Hit and miss unfortunately. They really do need to lift their phone game, its a big drive for some people and to call ahead to ensure stock is recommended yet they rarely answer their phones unless you sit there with redial on for a good half hour+. Theres been a few too many times I've asked for assistance and they can't tell me much themselves (e.g. difference in products or which is the $2 folder and which is the $5 folder if theyve fallen over on the shelf) or don't even know what product I'm on about even with their website up with a picture. When I grab things on clearance countless times things have scanned at full price still and for each item I have to walk the team member to the place which isnt a huge deal but when you go a bit crazy on clearances it adds up time fast (not to mention grumpy customers behind me). I wonder how many people have walked out and not realised they were charged full price? Really is something they need to ensure is done on the computer before advertising it as clearance price or perhaps put a easy peel sticker on it so when it comes off the product isnt damaged. Their printers seem to always have issues and teams dont know what to do so ive witnessed numerous people half way through a job be asked to wait for another printer then they move and 10 minutes later it does what it was asked and deducts the money from their officeworks printing card. Thats gotta be a pain. Thankfully I havent been affected yet. But some days, straight in, great, straight out. A lot of the issues arent the team members faults directly but a bit of knowledge and product training would go a long way.

Came into the store to print off a couple of important pages, I logged into their old computer that had not been cleaned in years with dead flies around the keyboard. I logged into my gmail account and tried to print off pages but was unable due to some security system, which was odd for the printing sector. I proceed to the line where I waited ten minutes for the lady to proceed to tell me that you have to email the documents from the display computers. I came back into the line where I was 2nd in line. Another 20 minutes went by until I was served, meanwhile in that 20 minutes, the lady stated to the customer in front of me that she had to go home as she was finished. The time was 2:01, it was busy, she could of stayed for that extra few minutes to help out everyone waiting but she did not. The other lady working behind the counter called for assistant, it took ten minutes for anyone to come, and there was about two to three staff members at the door putting out balloons instead. I finally got served, only to be told that the attachments were not there, which they were there but the lady did not check the other email. I went to do it again on my phone, she proceeded with the next customer. I walked out as I did want to wait another half and hour for employees that could not help me print off a few pages. Stay away

Listen, all I wanted is to make a photo album. Arrived with high hopes of being in and out with my photos in hand…..how naive of me. We first tried out the self-service printing which seemed to work well until it printed blank pieces of paper. What seemed to be the only capable employee there saw that we had and issue and told us not to worry as she is sending our order to the back for printing which should work fine. All good. After 10mins of waiting I stood by the desk to kindly ask how long it would be as I was in a rush. Proceeded to stand there for another 15mins (not exaggerating) while the 3 girls behind the counter avoided eye contact with me like I was the plague. Finally one of them asked what I was waiting for and when I told her she said that the printer was jammed for the last 20mins. I get they have things to do and that it’s kind of out of their control but they could have told me this at the start and I would have just left and come back instead of standing there like a stunned mullet. Also would have thought a Nationwide store, especially one that has a dedicated printing service would have processes in place to fix a jammed printer. Sad. Ps : telling a customer to “just come back” just adds insult to injury.

Not a pleasant experience with click & Collect. It took them 4 days to provide whiteboard markers. Not only this, in general, when you order online they split your order into items and flood your email with messages updating you about each item separately. When they call you to explain they answer your questions by referring you to 1300 number where you can complain. Also, they start sending you marketing emails that you haven't ticked any box asking for it, unless they conceal those consent boxes somewhere on the website. It is frustrating when you get separate invoices for each item. Confusing also when they email you the invoice a day or two before the item is ready. You will need to read their emails, follow items separately, delete marketing emails and certainly unsubscribe, and get a call from the store staff to let you that it was not their fault. Officeworks, it is our fault because we gave you the chance to monopolise the market. Consider this as a typed phonecall to your 1300 number, as requested.

As a regular shopper at Officeworks, I was very disappointed with the assistance I have received when I had a faulty product. The initial interaction with the team member was perfect. When the store manager arrived, she was more interested to throw the rule book at me rather than understanding the issue and circumstances around it. Even though it was genuinely faulty which established by the team member and under warranty. I left the store and contacted their support office. After checking the receipt number the support team member was puzzled why this wasn't sorted in the store. He offered a replacement straight away and also got the area manager to follow up. It may be a store-specific issue at Croydon, nonetheless, it was not a pleasant experience. If I had to buy the same product again, so something similar, I would probably try Big W or JB.

