Not recommended! I've tried it (at least 3 times) all various options (automatic wash only) between $17-$21. It's not only about the price but it doesn't clean the car and you have to hand wash it again. The $17 option doesn't even bother to use air pressure to dry off (the more expensive one does air pressure but still leave the car with loads of water stains)! No supervision, no quality control! waste of money and time! --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Response to the owner's response (5 days ago): Dear owner, Your response doesn't look like a genuine reaction to an unhappy customer! please note the following: 1. I've tried your service at least twice, prior to lock down (within past 3 years)(don't just tell me there is no supervision because we are in lock down!!!!!!!!!!!!). 2. The only reason I kept using your service was because it's the closest auto wash to my house! 3. Nothing has changed (improved) since 3 years ago (my first experience)! 4. As I said I've tried all different levels (Auto wash ONLY) and my experience is based on all different times (please don't fool customers by reminding them to use the ultimate wash) I don't care about $4 extra as I've even wasted ($17.20) and my half an hour time in the queue! 5. If I wanted to use prep brushes n soap, I wouldn't have wasted the money and time on Auto wash (!) seriously prep brush n soap for Auto wash?! 6. Whoever wants to make effort, use coins on the self service but when you choose to spend ($17-21) for a 5-minute auto wash, expect something different (and not free prep brush n soap!!!!). I'm hoping my review assist other customers to have second thought prior to using your AUTO WASH which lead to improving your service and upgrading your equipments, instead of non logical excuses. Really disappointing experience, I came to the carwash on a Sunday (26/2/2023) and there would have been no more than 4 cars in the car wash I pulled up to the vacuum and wanted to quickly wipe the dust off my dash (would have taken no more than 30 seconds) before I started vacuuming. I was interrupted before I could even start by one of the staff and told I needed to hurry up and get the vacuuming done so the other cars could get through. (There were no other cars lined up, at all). I asked what line up of cars he was referring to and he said “just incase more come” and that if I want to wipe my dash I should “do it at home” as if I didn’t come to a car wash to clean my car. I also had every intention of paying for the vacuum and then paying to wash my car straight away afterwards and if he had of been more respectful instead of trying to talk over me to make smart comments I would have told him that. I then said to him “No worries I think I’ll just do it all at home rather than come here” to which he replied “no worries” which made it very clear that he had absolutely no regard for customers of the business at all.

Husband's $20 note was stuck in the note change machine last Saturday 10 Oct '20. It was visible but could not get it out. Called the number listed on Google 38799091 four times just before 5pm & left 2 x messages however no one called back. We went back to try & get the money out later in the night to no avail. Only managed to go back today (Friday 16 Oct '20) only to deal with a rude attendant that pleaded only $5 was stuck in the machine & he continued to give excuses. Would not listen. Please provide a contact no. so I can discuss with the owner. I know its only $20 however it is a matter of principle. Why is there no sign on the wall as it seems by the conversation with the attendant, notes are jammed in the machine frequently. Can you please provide a contact so we can have an explanation & get our money back. We have been regular users of this carwash for years with no problems. Please respond.

My sister and I have been to this car wash multiple times in the past and have never had a problem until this afternoon 2/5/2023 around 3:30pm. The worker did not greet us but instead shot us unwelcoming looks. After gathering together a few pieces of rubbish to put into the bins placed next to the vacuums, the worker rudely stormed over and cussed at us both. He told us we weren’t allowed to put rubbish in the bins. If this is the case, why are the bins there then? For decoration? He snatched the rubbish from my hands and continued to cuss at my sister and I, leaving no room for us to try and resolve the problem he had with us. We left without hesitation. This horrible worker needs to go. He is disgusting and needs to be taught how to use his manners and approach situations in a calm and respectful manner. Hope he gets the help he needs.

$1 only gives 55s, the other place I usually go gives you 1 min 15s. The first 20s is whatever the left in the tube from last wash(usually water), so that’s 35c down the drain. Pre-soak is really thin. I did not expect it gives a huge layer foam, but there was pretty much no foam at all. Soap water is not as effective as the one at the other place I use. It did not remove the bird drop on my car, there was still some stain left. Only 3 bays, so it’s very busy, and you don’t get chance to do a thorough job. Overall, it’s not really worth it, unless you happen to be around and need a quick wash. Edit: Wow, just stating some facts, now the owner is involving my mom into this conversation? That’s a cheap shot. LOL.

Did the drive through Sunday afternoon. Didn't have to wait which was great. The wash itself is well below average. Even the tyres still have easy to remove dirt on them. My bonnet isn't clean either. Also, the wash didn't dry my car. Aside from the obvious reasons why you would want it to dry the vehicle, it's kind of dangerous as my side windows had poor visibility due to how much water/wax was left on them. I won't be a return customer.

