I had an online order that I needed to return but the Nordstrom system must not have worked correctly and did not update me when my order was on the way as it usually does. I contacted support (who was amazingly helpful), told me to call the store later that day to check if they had my order as it was set to be delivered. I called the store 5 hours later, I explained my situation and the person who answered told me I would need to wait until I have an email from Nordstrom. I had already explained to her the site was not updating me properly, as it normally does, and didn't event tell me if my items were en route. I would have assumed that she would have either transferred me or asked for my order number to see if someone could check. Coming from an avid Nordstrom shopper I am very familiar with the "Nordstrom Way" and have always loved their customer service, and was kind of stunned she was not offering any help. I then asked her myself "so are you not able to transfer me to someone who can assist in looking for my package or looking up the package yourself? " she said, "I can't right now we have a long line so you would have to sit on hold for a long time until someone can help you." Which prompted me to ask, "so your working by yourself in the entire store?" since she made it sound as if she had no help, she then put me on hold... I spoke with another person who was of zero help and transferred me to a manager, the manager that day was very nice (Dec. 15th was the day I called), she willingly searched and took my info down and said she would call me back later that day. I said okay, and was very pleased. Fast forward to Dec. 20th, I have not received my "order ready" email as I usually do from Nordstrom, and had not received a callback. I finally decided to call the store once more, and a woman by the name of Ashley answered. I explained the situation and how I was waiting on a call back from a manager since Thursday. Her response? "Well ma'am it is the holidays and we are busy so you can't expect us to actually call back". I was transferred to CJ who processed my order willingly and professionally. I probably won't shop at Nordstrom any time soon again, as this whole experience has been awful and left a bad taste in my mouth. I understand this occurring at Target, Walmart, or another basic department store, but for Nordstrom? This is very unprofessional and not helpful.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I usually shop at this location and every time I come I love the service. However, the last time that I was here which was yesterday (02/16/2022) I left the store super disappointed. While I was paying, a girl employee asked the cashier who was helping me question, which is fine you know, I get it. Questions are always going to be asked, that’s not the problem. The problem was that a tall lady, I’m assuming manager, came out of no where yelling at the girl who asked the question to have the conversation somewhere else. It was so unprofessional. I felt uncomfortable. Couldn’t this have waited until the I, the customer, was gone?? If this lady was a manager or supervisor, then Nordstrom Rack seriously needs to reconsider who they have as a leading role. I felt embarrassed for the poor girl. I’m giving a 1 review because I cannot give it a 0 star. This 1 star is for to the unprofessional behavior and lack of management.

Nordstrom Rack is in the Quarry Shopping Center where Borders Bookstore used to be, basically in the same area with the movie theater. It features typical products from Nordstrom at a reduced price. It carries clothing for men, women and children as well as products such as high-end luggage and cosmetics. I particularly like to purchase men's shoes on the 2nd floor. I've purchased two pair of Rockports, which are often recommended by podiatrists as the best of the best for feet. Shoes are often at the Rack usually for a small, barely noticeable smudge which nobody would notice even without a little first aid. The savings can be 50%. Brown shoes are popular now, and I featured the pair I bought today. As I was checking out, I was asked by the cashier if my phone number was on account. I was never asked that question before, and apparently Nordstrom Rack now has a points loyalty program going. If only they had it when I first started shopping for shoes!

Súper superrr expensive, I only came here because my rich aunt gave me a 40 dollar card. LOLLL the pants were 70 dollars, the shirts 60 how in the world did she expect me to get stuff with 40?! Anyways pushing that aside the stuff there is sooo cute and nice the store is so clean and literally the best! If only I had more I would’ve def bought more stuff.. maybe next time!. Also this is totally offtopic but the stores that surround Nordstrom are so nice like literally might go to a shopping spree later! There where stuff like lululemon and Whole Earth Provision CO! Aw mannn I really recommend going

The store itself is fine and clean, slightly disorganized but that’s normal. I was really put off by the behavior of an employee. I was in the dressing room trying on dresses and had to leave the dressing room to grab another dress. No one was in the dressing room to tell that I was grabbing another size, but I left my personal item in the dressing room and slightly cracked the door open. When I came back two minutes later, my bra was thrown in the trash and all my dresses were taken out to the racks. This seems like common sense, but I guess not. There was no apology from the employee or any remorse.

I like this place, great selection of shoes and sometimes the prices are better than places like Ross or Marshall's. It's right in the quarry and you can't go wrong with that location. I gave 4 stars because the bathrooms aren't looked after very well, sometimes the shoes aren't looked after very well either and it can get frustrating. Nonetheless it's still a great place to shop at. Updated in 2022: shoes seem to be kept up the last few times I've been here and the bathrooms as well. Great place to shop!

So the old white blonde woman who is always at the front cashier station (sorry but that’s the only way I can describe her) is grossly rude every single time I come into this store. She doesn’t even have to help you and she looks over and gives a hateful look. She is nasty and hateful and as someone who was once a Nordstrom manager I can not believe they have someone like her in the front helping customers. I can’t stand walking into this location knowing she may check me out.

I know people that get great stuff there, but you really have to be a shopper than can go through tons of unorganized stuff and pull something together. I’m not. I get so overwhelmed in here. They do have a great shoe selection, and great brands. I can’t go in there in if I’m in a time crunch, there is sh*# everywhere and they only have a one or two items of the same thing in different sizes. I can’t even deal with this place, but I know a lot of people that love it.