I was looking for a particular item that the website stated was available at officeworks.. I searched the area I thought it would be stocked in but could not see it... The store had lots of workers on the floor but try and get the attention of any of them one guy even picking up that I wanted attention diverting down another aisle avoiding having to deal with me...I then distracted a worker in a store area he attempted to help, asked me to show him the product on the website while I was searching he stated he had a phone call to attend to, I thought that was fine while I was searching, my bad as he disappeared to never return, I understand that stocking shelves and dealing with deliveries is important but I believe customer service should be priority... Outcome was great for me as I found the item elsewhere and at a much cheaper price

Massively understaffed. 16 minutes and counting, waiting for someone to at least answer my phone call. Had one staff member pick up about 9 minutes ago, transfer me to Print n Copy where it rang out until I was hung up on.¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Now I'm just continuously re-dialling to make sure everyone's OK and not in the middle of robbery. Once you're in the store they're pretty good. It's not the staff's fault. Officeworks just needs to pay for more employees. ..Up to 22 minutes now. Typing this review has really helped pass the time. EDIT: wrote the above review months ago. Thought I'd write this edit while waiting in the printing queue. 10 minutes so far with only 2 people in front of me. The staff are usually lovely, they just need more of them. But where else am I going to my printing done at this price?

  • Benjamin Salfischberger

Asked the attendant which iPhone do they have in stock (to buy and take home on the spot) they told me yea it’s it’s in stock & they took my money , then they completely flipped and told me it’s not in stock and I’ll have to now wait. (Defeated the purpose why I went there in the first place ) ok, then went to collect the phone a few days later , due to covid I followed the signs for where to pickup - which was at the rear door. I waited for attendant who walked up and rudely asked me if “I read the signs” to pickup … are you kidding , why was I waiting there to begin with ???I was on foot and not in a car , All I wanted was to collect my phone. So pedestrians can’t collect items at the door ??? Not going back there again. What’s wrong with these people !

After lodging my photos to be printed I spent time browsing the store and found it great. I then picked up my photos and left only to find a few hours later I had lost the house keys "somewhere". I rung around to the businesses I had been to ask if anyone had handed in keys. The lad at Officeworks said he would check and took my phone no. He rang back 5 mins later to say they had been found. As I was house-sitting and they were the only keys I was extremely appreciative that he had "actioned" my dilemma. We live near the Barossa Valley and today are planning to go to the beach. On the way we also plan to visit Officeworks @ Croydon to make more purchases as great service should be rewarded - "what goes around comes around" is my motto! :) :)

Literally went in to buy a phone. Knew exactly what I wanted and needed it that day. Asked for a price match and the guy kept looking at his watch as if to hint that he wanted to be on his break or go home? He then started saying "why don't you drive down to the other Office Works stores 15 mins away, they have live displays and they can do a price match for you. You can have a better look at the phone there". I told him that this is the one I wanted but he was being all weird and then kept telling me to go to the other store??? SO I DID! I went to JB-Hi-Fi that day. Bought the phone, did a price match to office works price, even changed my provider and was treated with the best customer service I have ever experienced! What a contrast.

  • Naomi Robinson

Great store, very helpful staff. There is so much to purchase in the store or on line. Office furniture for adults and kids. There are many choices of desks and desk chairs to mobile phones, children's games and puzzles to paint-by-numbers kits. You'll find so many choices of paints, oil crayons and charcoal for the experienced or budding artists as well as canvases, beautiful paper to paint and sketch on also craft paper. The list is endless. Photocopying can be done by the staff for you at a pretty good price. At the entrance to the store are several large cardboard 'bins' for recycle material such as mobile phones, used batteries and old computers and computer parts. Officeworks on Port Road Croydon is definitely worth a visit.

