If I could give this eatery a minus I would. Had satay chicken noodle box tonight and my friend had chicken fried rice. Both were overpriced, greasy and tasteless. The vegetable (I haven’t worked out was it was yet) was so woody that it could not be chewed. The chicken was dry and tasteless. The 2 medium boxes and 4 spring rolls came to $48 with the surcharge. I haven’t eaten from here before and I never will again. While waiting for the order I looked around and was disgusted by how dirty this place was. My shoes were sticking to the floor which looked as if it hadn’t been washed in months. The dirt under the counter could have been used in the garden. The glass display was greasy and filthy. The door (not sure where it lead) was covered in black hand prints and dirt. I am sure the Health Dept would shut this place down and rightly so. Do yourself a favour and eat elsewhere.

I've been ordering from Noodle Box since it was known as Wok in a Box. The food has always been top quality, fresh ingredients and deliciously crafted meals that are filling and good value. The customer service is almost always impeccable and I appreciate that this site has been in Woodcroft for many years, hopefully it will be around for many more to come!

We tried calling the store several times to place an order for pick up but the phone just rang out everytime. We attended the store around 40mins prior to closing time and the staff were rude and seemed completely uninterested in taking our order like they were packed up and ready to go home. The food itself was ok, however the customer service needs a serious overhaul.

Literally the worst service ever. I ordered noodle dishes . One prawn one chicken, both missing all vegetables. Both had skinny noodles not even hoiken noodles. Tried calling hung up on me every time. Stay away from this buisness, diabolical they charge an arm and a leg for stingy portions and not even giving you what you ordered.

Tasty food but so many flys (order Diptera) in the shop. I was taken back to a Bali restaurant, where the flys roamed free. Wish i could unsee, but they need to do something to eradicate those pests. Something you don't want to see as you finish your meal, an unwelcome stow away. The Fried Rice smelt and tasted great, along with the black bean steak, Maybe a little expensive for what it was, but serving portions were ok. Clean up the shop!!

absolutely appalling service. ordered on the concept ate app, said my meals would be ready by 7.09pm, walk in at that time and they haven’t even prepared the meals but we’re continuing to make other peoples who were walking in. this isn’t the first time even after changing staff! not happy at all.

I was looking forward to when the shop changed to noodle box, I had been in a couple time since the change over and the service has been good. I came in today and a staff member I haven’t met before was the absolutely rudest I’ve come across. Not wearing a face mask, poor proportions of food I ordered. It’s a shame that employees like this ruin businesses.

I would put 0 stars we ordered through Uber and it took over 2 hours and they wouldn’t even answer their phone it was like they had it off the hook I will not be going there again I was also in there about a week ago and one staff member just sat on his phone while the other did absolutely everything not very good customer service at all

My first Uber delivery was awesome, the food was correctly delivered and it was astonishing. Our second time getting food was not great .we got the completely different thing to what we bought. My third time getting food from here was the correct food.good experience and good food.

I have ordered our meal tonight and it has been 2 hours and we still do not have our food. We have tried numerous times to call the restaurant and there has been no answer. When you pay extra for delivery you expect to get it in a decent time frame.

Ordered fragrant Mongolian chicken tonight. Asked for the meal to be made very mild. I would hate to taste the spicy version! Their mild made my mouth and throat burn like a biarch and my eyes water! Very dissapointed to say the least. Not an enjoyable experience at all!

Delivered wrong food from menulog. Rang for 20 times but hasn’t received the call. No chance of contacting them to report as i have been waiting for my real order. Haven’t got refund, have to spend more for another food. Totally disappointing.

Awesome meal but when I walked in the chef was grabbing food from the bar with bare hands, gross! He changed to tongs when we locked eyes. Who knows where his hands have been. Expensive, big bowl more than the price of a pizza

Ordered this as a delivery. The food was terrible. From the entire order, I literally ate 1 Panko Prawn, tasted the watery laksa and threw everything else in the bin.

It took 45 minutes to make a small order. It tastes ok but the time was ridiculous. There was only one person making meals HIRE MORE. This was an absolutely a fail

Just received our order basically a bowl of noodles found about 4 bits of chicken it was awful ended up in the bin never order from them again food was disgusting…
