Very disappointing to visit the store and been greeted with "just letting you know we close in 7min." I ended only buying 2 items due not having the Sizing in the third one and sadly did not managed no buy a pair of chinos due the rush of the store being closing in 7min.. nor coming back and probably not buying anymore if it's not on line. I'm not used to leave a comment like this, but it's honestly disappointing.. customer service define a brand and promote loyalty.. no reason to buy in a store with that kind of experience. I hope this help you guys to revisit your customer service standards.

Terribly laid out store. Claustrophobic and like a maze. Very dark and the racks are a total trip hazard. Compared to the other stores in Rundle place it misses the mark. Place was filled with boxes and staff only acknowledged me once I had grabbed everything wanted and was heading to the fitting room.

The team at Rundle Mall shop is great, but my experience with the clothes sizing has been quite disappointing. I am a frequent customer and the last clothes I tried to buy I had to change and try different sizes. Also some don’t fit 8 neither 10, being one too small and the other too big.

Very bad experience! I was misled by the girl who work there. When I had asked if I could refund she was like Yeaa and u can get 6 months credit notes but when the day after I went there to refund she was like nooo you can only exchange or get 6 months credit note. very disappointed!

Oxford has been my go to for business and smart causal attire for years. Unfortunately the burnside store has closed down, but I’ve found the city store equally good, and the customer service is excellent. They are constantly having sales, in which you can pick up many bargains.

Upmarket clothing store catering for both men and women! Everything you could want in the latest fashions,designs and colours! Lots of quality merchandise at affordable prices! Have lots of discounted and sale items and worth visiting 7days a week!

Shopping for clothes is not my husband's favourite thing to do, but the necessity of needing a new shirt for our daughter's wedding gave him no choice. Leaving with the shirt and two pair of pants my husband said "that was easy". Thank you