Worst Officeworks print shop service in Adelaide - try a different store. Three waiting customers were totally ignored with no acknowledgement whatsoever by staff serving customers for 10-20min. Saw 2 obviously dissatisfied customers leaving after being served. Staff served waiting customers out of order, ignoring advice others had been waiting ages, instead saying to go join the queue at another counter (not signed) and keep waiting. My second and final poor experience at this branch (poor service and stock unavailability a year ago). Walked out after complaining to the floor manager (who attended promptly on request and apologised) and got my printing done elsewhere with more customers within minutes.

  • amigo apps

Had a great experience with a very helpful staff member. Then tried to get the same service a month later only to get shut down by lazy unhelpful staff that wouldn't even attempt to look at the layout. Then I rang to address the issues I had only to be told that the person that helped shouldn't have as office works would prefer this because as a printing company they don't help with layout . The manager and the unhelpful staff are obviously besties and she would rather punish the helpful than make her friend learn help too. Complained to head office was supposed to get a call from a real manager failed at this also. Grats on hiring duds to manage and help you on your downward spiral of customer service

  • Prabhpreet Singh

Terrible handling of consumer. Unlucky enough I forgot one of my important documents and tried to retrieve it the following day. THe manager was extremely dismissive and would try every excuse under the sun to not look into the matter. I was told the said document as not recovered and I would be contacted if ever found. Took me days of calling them to follow up thankfully was recovered by a lovely staff member. Same day call to collect and got told off BY THE SAME MANAGER. Literally had to tell him that YOUR STAFF HAS CONFIRMED it being there and only then the manager looked into it. Terrible handling on the managers end. I hate you mate you know who you are

  • Dustin Lu

Better hope and pray your electronic devices don't incur issues as they are rude, ignorant and arrogant and go out of their way not to try and assist even if item is still under warranty. I had a lenovo tablet which heated up and cracked the screen while charging and the staff member kept insinuating that I dropped it even with a tempered glass screen protector which is tough as nails. When the LCD and motherboard don't work it's an internal issue too and not just a physical one. Won't be coming back to this branch which is disappointing as other branches have been good to deal with so far. I bow in respect and practice martial arts for peace and harmony.

I bought a brand new $1200 laptop from this place, after unboxing the box and checking the laptop I found out that the usb port was broken. When I took it back to the store for it to be fixed, they took the laptop for two months. After two month I went to collect the laptop they hadn’t fixed it and beside that they were asking for $500 in order for them to fix the laptop that they had given to me broken. They refused to refund me or give me another laptop even though the laptop has two year warranty. Now I am stuck with the broken laptop. The customer service was terrible, They were not helpful at all, I would not recommend anyone to buy from this store.

  • Milly Losasso

Went in early this arvo to get some stuff printed for work. When I arrived I saw they had a sign saying some things would be delayed because new printers were being installed. Was asked what I needed printed and the guy working told me it was all good to get my stuff printed. When I got to the front of the line. I was helped by a lovely girl, Jasmine I think her name was, and she was super sweet and helped me out!! I thought I’d have to come by later in the day to pick up my stuff but was told it would take 15 minutes - brilliant!! Couldn’t be happier with the result and the customer service was top notch :)

  • Lauren Christensen

I got to the store to print photos. The machine was so slow and made the process take close to an hour. Then when I when to print them at the self service the barcode didn’t print out so I had to go to the counter. Then when I went to the counter they said it would take longer then ten minutes and the store had to close. Then I had to come back in the morning. Once I can back 24 hours later for instant photos they were not ready and I had to wait for over 15mins. Such bad customer service. For instant photos to take over 25 hours is very poor. No respect for customers time. Do not recommend

  • sravan kumar eaga

After experienced such disappointing service from officeworks I went to find a laptop charging cord for my dell laptop.. and it was almost closing time.. as a sales boy I personally know how exhaustive the closing timings.. but i found this guy name Michael, man with beard.. he literally made my day.. such a humble and helping person.. he changed my entire mood in few minutes.. he saved my time n money.. thank you so much mr.michael.. I admire your commitment towards customers service.. officeworks should hire such kinda staff to achieve greatest customer satisfaction.

