One of the worst dining/restaurant experience of my life. That was just awful. The food was surprisingly not the most disappointing thing though. Don't get me wrong, it was awful. But it was nothing compared to the terrible service and just general lack of "professionalism". No hand washing between handling the food and money. Employees forgetting what they were doing 2-3 times and me having to tell them. Wrong cooking time used for the chicken popcorn. Employees blasting music in the back and just singing loudly while handling the food and their phone (gross). Employees just taking stuff from the drinks fridge and eating/drinking while serving you. Etc etc etc. I could go on but hopefully this is enough to convince you to not even set foot in this KFC.

They manage to screw up every-time i come here this time it wasn’t disgusting chicken. Cook can’t even make fresh french fries they gave me old reheated fries and i had to return in -20 temp to get my money back after cook refused to make me a new order so I got my money back. Unbelievable they want you to pay $7.23 for old reheated fries. Cashier lady was indifferent during the heated exchange and did not show any customer service during both order and return. Staff are imported fat people who speak no French thus the English review. I felt i was in Punjabistan not in Montréal

After all long day of errands we were starving and craving kfc . Walked up to the door with a sign saying "we are closed temporarily" but yet there were at least 6 people in there, 3 of which were not even employees. They were just sitting around and eating And ignoring the customers on the other side of the door. OH AND DID I MENTION THIS IS 2 HOURS BEFORE THEIR CLOSING TIME . I didn't get eat here but after reading such negative reviews I'm glad I didn't I would have wasted my money. Don't go here until the owner actually wants to make money and have a successful business.

The reviews couldn’t be more accurate. Service is lacking, staff is nonchalant. They also suddenly decided to stop providing dipping sauces even though they were previously included and should be included with bucket meals. They are now charging 35 cents per dipping sauce. When confronted by showing proof that these dipping sauces are usually included in the bucket meals per kfc.ca, they tell their customers that this is for online orders only… something they aren’t even signed up for as a location yet. Total scam. To be avoided at all cost

Delivery took 1h55 minutes. By the time it got here, everything was ice cold. Delivery guy didn't even have change. Edit: A year later, after 2 hours I call and am being told the delivery guy left with 10 orders that's why it's taking so long. GREAT, now my food will be cold again. Ridiculously incompetent. I left for an actual restaurant where they don't treat their customers like trash and disabled notifications on my phone. They can keep their ruined 40$ order.

Really so disappointed.I am regular customer there, and normally i am asking for my receipt for a rencompasation from my company. Last sunday, I had to wait more than 20 mins for only 4 sandwiches, and they don't provide me the receipt. when i asked for it, they said we lost it. moreover, they can not print it again, which i can not understand it . I would rather not giving them any star. but i just give them only one start to write this comment.

I don't get what everyone's complaining about. Food is good, they have better staff now, place is clean despite the high amount of clients. If it was so bad they wouldn't have 30-min-of-waiting lines of people everyday. I admit it kinda sucks that you can't order online even for pickup (from what I saw) but otherwise everything's fine. Update: Now you can order online and I have zero complaints except you can't order online after 16h it seems.

I ordered from this store (KFC on 5272 Sherbrooke road, Montreal, QC). Half the order was missing. I did not check upon receiving the order because I never thought they would be this incompetent. When I finally opened the bag and realized, I called the driver but he said he belonged to a different company and should call the store. I did but after waiting an hour on the phone, the lady said that it's my fault. Incompetent, unprofessional !!!

I arrived at 4h50 pm 2 people in front of me took over 30 min to get my order .their was no staff in the kitchen they were all in the back laughing the cashier stopped taking orders and had to go in back several times before they came and prepare orders .clients were getting very impatient some even walked out

I have just moved here and am very sad to say my local franchisee has very little respect for their customers as within the last 2 weeks I have been welcomed by a handwritten sign on the door saying something along the lines of sorry we are closed come back in an hour! 4 times actually as it has happened twice today (different signs too...) So this is obviously their way of doing business.... I am starkly disappointed.

Even one star is too much of a rating for the place. Workers with stained shirts, hats and hoodies on their head serving customers. No hair nets to be seen, one woman had long braids down to her waist, flapping around hitting food on the counters. Then the food, cold chicken, cold fries, hot coleslaw and drinks with no ice. Food inspectors need to pass by here and shut it down.

I placed an order online and waited for an hour and a half. When I called to see what's the hold up, the person who answered said she didn't have a delivery order. I asked her to wait a moment, I wanted to check the order confirmation email. She held the line for 5 seconds than she hung up on me. Complete lack of respect. I will never order from this restaurant. EVER!

