Wanted to buy a monitor . Waited for 15 minutes for help in getting one and was ignored by staff . You used to get mobbed by staff here but the are way too busy to offer assistance . It's my local store where I have shopped many times before . So disappointed . The staff need to observe customers and offer assistance .

My printing experience at prospect officeworks was amazing. The staff were very patient with us and very understanding. They quickly got the job started and were OK with the dead lines we had to meet. Overall, I'm very happy with the customer service, the quality of work and the speed at which it was delivered.

Staff are helpful and know the products. Stock and variety is good in this store. The printing services and the photos are good quality for a fair price. Returns are done with ease, had to return a table because of some issues with manufacturers packaging. The staff made the transaction so easy and stress free.