  • Faith & Henry Saundry

Absolutely amazing customer service from Lauren and Grace from the printing section! I ordered 3x foam boards for my wedding and only 1 arrived from Melbourne 1 week before the wedding!! (Usually it would take a while to find the other two that went missing they said) Quick thinking Lauren and Grace printed two posters in store and stuck them onto the foam board for me. Beautiful Lauren even going to the effort of colouring in the black borders with a permanent marker to make it look perfect. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time, Thankyou so much

  • Sarah Jane

I used officeworks today to get photos printed and I am completely disappointed. The quality has completely gone down hill, every photo was printed blurry and cropped a lot more than what it's meant to be. What's the point of lining up your photos to be cropped when they are then cropped even more, cutting out details you want and throwing of the photos proportions. A while ago I had birthday cards printed and I left about an inch gap between the side of the card and the words and they still cut the y in birthday in half! Even though I lined it up with extra room.

  • Bread and Butter

Photo print service: The use of the consoles is intuitive once the media is uploaded. But instructions are very basic and misleading. if you want to use your phone to upload photos from, you have to bring your own USB cable, as the provided ones don't work. The payment/print/collection process could also be explained clearer. I was made to believe that in order to get my photos, I'd have to go to the counter and pay. Instead, payment can be made at the console direct and the photos are printed without staff interaction directly from a central printer station.

  • tanayha hampton

The worst! After waiting half an hour for some sort of customer service in the photo centre we left! Paid for our photo but didnt get it! Because the photo staff are USELESS The so called staff member "fixed" the self serve photo collection but didnt wait to see if it was actually working. She just closed it then went and clocked out because she was finished her shift!! We waited another 10 minutes for someone else to attend the red flashing light post but again not even acknowledge. Never again will we attend this store! Worst customer service in history

  • Domi Nemi

Had one very irritating experience with a specific person but it was almost three years ago and I doubt he still works there so I’m not too bothered. Other staff always greet you and are very friendly. I also found around 3 years ago staff has trouble understanding some products which indicates to bad training from bad management. I hope that has improved, staff don’t deserve to deal with the brunt of awful customers because bad management talk to their staff for 1 day about doing things and then send them on the floor expecting good results.

  • Alex124

The worst customer service, or lack thereof rather, that I've experienced. I counted 2 groups of 4 employees just having a good yarn amongst themselves while my son and I were hovering around the laptop and smartphone section for a good 10 minutes. Even made eye contact with a couple of the "employees", but no dice. Doubt I'll ever step foot in that store again unless it's for the print shop. They were more than helpful in that department last time I was there. Disappointing... The 1 star is for the girls in the print/photo department..

  • WONG HIU FUNG

I hope i can give a zero or negative mark but obviously I can't. An extremely bad experience. I placed an order in shop and i received no notification. Today i called the shop and the shop said they placed the order and i should check with the hotline. Hotline said they have no such record and said the shop have to place the order and advise me to call the shop again. I was bounded from shop to hotline, and hotline back to shop for countless times. Still i got nothing, for both money and the goods i need. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

  • Amando Arcidiaco

Why is it you have stacks of cards of a item indicating a good supply of the item. Take the card to the counter, NO, NOT in stock. This has happened time and time again. Is it that difficult for you to track your supplies!. Then to be offered another item having a higher capacity but, that cost twice the amount, you are boardering on phishing customer. So annoying. Note: this is with the memory card/ flash drives. Staff themselves are good, but, this situation is so ridiculous For a company to happen so so often!!!!

  • Steven Voroniansky

Bought a $400 epson wireless printer from office works online via Croydon for my work as I do home visits for my job. Walked in today with everything as it won’t print. The door greeter said we aren’t technicians and offered to return it..... why sell something you can’t even use or attempt to help a customer to use. Do yourself a favour and use a small IT local guy for your computer needs. These people are there just for the paycheck and to give the impression of good customer service which is far from the truth

  • christine gemmell (Blooming bridal)

Terrible customer service there was one excuse after another excuse to why my click and collect order was still on back order even though they are being advertised again as available for purchase on there website ?? They also cant further investigate by contacting the warehouse because they don't supposedly have a contact number or aren't reachable to check the warehouse when it will be sent to fullfill my order or if they actually do have it at the warehouse will never be purchase off website again

  • Christine Moody

Terrible experience in the photo store. My partner and I actually laughed at how bad it was. We were in the store for almost 2 hours and left with 3 small photo prints. The photo machine jammed so a staff member took my receipt to manually print them and must have forgot about us. The line was too long to bother lining up to ask. Photo machines and online photo printing app need work because they aren't very straightforward. Long waiting lines seem to be an issue whenever I've gone there!