If you're looking for great quality brands and prices, just go here. Really attractive prices for well know brands. Shoes have a great price too. Checkout usually is fast. Friendly customer service. Lately selection was reduced, but with time you for sure can find something you looking for. Update, the selection of items was really reduced, including less know brands. Less people in the store than before, but with patience you can find great buys.

I bought 3 pairs of shoes and a worker suggested a small push cart to take to Men's dressing room. I go to Men's dressing room to try each pair and noticed Female customers waiting & hanging out in there-which they Shouldn't be in there. Then a Female worker & Female customer tell Me I can't have the cart in there. (But, what about correcting the Females within the Men's dressing room?!) This world, is So Backwards & Full of Hypocrites.

Men’s Shoes were lost in transit ! Shirt no longer available yet both were charged ! Need all this for my mother’s funeral ! All my problems were solved ! I finally spoke to Jared and Zack My Nordstrom Rack Angels !! Zack even helped me by selecting a perfect pair of shoes for my son ! Thank you JARED & ZACK thats why I love the Rack at the Quarry . It’s so easy to spend money there selection is off the hook !

Store was clean but as a guy, dont bother unless you want to look like a 60yr old man. There is nothing fresh or stylish for men here. Just old people clothes. Awful selection of pants for men as well. Edit: 4 months later... Prices were nuts too. Shoes for example. They have them priced 10% over any other store for the same item. Store employees are friendly and nice. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I purchased a dress , that really liked. The back had crochet , that tore , then it shrunked. With receipt in hand the manager refused even a store credit. I have worked retail and sometimes clothing can be defective or of poor quality. Nordstrom rack does not stand behind their merchandise. They lost a customer and I will make sure all the people I know will be informed of this experience.

The store looks a mess. I wanted to find help To locate and item ,but all the managers that i could tell were just in the corner and talking within themselves. I waited in a long line and the poor employees looked stressed and called for help many times. Do better and help your employees ...management .Especially during covid. I saw many employees looking stressed. Do better management.

I'm an avid Nordstrom Rack shopper and I tend to visit one of their stores in every city I visit but this store isn't compared to the others. I visited this store at least three times hoping to find a better clothing selection but I've been disappointed each time. Half of the upstairs area is mainly shoes (which isn't a bad thing) but it takes away from the women's clothing section.

Great service and great deals✔✔✔ I bought my grandson a pair of boots and felt a need to talk to the manager about a problem and Jenny (the manager) was extremely helpful and she left me so impressed that it deserved a 5 star✴✡⚛✴ The atmosphere was wonderful!!! Normally I love this place, unfortunately my last visit was disappointing. I was double charged for an item and didn't realize on the same day, came back 2 days later just to be told by Sherry that there was nothing she could do since I couldn't prove it . She said I could come back later because they had to check cameras, too much hassle for $8 bucks

Low prices but limited selection and plain presentation. You could very easily walk in here and not find what you were looking for. You could also find what you were looking for at a significant discount. It's a gamble. If you have shopping time to spare worth a look, if you're busy give it a pass unless you had another errand next door anyway.

I really like this place. You can find some really good deals on some really nice clothes. Whenever I need a dress shirt or just some casual shoes definitely check this place out. You will be able to add some quality things to your wardrobe without breaking the bank. Staff is friendly and more than willing to help you find what you need.

Rude, angry manager Jenny made a scene, very offensive. Terrible return policy, most stores will gladly let you return something that falls apart within a few days. They must have zero expectation of quality here because this young, hateful manager was eager to get ugly right away. Never again. You just lost a long time customer over $60

Promised to be helpful with a returned item from the moment I entered the store,minutes later,after informing me I would have to drive 20 minutes to another store,they offered NO HELP with explaining WHY I had to return item at another store! While it does not have all the incomparable first class service at Nordstrom. The outlet is amazing and I love that I can go in and get what I need and leave. Most times I like cheaper than the flagship store. The staff is also amazing and resilient. Next time you’re there, look for Sam!

Very good prices and enjoy what the store has to offer. Although the employees make you feel like you're intruding, not welcome, look at you odd and make you feel uncomfortable while you're shopping. I usually shop at the location in Dallas TX., Never got treated in this manner.

This is the smallest selection of any Nordstrom rack I’ve ever been to. Prices are not what I expect when I go to Nordstrom rack. Kids PJ sets were still $20/30… didn’t see any maternity. Cosmetics aren’t labeled/priced… bummer of an experience.

Very pretentious clothing that is simultaneously up-brand and always on sale at the same time. Most of the men's shirts have some other guy's name on them and don't look nice at all. My shirts bought from here fell apart in a year.

Very busy and messy. This store has some good deals but seems to be always a mess. If you don't mind crowds and digging a bit then it is a great experience. Just don't expect to go in there find what you want and leave in a hurry.

A decent selection of everything, but it is what it says it is, a rack store. It's an outlet for things that wouldn't fit in regular Nordstrom stores. Keep that in mind and you'll be just fine.

One of the few places in town with some size 15 men’s shoes. This is where I usually buy my nikes for a cheap $40-$50. The women’s shoe selection is also inexpensive and goes up to women’s 13.

100-150 shirts for 60-70 great sweats and pajamas nicer shirts about 10 to 40 more than macys but there high quality shirts. Great wallets. And beautiful shoppers
