Asked for a loaded dog at 5.20pm on the 20.6.20. Served by Aaron who rolled his eyes when I ordered. Remained polite and thanked him when it was ready. I was given no napkin so I asked if I could have one so he grabbed the dispenser which was behind the counter huffed under his breath and banged it down on the counter in front of me. Terrible customer service and I would suggest that Aaron finds himself a job outside of retail if that's the best he can interact with customers

Terrible service. They forget to charge you for the fuel you put in and then put in a report that you hadn't paid for it. Not sure why I would go in and pay for other goods and not fuel? Then I pay for it and they couldn't find the details, so still tried to chase more moneey.Will never attend this Servo again after this and will definitely make sure everyone in the area knows about it. No contact from management after a complaint put in either, terrible service.

Very annoyed, ‘big’ sign outside saying any three 2 litre soft drinks, for $9. So my husband picked up three and was told to pay $16 because the promotion was only for coke. Suggest the staff member concerned go outside and take a look at the signage and associated soft drinks and revise their work knowledge. So I just payed over $5 for a 1.25 l Pepsi……!!!!!!!!! Not going there again. Out of pocket.

On Monday 2nd August, I had a terrible experience at OTR Evanston. The two ladies working were abrupt and rude in their service to me. I left with my two coffee's and when I got to my car, I burst into tears. Usually the staff are so friendly, but these two ladies need to think about how they treat customers, otherwise they won't have any. Very disappointing.

Their eftpos machines are always down. They don't warn you prior to filling up and when you go to pay you are told to get cash from the atm and are charged. Too bad they don't have a back up or pre warn people and then on top of that you are told it isn't their problem and they are RUDE! Never been back and only use OTR when I really have to!

Slowest serving staff that have little to no care factor. I only go here when I'm desperate. Edit 1: visited again and once again waited 10 minutes to be served. And another 10 minutes just for a coffee. Would have had a pie aswell but they had no sauce! 3 staff and 2 are not serving. Poor service as usual!

As a regular visitor I can say the staff are always very friendly and the place is well-maintained. If ever there has been an issue, the staff have always done all they can to help - with me and other customers. I would definitely recommend!

Worst service I have ever experienced waited 15 minutes for coffee 1 person got yelled at by barista and lady serving was very rude and laughed at me when I wasn't sure on size of coffee - never again 2nd bad experience

Excellent friendly staff, this is a good old simple servo where you can get your petrol, eggs, bread, milk, drinks, general groceries etc fill up with petrol and air, or even go through the car wash. :D

Currently been waiting for my coffee for 30mins, only one person here to serve and the customer line goes out the door, close to walking out. Time to hire more staff guys! 31st Dec 2021 6:14pm

I was here to get a carwash here but when I went back the carwash disappeared and the gas station was different because I went to your carwash 3 times but i still like buying food here :)

A brand new OTR has replaced the old and tired store. A massive range of goods including fresh bakery products make this a regular fuel stop for me.

didn't have the flavour of milk shake that I wanted but it was still good so yeah and its a 5 minute walk so not to bad. good place to go

This place needs to run like Maccas! Employ teenagers to serve as there's rarely more than one person on tills in peak hour!!

Great people. Pitty so much is wasted when I was happy to take it to charities.

Ok not a bad servo, fuel always a bit dearer than other OTR's across Adelaide.