  • Teodora Janevska

Had a disappointing experience at Officeworks last week. I enquired about split payments, and despite being told it was possible, I faced issues with the EFTPOS machine. The manager decided to process a refund without consulting me on my preferred resolution. The lack of communication and understanding was unprofessional, causing unnecessary frustration. It's crucial for staff to consider customer preferences before making assumptions. Hoping for improved customer service in the future.

  • Stevie-Ann Spencer

The last few times I have visited Officeworks they have been so unhelpful at the printing desk. They really do not want to help and send you to self serve. When I said I preferred to speak to a human the attitude and tone of the customer service staff member Angelina was atrocious. I listened to her serve the next client and no improvement there either. With 0 people in the queue and being the first person in the store I expect much better. Is that too much to ask?

  • Scott Rowe

Came to print off a few documents and as usual ended up waiting about 15 minutes while the shop was empty except for the 1 customer in front of me who was also getting things printed. Evidently the other 3 staff thought it was more important to interact with a small child than maybe man one of the other 3000 copy machines they have in store and let me go about my day. Always a terrible experience when I come here, I may actually invest in a printer now.

  • Shane R

Went in the other day to collect a large print I ordered. Got to the counter and the girl let me know I can do printing like a click and collect order now and pick it up from the collection point at the front of the store - just show order paper or the message that said its ready. The two lines for orders and collecting are already a step up but this is a game changer. Those lines can get so long at the printing desk. Will be in and out so fast now.

  • Brendan Cunningham

They have a good range of stationery, however staff are not knowledgeable AT ALL about the products they sell. We have had to return equipment several times that the staff have insisted would work, only to discover they weren't fit for purpose. If you need anything that requires any sort of advice from their staff, definitely go somewhere else. as an additional note, avoid their 'Burrows' branded equipment, as it is incredibly cheap and nasty.

  • Sophoung Seab

I always do shopping at this store for more than 10 years I never do exchange anything in the previous but recently i bought a laptop and didn’t realised it has no camera in it than I went to do exchange to take a different one but unfortunately they said no to me because I already opened it!! It’s cost me around $1300 so just wasted. I am so upset and disappointed. Oh well never do shopping there again and the whole of my family.

  • Robert Puddy

Absolute Worst first thing in the morning getting a few dozen a4 Black and white prints should be easy but your new printme system print all the pdfs in email has to be 1 at a time and reset size and colour every print ? Who do I send my hours sheet to I spent half an hour trying your system is a joke your self entitled staff are condinsending in the end I end up paying twice as much as should have been rubbish service guys

  • Matthew Stubbings

Avoid this store at all costs for printing photos. Its the longest wait time I’ve ever had in any shopping experience and it was all supposed to be self serve for photos but both times the technology wasn’t working on printing the receipt for the photos and then the photos wouldn’t print so they had to do it manually, not to mention there was barely any staff serving at the printing/copying section which had a huge line.

  • Mohammed Elwan

Went to print photos. Was on machine choosing photos to print and it was getting near closing time. Was told despite already being in shop and ready to pay and print with at least 5 minutes left that they wouldn’t allow me to receive my photos. I cancelled the prints and left. They couldn’t keep the door open to provide a service to those already mid way through because they wanted every one out. Avoid this shop

  • Anna

I bought earphones that turned out to be faulty. I returned to the shop and asked for replacement as I really liked the model. However I was told that there are none in stock across all office works in Adelaide. So I have received money back instead. Next day I am in another office works and there are plenty of the same model of earphones that I have just returned but.....at 50% increase in price! Feels unfair.

  • Anna Zagala

We came into office works to purchase a pair of apple wired headphones which were kept behind the counter for security. After we had paid and left the store my daughter opened the headphones to discover that the package had been tampered with. Someone had replaced new, clean and sealed headphones with a grotty used pair. An employee? A thief? I'm not sure but it doesn't fill you with confidence.

  • Alex Ah

I went for printing job in the morning and two staff were doing the job and only one person was before me. After waiting about 20 minutes in the queue of printing, I couldn’t get the service and left the store. I couldn’t get to my appointment on time afterwards as well due to long wait. The staff were working too slow, unprofessionally and with no customer care. Only waisted my time.