Absolute disaster. Food is terrible, employees even more terrible. A bunch of black teenagers blasting music and speaking very loud. Waited 10 mins to make an order because the cashier was busy joking with his friends. No employee there is mature, they're all kids who give extra chicken pieces to their friends. Never coming back, by far the worse kfc Ive been too

I would give 0 star because of the bad customer service. I love kfc with all my heart and have given this location so many chances, with each time telling myself they'll change the crew and improve the attitude. But it's always a negative experience for every visit: slow serving time, employees arguing with each other, and misplacing order. I will never return!

its closed, Ive been there 2 years ago: Closed for water problems even tho they did not tell it to anyone because the lady at the head office was sure it was opened before I told them the situation. This week I went again in the middle of the day but it was closed I dont even know why. Dont go there before calling first or you will be wasting your time.

We ordered the Original recipe bucket which consisted of 14 pieces of hand-breaded secret recipe chicken. The chicken was crispy and well-seasonned. The meat was suprisingly not too dry. The breading was thin and lacked the flaky crunch. All-in-all, not too bad for a fast food chicken chain joint. Apparently, the chicken is Canadian farm raised.

Every single time I ordered from this place they always get the side items wrong and every time put the cold drink on top of the meal in the delivery bag so i always receive Cold food with warm drink. Not impressed.

Chicken is hot, big and not too greasy nor too dry compared to other pfk place i went to, frite was hot and crispy, probably just came out of the oil, just perfect. I ordered a 4 piece mega combo and was full and satisfied when i finished. The place could be cleaner but it's a fast food joint, dont expect 5 stars restaurant cleanliness.

It was 9h40 and the guy said to me from the window that it was closed because it was 10. If you close at 9h40 that's okay but don't advertise that you close at ten. The worst part is that he turned away 3 clients during the 5 minutes I was there. They were all mad like me that they moved from nothing It happened Saturday November 6th

Chicken sandwich was really good. Fries were also very good. One of the three drumsticks I ordered tasted weird, a little funky: probably it was stale or because of a freezer burn. The coleslaw was very gooey and slimy and tasted very bad. All in all, it was kind of sussy …

Be aware that this location does not offer any of the benefits or advantages offered through the kfc app. It doesn’t even offer the promotions included in the coupon flyer available for the province of Quebec. Not even sure why this location is even a franchise. Disappointing!

They're open for business, chicken, gravy, and fires are fresh tasting with enough seasoning. Dinning room needs a good scrub, as well as the self serving soda machine area. Don't understand why management doesn't do this themselves while service workers tend to customers...

The lady in front yelled on me because I got a valid coupon which they don't accept when asking the reason why.I asked her kindly to lower her voice, she said I can't because this her way to talk...I was surprised for her customer service & I decided to go to another KFC.

Great service from the caissière, she remembered precise orders and instructions and was managing a very busy clientele perfectly! Super delicious pieces of chicken, way better than before! One thing that hasn’t changed is the finger-licking goodness! …

Cashier(s) are friendly. The waiting time for the order is long 20-35 minutes? The floors are greasy. Tables need to be cleaned. Then washed from the grease and debris. Chicken was hot and well cooked. parking is available.

What going on with the kfc stores in montreal most of them are closing.With good reason there product is not up to quality standard like they once we're. Overcooked and dry. Personal not dedicated to there job.the list goes on..

This places has serious sanitary issues. If the bathrooms and dining area are any indication, I would imagine the kitchen your food is cooked in is just as filthy. Save your money and at least go to another KFC location.

On google they say they are open, and in real they are closed! This not new to KFC, and as many businessea here in the country, no one is really taking any responsibility to fix any problems we as clients are facing.

The service was slow. They ran out of chicken and we waited 20min. The cashier can't take more than 4 orders at the same time. Terrible !

Horrible place. Not clean at all. Employee in the back loudly complaining about coworkers and being rude with customers. This place needs the presence of authority pretty badly. Will not be going back.

This locations opening hours mean nothing, either the staff closes the machines early and won't make you anything but fries or popcorn chicken or the place is closed all together earlier than listed.

Sad place. Everybody there seems unhappy. The staff doesn't care that you are waiting for what is supposedly fast food. Even the chicken is sad because it's basically bones and fat without meat.

Bad service, unwelcoming vibe, items missing from the menu, not a single smile from staff, takes too long to prepare. I feel bad for the amazing and historical KFC brand. C'est vraiment dommage.

Their restaurant is almost always closed on Uber, they always make mistakes and take a long time even when you order when the restaurant is dead and there are barely any costumers.

Don't answer calls. Don't even try to accommodate the orders. Busy or not, you have to inform when the order takes 1hr more, big or small.

Ive had really good experiences with them since their reopening. Chicken is well cooked and crispy, gravy is good and fries are crispy.

The pieces are getting smaller, great for the waistline. Had to wait 20 minutes for the chicken to get fried up because they ran out.
