Would give 0 stars if possible. Went to buy a pair of boots, already knew my size so didn’t even want to try them on. The employee had already shut the front doors at 2:50pm yet it didn’t close until 3pm. She wouldn’t allow me to come in. Terrible service and lost a sale!

Terrible customer service. Be mindful that no refunds on any items, even full price stuff or faculty items, this is not noted when I paid for stuff. I don’t understand why they try to tell me a faculty item is not faculty by denying the obvious …

I had such a terrible experience here, staff member was incredibly rude to me, had left the store unattended with no note, and started a verbal fight with me when she got back. I have emailed customer service. I am absolutely horrified.

10.11.22 5pm - lady who helped me today was so lovely. I got a faulty pair of shoes via post and she was so kind and helpful and replaced them with a non-faulty pair. Efficient and wonderful customer service ❤️

The lady who checked me out today (around 12pm) was so mean and has bad attitude.