  • tabitha wallis-smith

Got passport photos taken for myself and my son. Literally the worst photos of us ever. Then when I lodged the passport application I was informed that the passport photos were non compliant with australian passport requirements (not clear enough and poor colour), and that this particular officeworks in known by Australia post passport lodgement staff to be regularly non compliant.

  • Billie Jov

Wow! I called this store up before coming in for faxing services! They said they could… once arriving their staff seemed confused by the word fax. Unbelievable! Then after waiting ages for a senior employee who might know the workers had to read instructions on how to do so.. but not before insulting me and my reason for coming in. Pathetic excuse for customer service!

  • Kris

I purchased numerous electrical items in one sale. I had to wait for the iphone to come in. Once I picked it up a few days later, I was having trouble transfering data. We rung to see if I took it back if someone could help me. They said they dont do that & I would have to find technical support elsewhere. After spending thousands of $, I get no after sales help.

  • john Kuhn

No freedom to negotiate on price. No other electronic store i have ever dealt with follows that practice. Standard answer is we only match prices on exact product. Wanted a hdmi splitter theirs was $49 many others $39. Even seen as low as $10 on ebay. Couldn't even offer $10 off. Any you know its all the same but repackaged into different brands.

  • Tara Controversy

The most recent review here states that the manager Lauren at the print and copy area took hours and could not make eye contact which I find ridiculous. I have been going to this Officeworks for many years and since this manager has been working here, things seem to be running alot smoother if anything! Seems like someone is holding a grudge.

  • Skye Marie

Waiting in line to get photo copies done. For the lady behind the counter to not even acknowledge that we were there. Had to walk and find someone else to serve us!!! Very poor customer service by the lady behind the counter. If she was busy she could have said something on the lines of "I'll be with you shortly" BUT nothing was said at all.

  • Gary Hirschausen

Really their customer service is bad.. after trying to get thru on phone which took 5 attempts because they would not pickup. So i drove to store and found 3 staff sitting on their butts on their mobiles.i then dialled the number and not one of them attempted to answer phone . Getting paid goid money to do nothing wish I had a job like that

  • Kara Danilla

30 minutes waiting to book binding in. The excuse she had was because the person before me had waited longer. So I had to wait longer too, even though I don't need any printing - only booking in. Another staff had 1 customer the entire time, the other staff can't help booking in for binding (not trained?). Way too slow!

  • Ana Pinheiro

Needed some printing and binding done and the young guys' customer service was outstanding! Even busy, they went above and beyond to help me out! I’m always doing printing around Adelaide at different Officeworks and it’s not all the time that you have such nice staff serving you, so 5 starts for the guys at Croydon!

  • Chyon And Jeremy Booth And Weir

Really appreciate the help provided by Ayush and Peter at the Officeworks Croydon store. Went in not knowing exactly what was needed to set up a dual monitor + laptop home office space and both staff were able to guide us. Really appreciate that we weren't made to feel rushed or silly with our questions. Thanks.

  • Rate Rank

We have been using Officeworks as a make shift business hub now for a few years here and there, Friendly staff always make us feel welcome and are more than helpful. There is always plenty of parking, Officeworks even has a toilet for those extra long meetings. Thanks for all of your help over the years guys!

  • Trong Luu

Ayush was really professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I came in with an enquiry regarding the Officeworks price beat and Ayush did not hesitate to help me find the best deal. I came in, got what I want, got it even cheaper than what I expected and left as a happy customer in less than 5minutes. 10/10

  • Antonio

Came in at their opening time and their computers had issues so they couldn't print. Came in at 8.45pm and got told that it was too late and that I need to book it in to print for 10 simple invitations. BTW the store was completely empty. Shocking service for something that would litteraly take 2 minutes!

  • Peter Monkhouse

Reading other reviews i agree that the telephone service is terrible. Got through on Monday about a Click & Collect order but have heard nothing since and every time i have phoned since, it is now Thursday, the phone rings out or it is answered and hung up immediately. No complaint on in-store shopping.

