Worst customer service!! I had purchased a dress some time back. The store forgot to remove the security tag and I also did not notice it. Recently i needed to wear the dress and found that the tag was still there. Went to the H&M store at St. Catherine in Montreal, Quebec and told my concern to the manager also informing that I did not have the receipt anymore. The manager kept telling me she can't do anything without the receipt. I gave her all the details of my purchase, card my bank statement listing my transaction. She would just not even listen and downright ignored me saying she won't help without a receipt and asked me to call customer care I then called the customer service told my concern, the entire story and they would just put me on hold or disconnect the call this happened 3 times. The fourth time customer care personnel asked me to put the store manager on line to which the manager totally refused, saying again and again that without the receipt she can't do anything! And obviously after sometime the customer service call got disconnected. H&M should understand that not every customer is going to keep the receipt carefully and they should have an option to look up the transaction by some other way at the store. I felt embarrassed and upset in front of everyone. Literally wanted to either burn the dress or discard it!!

I am a regular customer at this location, but they definitely need to adapt their return policy during this period. I went today to purchase items over there and i was told that due to Covid19, trying clothes is not permitted (understandable). When i went to the cashier, i asked about return policy and told that i have 30 days in store exchange but no refund (items on sale). You certainly don't expect me as Customer to buy items knowing that i can only try them at home and if not satisfied, i can only have exchange but not refund. I canceled my purchase.

i was there for change my shoes i brought at saint-catherine store, they are too large. but i have discovered that another pair of shoes i had brought in saint-catherien store was selling its original price 69.99$ here but i got them by 29.99. another suit blazer was selling 39.99$ at saint-cathrien store as well but in here is 89.99$, i just got confused. hm is a chain store right, why there are difference pricing in same item. so i really suggest you guys go shopping at sait-catherine, there are more better prices.

The worst customer service everRude employee,rude manager!!! They don’t even know the basic politics of dealing and behaving with clients.I like this brand,but unfortunately this branch has some unprofessional staff.So disappointing!!!! …

Absolutely horrible staff. There was a staff member, Renessa, who refused to serve us after we had waited in line twice. Then, when we tried to get served by another staff member, she said that we needed to be served by her and should wait. Weird gaslighting

Lost my sunglasses here, the manager said they didn't find anything! I didn't trust her cause she didn't even check! Asked the cashier, she went in the back and checked and brought one which was mine!!! This 5 star is for the cashier, I wish I knew her name

The workers are so mean , came to get something quick and told me it’s closed when i had 5 min left , so if you don’t close at 6 just update your page to 5:50 so people don’t come , or just close at the time marked , 5 min wont change the

Bought a lot of stuff over there, very good prices when on sale and good return policies. Cheap material and their shirts and suits are made of polyester and it makes you sweat.

It's OK overall. Sometimes a bit busy... not great selection for men at all, usually finding myself having to shop online after visiting there

Lot of ladies variety. not much for men/kids. 70% sale section too is quite small as compared to that in some other countries I have been to

H&M. I've shopped there once or twice. For me the quality isn't there. You can get some decent shirts for a good price. I guess.

Place is only good to buy cheap tshirts other than that the staff they hire have no manners. Clothes are cheap and low quality
