"Okay sports hall"
"The stadium is wonderful, the food is terrible"
"We come here to for basketball, but there's also netball, volleyball, and other sports available for everyone, and I can personally say that the courts here are legit"
"The Arena itself is fantastic and has lots of space for parking, the only downfall is that the arena for people who don't drive, well there is not much public transport around this area"
"Having visited the arena for both Basketball and a couple of school graduations I can attest to the fact it's extremely versale and can absolutely accommodate some pretty big crowds"
Okay sports hall. Update: i am going to change it to a one star. I don't think there is enough shaded parking spots. The restrooms could be taken care of a bit more. Last time we came for our Brisbane premier volleyball league game we were told multible times we may need to change courts while playing and may wait 45 minutes for a free court?? What was that about? I think with events like this you guys need to leave some buffer time with other events or cleaning like. Also, the main netball court lights went on and were shining in our sides eyes. This time they trying out loud music randomly every once in a while.
The stadium is wonderful, the food is terrible... The hot dogs used to be worth coming to the have for...I have no idea what changed but they were terrible last week. Having young, poorly dressed untrained staff unable to take and provide a simple order doesn't make for a wonderful experience. I hope things improve. Tommy Gunns Origonal Barbershop provides an excellent service....my son gets his hair cut their most weeks... great cut, great price, hot towel and refreshment, whilst watching the game. The perfect barbershop!!!
We come here to for basketball, but there's also netball, volleyball, and other sports available for everyone, and I can personally say that the courts here are legit. From the hardwood floors to the backboards, everything is faultless. There's loads of parking as well and is easily accessible if you're using public transport. The place is always very clean as well and the staff are very helpful. I've sprained my ankle one time while playing and the staff were quick to provide ice.
The Arena itself is fantastic and has lots of space for parking, the only downfall is that the arena for people who don't drive, well there is not much public transport around this area. Last weekend we saw about 100+ people pooling in the rail on the main road waiting for busses (which are free to ticket holders) but that would be the only downfall which again, has nothing to do with the arena but just a heads up to those who don't drive.
Having visited the arena for both Basketball and a couple of school graduations I can attest to the fact it's extremely versale and can absolutely accommodate some pretty big crowds. The biggest bugbear unfortunately is the parking...it's terrible. There's more or less enough parking spaces but it's located on the corner of 2 extremely busy roads and the congestion trying to leave is horrendous.
Beautiful stadium, the first time I have been in it for a game. With the lights on and seats out the atmosphere is incredible. If coming into a game recommend going to the bathroom first although clean are very busy. Make sure to get there early as staircases are limited. Friendly staff and nice and clean, hope to see more big events here in the future.
Look it's a fantastic arena with some amazing facilities for indoor soccer, volleyball, basketball, and obviously netball. The only let down! The bloody food! Sammichs dry and crusty, coffee burnt and taste like black and gold roast from the early 90s and wait times an absolute joke. Step up ur game team
Good, intimate venue, where the crowds can only get up to around 5000 at capacity. Easy to get to from Garden City. Can feel like a school gym though as it is a little open and not as well designed as other arenas. Because it is small though, you get a decent view wherever you may be sitting.
No parking available for a bullets game. The additional time and effort required to go elsewhere (with my elderly father) to park and then get a shuttle is too much. Not even located anywhere near a train line. Poor planning to put the facility in this location.
Great arena with lots of parking and multiple spaces for different sports. While we were here for 1 sports tournament, there was another running inside & also practise for 2 other sports at one point. It didn't feel crowded and everyone had their own space
Decent venue for a basketball game, good location and transport options, shuttle bus service to Garden City made it easy. Getting in and out of the venue is easy and quick, food options are the typical fried food we see in this kind of venue.
Went to Nissan Arena Saturday night to watch the Brisbane Bullets basketball. Great little newish boutique stadium that accommodates around 4,000 spectators. Parking is plentiful just outside the arena in the pre-paid multiple level
A couple of weeks ago, I took my family to watch the Brisbane Bullets. The atmosphere was amazing and I was impressed with the amount of pre game activities for the kids and would highly recommend as a fun day out with the family.