  • Patrick Barlow

Don’t get your Back to school supplies from Office Works they process your order then proceed to take the money out of your account twice- Westfarmers must be laughing in their port. Absolutely disgusting as we are talking about $400. Once again the rich get richer& the poor get poorer

  • Pejman Babaei

I've been to this store for the first time to take a passport photo, and the customer service I received was above and beyond. The young lady responsible for this was friendly and tried to do her best to accomplish the best result. Quite happy with the experience I had at this store.

  • Joe G

This place is a joke. Don't come here if you need printing in a hurry. Waited for half an hour only to be told by the young printing assistant that I'd get charged an extra fee to spend 30 seconds preparing the image after I waited that long. Walked out in disgust. Pathetic service.

I have got to admit... I read the reviews about service and wait times and I was worried. However I arrived here at about 7:40am in the morning to get some prints done, and the service was fantastic and fast, staff were lovely and helpful. Was served by Imogen. Thanks!

  • Loretta Ford

A couple of weeks ago called in at night & needed help with photocopying & photos Jasmine could not do enough for me So thankful to her have always had top service at this store with Michael Than Josh & many others over many years whose names i cant rememberThankyou

  • Stephen Wright

Wanted a laptop and they what I wanted and the staff asked me if I needed help I said I was looking and would call if I needed help. When I called for help they were able to give me the information I needed and then I bought the laptop allot cheaper than Mr Harvey.

  • fay kellie

I went in last week on the 14 to do some photo copying and had to use they new printers and pay up front $20 but only used $12.16. and was told it would be back in my bank in 2 days its the 22 now and on money .and I was told have to chase it up my self not happy

  • L f

Waited 20mins to get 2 pages printed off. My intention was to buy a laptop and printer but due to not enough customer service I lost my patience and walked out after half hr not purchasing a laptop or printer and didn't bother getting my 2 pages I needed printed.

  • Beau Bradley

over the phone service not great to say the least. asked a simple question about printer cartridges, was then put on hold for 10 mins. only to be hung up on. rang up again and tried to be put on hold. Should not be that difficult to get an answer out of a person.

  • Wayne Duffy

It always seems too hard to get document binding carried out. I discussed over the phone my desire for next day pickup, and was told 24 hour turnaround would be their commitment. When I dropped off the documents at 10.30am I was told next day 4.00pm. ??

  • Helen Jarrett

today we were served by a young lady named Imogen. this girl went above and beyond to help us today. Her patience, knowledge and customer service was impeccable. ask for her next time you go there. I'll be looking for her every time I go there …

  • AD Liaquat

The wait time in this store is impeccable as i don't live far from here and this is the store I visit for my printing needs but it's always busy and the staff members are always busy talking to each other with a never ending queue waiting for service

  • Will Fraser

Mabelle was an absolute legend!! I needed to print something A1 but they were all booked out. However this staff member helped me in printing it. She really did save me as I most likely would’ve failed if I did not print this out on time. Thank you!

  • John Andreopoulos

Without a doubt, the worst service I have ever experienced. And its not the first time. The staff have plenty of time for themselves which is awesome if you work there but won't help you. An absolute disgrace... Suggest going anywhere but there...

  • Sally Possum

Printing services are usually pretty good, have got photos and copies done well, there can be a line at the print desk, but from a layout self service point of view it was easy to find stuff, and I got a greeting from every staff member I passed.

  • MAGED HAMID

I went to print a my photo and the machine was showing a warning the quality might not be perfect. I told the girl who works there it’s alright, just print it out and I’ll pay for that. She then said “ we aren’t legally allowed to print that “.

  • Marcus Richardson

This place is usually good to me. But the touch screen monitors to print your own photos is a shambles. The screens are useless and don’t recognise a finger a lot of the time. How frustrating. Photos are done now but it has ruined Christmas.

  • Cyd Solanki

Was very happy with services of office work staff specially Thomas who helped my little fellow to get stuff for craftwork to make Odin props. Very nice customer service. Keep it up mate. Best office works at Croydon. SID n Veer

  • JOE MARIO JACOB

Wow! Exceptional customer service by the girl named Uj. She didn't seem to care that we were waiting for her service. I have been a regular customer at this office works for so many years and never had such a bad experience.

  • Susan Hancock

Staff very helpful. A place to get lost in with all the educational goodies, technology & office type furniture to suit all needs. Photo services. Just a nice shop to spend lots of time in absorbing all the gadgets on offer.

