It used to be one of my favourite shops, but I was treated so badly recently. I probably won’t come here again. Like ever. I won’t recommend this shop to anyone. So, long story short: I made my purchase and checked the receipt straight away and there was no screen to see the prices while scanning. The prices were different from the tag ones. I came back to mention it. A register girl sent me to the end of the queue which was around 10 people. I wasted about half an hour of my time because of that. When I eventually reached the register and complained about that, this lady(Johanna) showered me with her speech, accusing me being rude and she became very angry. Honestly, she behaved highly inappropriately. That incident ruined my day, making me so upset. Really poor customer service. Avoid this shop to prevent your frustration, dear shoppers!

I have been ripped off twice by this store. My item was punched twice. The first time I thought it was a mistake so I let it go and the store is too far from my house. It happened again today so I don't think it's a mistake anymore! I didn't have time to check my receipt because my baby was already unsettled so I had to hurry. This is so disappointing. This is Australia. I can't believe it's happening here. We are working for our hard earned money as well and you are just ripping us off!!!

Absolutely freezing shop. Everyone inside was complaining about how cold it is. I told the staff, they said they called the service desk to ask to put temperature down. So i called the desk and they did not recieve any calls unless from me.Thursday night at 7pm on the 18th of Jan 2004. It was so uncomfortable shopping while freezing.

I had the worst experience, one of the personnel working there was just saying rude to me just because I took one of the dresses from between the other dresses to look at it and I just put it back, she was just saying rude out loud to me as if I was stupid, I just left asap as I could not stand her rudeness.

Not a great experience here last week. Store is big but there were no staff at the counter at all when we went to pay, and when 2 of them showed up after a while of waiting, there was no apology and the girl openly *swore* in front of my kid while talking to the other staff member. Not appropriate my dudes.

Most appoling service ever. They realy got their priorities twisted. Store attendants are more focused about the store than the customers. Kids store but patrents pay!! Cotton used to be my fav store really. Wednesday 1400 hrs on 19 sep 2018. Please train your staff

This is a good sized store but at the time we were there it seemed to have mostly short tops which show your belly and that is not what the wife wants. Pity.

Went looking for some Jim jams, had hardly any. Was a little disappointing as only a month or so before they had a whole lot! Great place to shop though.

Best service today at 1145am by Isabella. My daughter left her phone on the counter and she ran out of the store to find us to return it. Thank you.
