This is the Old Navy factory outlet store. We generally buy everything from the clearance section here it's very cheap and at a discounted price. Make sure to always get the Old Navy Cash called a super cash coupon each time and then use it the next time. This way you are saving more. The stuff yet is friendly and very helpful.

The reason I’m giving Old Navy 5 stars. Because the customer service is nice. I’ve read reviews from other customers that felt mistreated by Old Navy employees is not right. I would be careful what you say on Google rating a store like Old Navy. Never amuse an employee is Hispanic or Latino(a). It could reflect badly.

This visit was more then a delight, it was awesome. They helped me with sizing, fitting room, and checkout. The staff was super friendly and offered assistance at every turn. I will definitely shop here again. I would highly recommend a visit to this store to my best friend! BIG five stars!!

A clean well organized store. They are almost always on sale, and on top have additional discounts (if you don't see them just ask what coupons they have at the checkout). Lines here are usually shorter than Gap thats just across. Staff are happy to help.

It's Christmas time. Lots of good deals for semi late shopping. The lines were long and slow with only 2 people working the register, but I saw atleast 4 other workers just folding clothes and walking around. Also, why... if the sign says

Pretty much what you'd expect from an Old Navy spot but with more XXL sizes than I'm used to which I appreciate. Although I encountered very little floor staff during the busy holiday. The staff working the registers were very friendly.

It was easier to pickup. One of my items wasn't present at Westgate, so they gave me coupon code order online and deliver it for free. But when I had to wait for a while at the online order pickup station for the associate to help me.
