MacDonalds at 6415 Sherbrooke Est. The worst experience, the employees and the manager very rude , aggresive and any respect toward me and other clients in the restaurant, even though that they have a letters in windows and close to caisses informing about the politics in the store and asking to be respectful,cordial and not agresive at every moment cilents toward employees and also employees towards clients. But it seems that the employees and managers at this location, forgets to follow the politics. I really don't recommend this place. If you want to continuing having a good day don't go there. I least I am not coming back there... The respect and cordiality are always, ALWAYS essential under any circumstances between people, at this Mac Donald's located at 6415 Sherbrooke Est, it dosen't exist.

It’s the typical McDonalds nothing special about it i had a good experience with the cashier who was there alone that night were i went but the overall feeling and atmosphere there’s a lot of homeless people and rude people that were disrespectful to the staff i did not feel safe with my girl at the time of visiting there was a guy who clearly was on the influence of something started screaming and insulting the poor cashier I’ve worked in a McDonald’s before and i felt bad for the girl be careful when u go there during the evening/night they should really invest in some good security not just there but every McDonalds

Staff is very slow and not friendly. My order was sitting ready in the bag, so all I waited for is to take it as I wasn't sure it is mine. I had to approach and ask for my order so they could realize it was ready quite some time ago. Of course poutine wasn't hot anymore, more like warm. The lady who gave me the bag looked at me like: "Wait for you turn, sir!" In the kitchen is was chaos people running around. Customers getting mad... oohhh just a regular day at McDonald's. Buffalo Poutine was good as usual, even warm. 2 starts just for that.

We placed our order on the app, it was accepted and we hit the road. Upon arrival, we realized that the parking lot has been closed off, its inaccessible. We cannot get to the drive through by either entrance. We park in the street alongside the MULTIPLE UberEATS drivers. We wait for at least 25 minutes to then be told our order will not be fulfilled because they are only doing delivery orders and nothing else. This was very disheartening and insulting.....We will be boycotting McDonalds from now on.

They didn't get my order right which were two STRAWBERRY milkshakes. They gave me one Vanilla to he other one was Strawberry. But I have to had that their Strawberry Milkshakes are AMAZING, I buy one everyday!

Renovated place. Looks beautiful. Kept clean for now.. hope people keep it this way! They forgot my shake but got it a few seconds after. Apple pies were cold though. All the bad comments clearly never been to the McDonald's on st-michel Went at 5 a school day. cashier seemed tired of all the school kids but service was really fast!

Worst possible McDonald's in North America. Even if customers are standing around looking for seats, they will not open the second floor dining room. Service is ridiculously slow (15mins+). They prioritize drive thru and food delivery, so if you decided to dine in, you better have a lot of patience and time to waste.

Staff makes mistakes in orders. They didn't give burger to my sister. When she came to say that her burger is missed, they behaved like she is liar and theif. It's disguesting to act like that... Besides one girl from staff scratched her bare stomach and continued collecting orders!!!

I used to really like McDonald’s but not anymore.. The last two times I went there fries were soggy, burnt and has absolutely no salt. Plus, I keep ordering the spicy habanero sauce at pay 1.85$ for it but I just never receive it. I asked the lady to make sure she did put the sauce in my order and she said yes. Well….that was a lie. I’m very disappointed in McDonald’s.

Came in at the same time as another guy, got in line, then the lady at the register says she’ll serve the guy but no one else after (me) even if we were 10pm and google says they closed at 11pm today. Said it wasn’t her decision but that was that. Had an awful day and just wanted some nuggets for comfort, now I get to go home and be miserable. Thanks for nothing.

It's a McDonalds so nothing to say foodwise but service-wise.. Throughout the day there is absolutely no issue but as soon as there's nighttime, expect sluggish service and long lines.

McDonald's is getting disappointing day by day. Their soft drink machine must have been washed with done product that diluted the taste of coke. There was a vicks like smell and taste in the coke. The chicken burger was not fresh. The sauce was spread more in the box than on the burger itself. More

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We payed $40 and we asked a fillet o fish, and guess? It came WITHOUT the fish! Also, instead of normal coke, they gave us DIET! And of course, instead of chocolate sundays that we ordered, we got caramel! Unbelievable how terrible it is!!!

They never receive mobile orders. I alaways order through the mobile app, I get inside and wait like any other customers. After 13 mins of wait, I bring my phone with the order number and the staff looked surprised. She went to the manager

I mean... When it comes to McDonald's, this is quite a disappointment. I have had a lot of issues there such as uncooked fries, disrespectful staff or even an uncoordinated kitchen. I mean they are nowhere near what a McDonald's should be.

I have to say thanks guys! No really, I was having a terrible day and I was in need of comfort so I ordered like 2 of each items, by Skips, and I had prepared myself to receive a partial order or not so fresh items but NO everything was

Unreliable opening hours. Drive through only. At least have a sign that says that. Very disappointing. But maybe it was a blessing in disguise. Reading the other reviews seem that I was better off not eating food from this restaurant.

Advertises as closing at 11 pm, doors locked with people dining inside at 9 pm on a Friday night. Happens all the time. Don't give me the lack of employee excuse there were 5 ppl chatting by the counter.

Ok legit went to go to the drive through and waited 10 minutes and not a single car moved while the line was all the way to the street. Don’t know what goes on in there, but they gotta get it together
