The night staff was very rude when I bought the cup noodles . He didn’t even let me buy the water . I tried to explain that he can scan after pouring hot water as I do it in other store but he was so rude and he was shouting and send me out of the store . The staff’s behavior was aggressive and started to come close to me. The official check the footage from 1:45 am 13/12/2023 night owl kelvin grove and take steroids action against him . He could have explained it to me nicely but he chose to get aggressive . Please check the footage and see how he was behavhoing with the customer

The older man serving on the 28th sept 22 was very rude and told of and stopped me from pumping because I was stretching the hose to the other side of the car. Pumps are designed with a long hose for this reason. No other attendant has ever stopped me and I have seen many do it. If the pumps were not designed for this, why would they make the hose so long? I have gone and researched this and it's true. But more importantly, the man didn't let me just fill it. He could have said.. Next time try not to do it.

Hello today is 10/08/22 I was coming back from north and i was feeling sleepy. I went to this fuel station around 2 am in morning as i need a power nap to proceed my journey home …. The guy at the store is very rude and wont let me park the car in the parking lot of the fuel station for half an hour even though there is not even single car in station parking. His attitude seems very racist really disappointing. Fuel stations are ment for reviving drivers i think he need some good trainning…

This has to be one of the best independently owned fuel stations in Brisbane. The staff are always so friendly and helpful, the pumps and shop are always super cleans and well maintained, and the mini store has everything you could possibly want. Their price on fuel is always competitive if not a few cents cheaper per litre then others in the area. Could not recommended them highly enough.

Not sure how else to get in touch with the staff about this but you guys need to do a better job of removing expired food products at their use-by date. Just bought some nasty-tasting cheese and crackers from the fridge, checked the use-by date and they were expired. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue at this shop

My local. Good service but the air quality is so bad. Filled with an oil stence. Today was worse than others I had to put my shirt over my nose. When returning home our family always knows we have been here because we smell like we just hot out of an oil vat. I dont think I will be returning here unfortunately.

I visited NightOwl on October 29. I used my reusable cup for a small coffee, but the older man working there insisted it was regular size. Even after showing it wasn't full, he didn't acknowledge it. Disappointing service. They need to improve their professionalism. Not going there again!!

This Shell branded service station has been recently refurbished. Good selection of petrol and diesel is available. Due to layout of the bowsers, one can get stuck behind another car that is not ready to leave at that time.

They are consistently cheaper than surrounding petrol stations. The facilities are nice, clean and modern although the pumps seem to be a bit slower than BPs for whatever reason. The console operators are always courteous.

Great place. Can't use flybuys but can get docket discounts. They'll match your discount if you have a docket or coupon from other store. helpful staff, & good range of quick grab items.

I was3nt bit sure about coffee quality being a machine coffee but it nails it, awesome coffe with rich crema every day to start your day. Freindly staff as well at the servo.