  • Trudy Hood

Do not answer there phone during business hours, wanted to know if they had something in stock, before driving from Parafield store, as they could not get someone to answer their call. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

  • Nicholas Harry

Extraordinarily long wait times for printing. Retail chaps sauntering about being helpful but glacial service from the print area which is busy. No one else waiting in the store. Multi skilling might be a good option?

  • Puneet Mithra

As written in other reviews, yes the service is a little slow, and yes they do not usually answer the phone but I had a good overall experience. Special call out for Jessica who was very professional and very helpful.

  • Kelsey Charlton

The lack of staff and help at this Officeworks is unbelievable. No help whatsoever and wait time is beyond a joke! And this wasn’t even at a busy time, not one person around to even get directions to a aisle! Terrible

  • Joan Elliott

Ordered 11 personalised mugs. I thought I had asked for wrap around photos but got standard instead. $9 Each and the photo is so small, you can barely see it. Very disappointed and would not use their service again.

  • yehya ahmadi

I went to Croydon office shop to buy loptop. Two or three different price for one item. when I ask, Manager about it?!!! He said: We are,so busy... My Gosh, so busy to remove price tags. Very disappointing

  • Shaju Philip

Bad experience the senior most staff couldn't able to operate a camera and take passport photo's. the staff's not trained properly,if senior staff condition is so pathetic what can you expect from junior's

  • Bec Johr

Absolutely no help from staff. And because the staff couldn't keep up with the receipt paper at the photo counters had to go back the next day to collect 2 photos (even though I had selected self serve)!!

  • Adam Lockier

Was looking for a scrapbook and Matilda who was only new, went above and beyond to look for some even tho they weren’t on the shelf. Found them out the back and brought them out, can’t fault the service!

  • Sean V (GC)

Apart from the actual cost of printer ink (generally expensive everywhere) each time I've needed any stationary or office supplies, this store has always been helpful and able to cater to my needs)

  • G P

Would not recommend this place for printing service due to extremely long wait times! Other Officeworks are so much more efficient even when they have longer lines than the Croydon Park store.

  • Jacqui Scaffidi

We received some incredible customer service when looking for desk chairs to buy. Three different employees offered us help throughout our time there and we’re very patient with us! Thank you!

  • Helen O'Dea

I couldn't send or receive photos on my Samsung Edge mobile phone. By process of elimination, Josh very patiently found the fault! My phone now works like new again, many thanks to Josh.

  • Chelsea Bernal

Lea’s customer service in the photocopy/print section was excellent. Walked me through the entire process while also helping multiple customers, even though I was a 16 cent sale.

  • abhey rai

Came for a printing job, 3 staff members attending customers. They seem nice but I waited over 20 mins and only 2 customers were attended before me. Slowest service ever!!!

  • Dee Knott

Don't do passport photos here. It took about 1/2 hour. 2 shots for my wife. Photos came out the wrong colour and blurry. Ended up having to redo at the post office.

  • John Adams

Extremely unorganized, the manager Lauren could not even look me in the eye when talking to me at the print and copy which took hours to even begin. Unbelievable.

  • elizabeth beales

Self printing was fantastic. Email documents, get a reply code. Charge up a card and print... Easy and no fuss. Staff are very helpful, customer service excellent

  • Binay Binay

Terrible customer service. Went there 27/03/2023 at 7.21pm at checkout. Fee like we customers need to pay extra to this checkout serve staff to smile.

  • Mounika Yerrapotu

Quick and efficient team, Michael swiftly assisted & sorted my Tech trouble within minutes. Gave a good deal as well, Thank you Croydon team …

  • Maia Cheung

Very inconsistent service. They charge you based on their mood and yeah they are not afraid of you talking to a manager coz they don’t care.

  • Jodie Edwards

Great for all your stationery needs. Need printing, email in advance and they'll print it for you. Reasonably priced. Recommend Officeworx

  • Jade Ballantine

JD delivered top notch customer service. Carried heavy goods all the way to car and was incredibly patient and helpful. Much appreciated.

  • Shane Paul

Had some problems when buying calculators at the checkout today. Amelia at the register gave fantastic customer service. Promote her bro.