My partner was yelled at by the owner saying "thanks for using our service but next time we're are not a dump" while spitting and yelling in her face. for putting a small mcdonalds bag and some small wrappers and a bottle in one of the bins and as we were going somewhere we didn't wash the car this time. Mind you my partner wash our 3 cars here regularly. Safe to say won't be going there anymore.

Place has gone downhill bad with new owners. Hardly ever attended, vacumns always full or not working at all, empty vending machines, shorter time for your money, diluted and non soapy water through the washes. Absolute rip off of a place. Better off going elsewhere. Was so much better if not the best car wash before new owners took offer and changed it all trying to make more dollars

Seems more expensive than other washes. Only got 1.30 for $2 where I usually find most washes at $1 per min. Good that they have tap and pay facilities though. However if someone is vacuuming their vehicle then you can't access the wash facilities in front as they are blocked. It is a small area and maybe could do without the vacuum station due to the lack of space for vehicles

Wow I feel like I was just scammed out of $20. I thought I would surprise the missus by washing her car in the automated car wash. All it did was wet the car basically and at best washed some dust off it. The dirty marks are still on the car. I would not recommend the automatic car wash to anyone unless their car is already clean.

Servicing was good and competitively priced but communication could be better in my opinion. Told me that they will get me a quote for replacing a clutch in the next few days but after weeks of following up and being ghosted, have been told that they can’t find an aftermarket brand and haven’t contacted the dealer either

I use this place a lot. It's very convenient now that it's paid by card. The only thing is that it does need an attendant to clean it up a bit and empty the bins. Often, the bins are overflowing, and there is rubbish lying around. The customers should put all their rubbish in the bins, but they don't, unfortunately.

Friendly service from a qualified engineer who will service your car to factory specifications, but also perform any modifications or engineering work required. I highly recommend this business to everyone.

The dollar per minute rate is higher than other places. The pause function stops the washing mode but does nothing to stop the timer. The tire clean wash mode doesn't work for one of the wash bays. I have come here several times (purely due to its convenient location), yet this issue has still not been fixed.

Nice place to wash your car by your own. It accepts only $1 $2 and cards only. When you pay using card it will be charged with $4 and it give 3.40 minutes time to clean up your car which is very less time. Before me a person inserted 50cents coin and got jammed inside there is no only to monitor the bays.

A small carwash shop. Only 3 car can washed at the same time. In busy time there are waiting for about 20 minutes. Cars need to cross vacuum station first before they get to washing bay. It has EFTPOS paywave paywave system, which is very convenient. However there is no toilets which might helpful.

Picked the most expensive carwash. Worked okay I suppose. Cleared off 90% of the dirt from my car, but it is ceramic coated. Blow drying did only okay because I had window shades. I like that i don't have to worry about the carwash damaging my paint as it is a touchless wash.

Overpriced. Thought I'd try this place out seeing as I live nearby and one half of the car didn't even get cleaned as I was watching the machines working there were several nozzles seemingly blocked. Explains why I had to clean my bloody car when I got home.

Open 24/7. Vacuum is good but too close to manual wash stations. Autowash regardless of the package you use always leaves the car body & screens dripping - sometimes with residue - and needing to hand dry & finish unless you don't mind the watermarks.

Poor quality wash. The front of the car looks clean but the sides and the rear look like they haven't been washed at all. The rear window is still covered in dust. See photos of the sides - my fingers left traces in the dirt. Waste of $24.

Waited 5 mins after the timer started on self serve for the tyre shine to even come thru. I was getting nothing but air! No bubbles when using the brush was only water coming thru. I will never come here again

Went in there today at around 6 40 with my and she had to pay $24 just for the machine to not start. We read through the instructions multiple times but it still didn’t start. $24 gone.

Take PayWave for the self serve car wash but $4.20 for just over 3 minutes and the beep is very loud when you are standing beside it. Have to have cash or coins to use the vacuums.

The prices are slightly more compared to the other touchless car wash. Even I choose the deluxe wash which includes blow dry, still multiple water spots noted throughout the body.

Very helpful. Car is spotless, on the outside. I only did the drive through wash. The guy even cleaned my tyre rims. Very happy, I definitely recommend. Ill be back

Easy car wash, coin or card. Wheel brushes on hand for the rims. The owner is usually about keeping an eye on things & is very cheerful. Always drive out gleaming.

A great touch free car wash, with very powerful window cleaning and nice finish. Not so great with cleaning wheels but I'm yet to find an auto carwash that is.
