Came in to buy a brush for my pet a couple weeks ago.. the lady was serving someone already and talking a lot.. she looked at us but never acknowledged myself or my sister just kept talking to the other customer. We waited. A man was also behind the counter so clearly works there.. he also ignored us! We made eye contact and he just stared at me until I was so uncomfortable that I left. Never said hello, goodbye, may I help you? I’m a black woman by the way. Terrible service.

My partner and I walked into this store, very cute by the way... BUT I have never meet a ruder store owner in my life. We were happy to spend but she was closing in ten minutes and made us very aware of this, just ignored us and looked at us like we were peasants... You would think being that little bit older there would be kindness but just dollar signs in thier eyes... #dontbother

Staff at Olly & Rita's are friendly, efficient and helpful. I really like shopping here. I'll be back.
