boy LOKI if you visit HUFT magrath, he's a heart stealer and very naughty but always up for pets and licks.

They have the best selection of treats, food, leashes, beds, toys and all other accessories you could want for your dog/cat. Trust me. I've taken care of over 50 animals in 3 different countries. I don't know why people mark this place as expensive. They carry the best brands at the best prices. I haven't tried their grooming services though. But the staff seemed very knowledgeable and you can see them grooming the dogs from the window outside. They seem to be doing a solid job. They also work with non profits to do things like adoption camps for stray animals which is awesome. ♥️

I love this organization, and I feel that the Ashoke Nagar branch has always welcomed me, and everyone who works there is very passionate about pets and always greets me with a smile. I had been here three different times. The first time I was pleased with how well they cared for my pet (my dog, Luna), the second time I was unsatisfied when I asked them to properly care for my pet without any complaints, they accepted responsibility, and the third time they cared for my pet (my dog, Luna) extremely well. I'm delighted I made the right decision.

I am really disappointed I had called few days back for dog carrier for my pet they said they will check call back didn’t hear back at all infact I was the one following up. Even wen I called Delhi Center they were sending options of carrier abs wen I told them I was looking for particular size they said will send more options it’s been a week no response. I feel it’s only good for groooming and buying pet food when you guys started off you guys were so prompt in responding etc. very disappointed with service.

Management is too slow to understand an issue when raised. Need to explain them more than 3-4 times for them to get a rough idea of what went wrong in the store. When an issue is raised please don’t expect the management to get in touch with you in a weeks time to resolve it. Instead skip going to this store. Don’t fall for all the fancy stuff you see in the store. When you ask for something, they try to replace the product with another product that’s not even used for the same purpose.

Heads up for tails is one of the best pet shops where you can get anything related to pets. The quality they provide is of top notch and they have a huge parking lot and the staffs are very friendly and are very well informed about the products and services. I bought a dress for my beagle and it's just awesome and he loves so much and it's a perfect fit. I would recommend anyone who loves pets to visit this wonderful place. Fantastic place to buy real imported stuff. They house the finest international brands of food. Superb customer service. I spoke to a person Named Brian, he was super quick and helpful. Can’t find a one stop shop for all your pet needs (Especially dogs) The products are a little on the expensive side but the quality and the customer service makes up for it hands down ! Look forward to shop regularly and thank you for making my experience worthwhile!

Take my dogs for grooming to this place on a regular basis, the staff are friendly and quite affectionate to the dogs. They do a good job of grooming the dogs and my dogs seem quite happy to go there. At the end of their grooming they get a little paper bag of doggy biscuits which they wait to eat up. If my dogs are happy then I am happy. A thumbs up for their services

Absolutely fantastic service and commitment from the team here. Despite lockdown and all the constraints, they went out of their way to source the prescription food I needed. At a time when saying no would have been easy, they said yes with a big smile and worked super hard to have my pet needs met. Lots of gratitude and respect to the whole team at this store.

Such a beautiful place and it's so bright and huge! The staff are like minded people who love furry pets and will guide you to the right products. They have an in-house spa as well which can be done with prior appointments. I just love these guys and everything they do for animals. And my pet (2 year old pug ) really loves their chicken gluten free biscuits, as we don’t cook meet at home we often shop these biscuits from them. Also the one amazing product they sell is yakies, which is made up yak milk. Yakies keep him so engaged. We love shopping from heads up for tails

Extremely pricey and they do not even care if you have adopted a dog from the street. They just want to extract as much money from you as possible. The staff keeps upselling till the time you are in the store. I have been to smaller non branded stores and they are more helpful and will give good discount on their products to encourage such adoptions.

They have got a good variety of food and toys for pets in their store. The pets that come here for grooming look so good and happy at the end. It was nice that the kitten adoption camp organized by the bangalore cat squad was at this place. The space was big, secure, and the kittens present there had ample space and toys to feel comfortable and play.

They have dog beer and dog pizza. I went to get a dress for my friends dog and they had some good options.they even had a sherwani for dogs which was so cute and hilarious. The stuffs were also a little too pricey. The dog houses and play things are available in a lot of variety. Check it out if you're looking to spend some big bucks on your dog.

The most important of all things when it comes to pet products is how fresh they are whether it's the packaged food or cat litter. I have always found heads up for tails to have fresh stock. I have visited their store and it's super clean, their online orders are quick as well and quality of products purchased in-store or online are consistent.

The best place for our pets. My Persian cat Ozzy enjoyes his grooming, this is the third time we have taken him here for a complete grooming. we bought a hoody for our pet and we were informed that the is exchange till 3 days, but when we went to exchange the product due to sizing issue the same evening, the staffs of heads up for tails denied to exchange the product and demanded extra money for the same......BEING A REGULAR CUSTOMER TO HEADS UP FOR TALES WE R HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!

Highly talented staffs. Treat very nicely and they do wash and hair cut.during groming they don't allow. You can get all kinds of pets toys, cloths, beds, verity of food items. Car parking also available. And available some Indian puppy here. You can see puppy before and after photographys. Really they do very great job. Thank you so much.

Well stocked up with pet products. The staff is very helpful. I went to buy a crate for my pet beagle and they helped me by advising how to introduce the crate to my doggy. However, some of the products are overpriced as per quality. I find that Glenand products have better quality and nominal pricing. A good visit, nonetheless!

Ordered chew treats for my dog. They sent me expired products. Luckily i figured out from the consistency of the treat, something didn’t look right. I had a hunch that maybe it has gone bad. Upon checking the packet , I confirmed the product had passed its expiry date. Please be aware & check before feeding ur pets !

Awesome place for pet needs. We had taken our pet for grooming. Very good service, they treated my pet with affection and care, which is most important for sensitive, anxious pets. Neat work, efficient staff. I am very happy and have decided to go there again the next time also for my pet's grooming and spa.

The store itself is nice, has a lot of variety and the staff is welcoming. However, the owner/manager made the visit terrible. I was asked to park my car at a particular spot, and then called asked to move it because a bigger car had to park. Seemed like such a petty thing for such a big store to do.

Place is paradise for pet lovers, all items available at one stop location. Staff are very helpful, professional and have good knowledge of products. Only flipside is it's very expensive, mostly due to presence of import items. No compromise on quality, it depends on your spend capacity.

It's literally the only place we get our dog food. They consistently stock the best brands and are extremely helpful in-store or over phone to clarify any doubts. A wide variety of toys and accessories ensures it's the most complete store for our dogs. Just brilliant!

Very friendly staff. Ground floor is shop where you can shop for your fur babies. The first floor is where grooming takes place. Well maintained If your dog ( like our Goldie) is not comfortable with steps, there is lift that can be availed by all.

Pathetic quality. This is what their HUFT original "super durable, indestructible" toy looks like after the ONE time my dog played with it. What's the point of charging a premium if your products are this bad? Complete waste of money.

HUFT has been our go-to-place ever since my darling Ares came into our lives. From the very friendly n ever helpful staff to a wide variety of pet friendly food n product . It’s always been a fun experience going there with my Ares.

This centre has some very friendly and caring staff. They take immense care in grooming our Maltese as delicately as possible. Costs are high compared to other places but it's all worth it for the kind of service they provide.