Nice small venue to watch Basketball and Netball. Parking available but can only be accessed if bought with season tickets. Traffic around the arena can get bad. Male Toilets are limited and drink and food options are expensive
We had a great night with the Harlem Globe Trotters. The show was very enjoyable. We were very disappointed that we were not informed when we bought the tickets to the show that we also needed to buy parking at the stadium.
Deleted my last review I see. Once again people doing your parking are oblivious to what's going on. Telling me the carparks full when as I drove past there was 5 empty car spaces just as I entered that I quickly saw.
This is a great multi use facility. I have been to a ben harper/pearl jam concert here and more recently the national annual taekwondo champs. Its got a bit of everything, clean modern and well laid out. I like it
Great stadium. The atmosphere is one of the best for a stadium with only 4500 people.Parking was easy and access to the stadium was stress free. The food was excellent for a stadium and it was a good game.5 stars.
There for an event only...organised for entry under covid...good viewing from seats...large clean toilet area...food outlets closed...Merlo coffee outlet swamped...too slow...otherwise good arena... free parking
Big noisy expo Nurse Phill helping people learn about looking after their heart and doing a firat aid course to help save a loved one especially if they have heart problem. Facilities ok , limited parking.
Been a few times now to spectate the Bullets game's and the arena is absolutely amazing. Sitting right behind the bullets bench to sitting at the far back, the view of the stadium throughout is incredible.
I had a corperate ticket and went with my family the game was great and the time before the game during half time and after the game were nice with the food and meeting some of the players after the game
Cafe could be bigger, it can get far too busy when big events are on. No alternatives for a coffee. Maybe need a pop up coffee cart or two to make it easier for all. It's a great venue otherwise
Great venue. Went here to see the Brisbane bullets match. Highly recommend to prepay for parking. There's food trucks outside before the match. Free activities for the kids before hand too.
Love the venue, only gripe was leaving the car park, its a little ordinary, but not much you can do with that many people leaving at once - well managed just lots of people meaning queues.
First time going to this place, very impressive. Just take your own drinks and food, prices there are very expensive. A cup of tea cost me $5.30 I can buy 100 tea bags for less than that.
The bathroom facility for wheelchair users are should have automatic doors as they are very heavy and hard to open for somebody who is disabled but apart from that everything else is ok
We absolutely love watching the Brisbane Bullets play here. Food is always great, variety of snacks is fantastic and car parking is affordable and has easy access to the arena. Love it!
Clean and tidy arena. It could do with more shaded areas outside when you have an event happening. Food prices are high ($14 for a basic cheeseburger, no chips) but it tastes good.
Very easy to park and negotiate entry. Foods a little expensive. Also they could do with a grounds man to go around and pick up ciggie butts and other rubbish around the car park.
Outstanding stadium. The atmosphere was amazing and food was good.Always be sure to leave before half time for food or drinks or be prepared to basically miss the entire game.
Love the new arena! The facilities are fantastic. Lots of parking space, food options and restrooms. Seating is comfortable and viewing of the games on the courts is great!
Nice arena, and good modern facilities. Stadium is a little small and flat for basketball - not steep enough to view over the people in front, but still a good atmosphere.
Wow! I umpired here last night for the first time and am amazed by the facilities, very excited to keep coming back! Still getting used to all the sirens though …
Went to a firebirds game in April. Beer prices weren't too bad at 7 bucks for a can. Loved the air con. Close to the action. Ground announcer was way too loud though!
Love watching the netball at this arena...however something needs to be done about the officials bench plastic walls now interfering with seeing the action properly.
Good basketball venue, there for Brisbane and NZ game on 4th February. Long time taken to park due to full house crowd. Game great, but Brisbane lost in overtime.
great place.. parking is a bit tricky to find but if you need to pay you have to book way early as it easily gets to be full as its limited to a number of slots
Big arena. Reasonable seating. Good access and parking, especially considering how busy the area is. Took a while for all vehicles to clear after the event.
Lovely facilities for watching the Super netball. The courts can be hired for club training aswell. There a couple of basketball courts aswell at the back.
