Often way too busy at the most convenient hours. If you work in the area don't expect to get much shopping done on a break. Overall it has a good selection with good prices, but other Old Navy locations are better (LaSalle and Pointe Claire) in terms of speed, clutter, and employee attitude. Recently went and I thought boxers were 50% off, turned out it was buy one and get another 50% off, but when I asked at the cash they told me there were no deals on boxers at all. I would have spent more money to get the deal had they told me about the actual promotion.

Sometimes, it is good to walk in, you might be find a best price ever. Yesterday, I bought my boyfriend a boxer 3,97$, another of 2times before I found 1,97$ for a boxer. Compare with the others location, this one have more cheaper prices. On the other hand, you can find a better price on website sometime. Its mean, some times the price at the store is better than website and opposite. Your shopping will be easier at Old Navy. One more secret, I often go there and spend less than 20$ each weeks for my shopping. My friends were so surprised about that

This used to be one of my top places to shop for my sons clothing and now the baby boy section is hardly there. It’s disappointing. I went in this weekend and they didn’t even have baby boy shoes. It was literally just flip flops and a couple flats. What’s up with that? Why was the baby boy section downsized so drastically? The selection is obviously better online, but the whole point of going in store was for the experience and to get out of the house. Not a good place for baby boy clothing any more, unfortunately

Great casual style at a great price. Whether it's summer clothes for the kids (who outgrow in two months) or for parents who might also outgrow their clothes quickly ;) lots of clothes can be bought for little money especially when sales come around (and there's almost always something on sale). Giving them your email address leads room lots of promotional codes which leads to even more savings.

Iffy prices, some things were a great value (ex: bogo pants) but then I found so many things that were in the clearance section with then price tag sneakily covered by Sales Tags of the original price :s The selection was limited on men's basics sizes and the store was a bit hard to navigate. There was a lot of choices for women's wear but again lots of false "sale" stickers like in the picture.

Shipping online and then going in store feels like you're shipping at two totally different brands. the selection in store is terrible not just of products but sizes too. It's a huge store but I've only ever seen 2 or 3 employees at a time and they're never especially helpful. The previous location had a much better layout and vibe and the staff there was great

I would put 4 or 5 stars for the price and quality of the clothes but Old Navy disappointed me with their return policy! I ordered men's tight through online. It cost 22 CAD including 9 CAD for shipping charge. I did not like that product and returned at a store. They gave me the refund for the product and I realized I spent 9 CAD for no reason!!!

This store is so big and got lot of collections and have choices to select and awesome deals plus the customer service here is very good. They are very helpful and the In-chagre for fitting rooms allows you to try 10clothes at a time. That's a good thing where other clothing stores don't have. Happy shopping with worthy deals.

Place has really lost its ways. Outdated looks terrible merchandising and innacurate pricing and the poor team working there was so over ot that they even empathize with the lackluster display and choice. Left buying nothing as where i used to always leave bags full. What a let down.

One of the best clothing shoap in downtown Montreal. It has all type of clothe and it provides many offer and discounts over the year but it not has wide variety of shirts it only has limited number of pattern. Sweater is one of the best products of old navy.

The cheapest brand in the trilogy "Old Navy/ Gap/ Banana Republic" (all owned by the same company). Old Navy has nonetheless a wider choice of items, cheaper prices of course, and also frequently has discounted prices. A very good resource for casual clothes.

Not a pretty place and have very few personal to help you find your way, but the prices are unbeatable. Got some children clothes for less than a dollar. If you have time to browse and search for the right one, you can make some awesome deals here

Nice place. It's big enough. I tend to go there much later than the busy times, so i like that they just let us stroll into the changing room without counting your clothes and just put out the ones you dont want. I kinda wish they had carts..

Love shopping here! Only downside; when it comes to paying, they always have to ask for your e-mail and their e-mail system generates an extreme amount of spam. Even when you unsubscribe they still manage to spam your "Spam Folder". -_-'

I went the old navy store first time with my friends. I loved their collection and they have lots of offers. Specially you will get pure cotton dresses here. The staff is helpful. You must help this review before visiting.

Large store, 12 changing rooms, and they do offer curbside pickup and in store pickup for online orders. Selection is amazing and there is washrooms and a water fountain in the store and right outside in the mall.

Great customer service, I was served by Amanda. She was super helpful with my sizing, took her time to find me the perfect fit and was very professional! Definitely one of the best old navy’s I have shopped at.

Sale and clearance prices are dirt cheap - I purchased a jacket for $16.99 that was regularly priced at $64.99. Tall and petite sizes are sold, which unfortunately is a rarity amongst major retailers.

I love finding geek shirts at this store. I also found shirts for my kid. Unfortunately, they do not have a wide variety under 1 year old. I did find a few shirts that I hope he will grow into.

Lots of sales. Wide variety of vlothing for tje whole family, from babies to adults. Shoes for women and jewelry. Only minus, always a line at the cash. Don't go during lunch hour!!!

This is not your everyday shopping store, this is a borred walking around in the Mall. I would say good for staying at home or going to the beach clothes, after that, forget it...

One of the nicer and cleaner Old Navy's I've been to. Wait lines are rather long and staff is over whelmed. Definitely need more employees to manage such a big and popular store.

I liked the prices. The discount but some of the items are old and others are just an average. Don't recommend completely to visit the store unless if it's for baby clothing.

WoW… this is one of my most favourite shopping places in Montreal for cloths. Cheap prices and very good quality cloths. The location is super nice in the Eaton Centre.

There's a lot of renovation work right now (Spring 2019). Make a left when leaving the store if you're headed downstairs. You'll have to turn back around otherwise.

In the Salle d'essayage if you do not have the right size the employee would go n get the size for you. The employee was not helpful unless policy has changed.

Old Navy is the clothing store that has quality and quantity. The prices are reasonable. It has men's, women's, and children's clothes of all sizes.

Found everything I was looking for. As a plus size person I found a lot of choices in the short section and there were a lot of good basic shirts!

It's old. It's navy. I love pixie pants so I end up here one or two times a month for lobster patterned pants or shorts with pretzels on them.

Always able to fund cheap jeans, they will bleed for a while though. They don't carry much selection for sizes in children uniform pants.

Lots of good deals. But I don't like the way the shoes are displayed. The shoes are on the bottom of the shelves and hard to get to.