Good place but the Asian security lady there needs to bloody calm down with their bag check..a bit too much..this is Australia not bloody America …
Great sporting facility with convenient parking. Easy to get to. However the prices for food were astronomical. Not very good for a children events.
Awsome experience watching Brisbane Bullets at home. Kids had fun activies during half time. Would have given 5 stars if the food wasn't so bland.
Great loved it good view of the game and really friendly and informative staff. Food nice and not too expensive, parking reasonably priced too
Had fun with my son there when we went to watch the basket ball. Good venue. Merchandise and hospitality items expensive but that’s normal.
Super clean and the courts where really good to play on, the layout was easy to learn and the cafe had rlly good snacks to replenish energy
Large arena with sufficient free parking available. But has loads of traffic. Good viewing platform. However the food was too pricey.
What an awesome venue. Do not think you can get a bad seat. You need to get there for an NBL game. Such a good vibe and atmosphere!
Great cross ventilation and design to keep the stadium cool. Food is fantastic, too! (I had chick pea salad and sweet potato chips)
Super cool and modern basketball stadium inside. Outside could be nicer but is good enough seeming its Australian. Go Bullets.
Great venue, fantastic facilities but food is very very expensive. Make sure you take out a small loan just to purchase lunch
First time there. Parking tight even though not many people around. Facilities good standard. Was a coffee shop if you need.
This place is amazing!! So wonderful to have a community hub that doubles as an elite venue for the Firebirds and Bullets.
Home of basketball and netball, Brisbane bullets! Multiple level parking, don't know if it's available when games are on.
Great venue with easy entry and exit. Lots of facilities and food outlets, and you are allowed to bring some items in
Well serviced by attendants when entering arena. Poor choice of food outlets. Should have had healthier food options.
1st time there, what a great set up for netball. Well designed with the retractable seating allowing extra courts
Good courts! Excellent service, however we had to get staff to kick people off our courts when they ran overtime.
Easy to navigate.. good COVID practices and resources (hand sani, reminders) around. Staff helpful and friendly
We went to watch harlem globetrotters. Great night. Fantastic show. Chairs are so small and close. So tight.
Great venue for Futsal. Enough parking. Food was a bit pricey. The Karen at the entrance is Covid hardcore.
Decent setup and good views from most seats I imagine. Wait times for concessions weren't unreasonable.
The food was good but expensive, was there for graduation on a,very hot day lucky for air conditioning
Great facility for Huni fight. Parking worked a gem. Facilities all as required, and friendly staff.
Went to watch netball, not a big netball fan but great venue and atmosphere. Was enjoyable to watch.
Great venue. It is easily accessible and has great accommodation options nearby. Clean facilities.
Amazing venue!! At a conference, morning and afternoon teas plus lunch was so well altered for!!
Parking, what a pain. No you can't park in the VIP area, even though it was only a third full.
It was super easy to vacate the venue when embarrassed my scrawny Brisbane teams performance.
Wonderful sporting complex and facilities. Just they need to open up more variety of cafes.
Great venue. Great vibe. Also - The place was absolutely spotless. Super clean. Love it!
Great arena. Easy to access, plenty of parking, clean and tidy. Vegan food options. …
The canter was to slow serving. There should have two going .We waited 1hour for coffee
Very accessible venue. The cleanliness and orderliness are topnotch! …
What a great venue. Plenty of parking, easy access. Good place for functions
Top class arena to watch my granddaughter represent Wide Bay Footsall team.
Out of parking space in the morning.. No signs of available parking slots..
Awesome atmosphere, with activities for the kids before the Firebirds game
The social netball competition that is run there is very disappointing.
Easy parking, great views from wherever you are seated, awesome night.
Fantastic arena. Wonderful food. Great facilities. Very well set up
Attended Bullets NBL game. Fantastic stadium with great atmosphere
What a great venue to watch the volleyball, clean and spacious
Great smaller sized stadium for watching sporting events
Plenty of parking, lines moved quickly, great atmosphere
Great multi-use facility with plenty of on-site parking.
Great venue for basketball. Good food and drink options
Good layout, access to facilities, decent parking.
Easy to get into , and the staff were helpful
Great location ..the best to watch NBL games
