I am quite appalled by all the positive reviews. I have had and continue to have such a negative experience. We booked and paid a deposit for our roof to be redone in the middle of May, scheduled early to mid June. The sales person seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions. I was excited. We did have more rain this spring than usual so when we hadn't heard from or seen anyone by the end of June we weren't too concerned. However by mid July I had contacted the sales person to check in. He said try the office but he'd look into it. I called and got no answer so left a message. A few days later with no new info I called sales person again. He said there's delays but they're working as quick as they could. I mentioned not having any receipt for the deposit which was supposed to be sent and they said they would send that. I got a text asking for my email again , which I provided and then got the receipt. This repeated a few more times finally receiving a message mid August they would be there next week. They arrived around 2pm the next Wednesday, we learned they were actually St Boniface Roofing, which we were told they do not subcontract out. It's all over the website. They did not replace the plumbing stack which was supposed to be done. We were told someone else does the eaves and everything else and would be by the following week. It's been 3 more weeks now with no information and a half finished roof. I feel completely disrespected as a customer. Especially after reading so many positive reviews. The whole experience apart from the sales pitch has been completely unprofessional. I would like the job finished however I do not feel its even worth what I was originally quoted. Would not recommend. I would like to add St. Boniface Roofing were friendly and did a good job on the shingling. It's the principle that they claim not to subcontract out. I'd prefer to just get my money back and pay St Boniface at this point.

Kyle and his crews were fantastic. I made a call to several companies to come check out our roof as we had experienced a lot of water coming into our home from our roof after the storm this week. Kyle made the time in his busy schedule to check out our roof after explaining to him our situation. Once Kyle assessed our roof, he determined it was in need of an urgent repair due to a lot of the wood being exposed and other problems he pointed out which is exactly what my husband had noticed when he went up on the roof the night of the storm. Kyle made our job a priority. He got one of his guys to start pulling shingles and then got 2 other crews to come and help out with the job. They worked until almost 9 pm and were back the next day to finish. I went up on the roof to check out the work and they took extra care with some problems we had noticed with the previous shingling job. They wanted to make sure it was done right so we would never have water issues again. I can admit I was that annoying customer that stuck around and was nosy asking a lot of questions. The guys took the time to explain everything to me step by step. Kyle, the crews, the clean up, the customer service was exceptional. Thx for a job well done. I highly recommend New Heights Roofing!

Cary and crew have worked on 2 homes for us. We have experienced nothing but great customer service from them as well as reasonable pricing. Our first home required reroofing/shingling. The work was done quickly, efficiently and done on time. Coincidentally we experienced a leak of unknown origin which turned out to be a leaking pipe. However, they were responsive to our concerns and came back quickly to do a thorough inspection to ensure no issues with the roof. When we moved into our new home there was an issue with some of the gutters leaking. Once again they did a great job with repairs and installing additional roof vents. Cary kept us updated as to progress and made us aware that we had an existing drip cap that I hadn't realized was already in place. Due to time of year, will be having them return to relevel a gutter. Highly recommend Cary and the team at New Heights Roofing.

Best company! Prior to contacting New Heights, we contacted two other roofing companies about getting a quote for new shingles, 12” roof extensions, and to put overhangs over our doors. One company came to check out the house to give us a quote but then disappeared, and the other one just never called us back despite numerous attempts at reaching them both. Cary and Dean from New Heights came by within a few days, gave us a quote broken down with numerous options/upgrades, etc. They sent a big crew to start the demolition - all great guys. Super friendly, funny, and sweet to our little girl who was very interested in watching the process. We had a minor hiccup but they quickly and effectively rectified the situation. Customer service was exceptional. We’re planning to hire them again to do our siding next year. We would definitely recommend New Heights.

Found this company from google business, they did a great job to replace the shingle on my house roof. They clean all garbage around my house after they have replaced my shingles. The owner is Cary, she is very good professional professional guy. All guys were very professional during they on the roof of my house. Also the owner recommended me to use the Landmark shingles. After I compared on Google, I realized Cary is right. Never a good time of year (end of Sept) to have shingles blow off your roof. Most companies are busy and don't see much value in small repairs such as ours when winter is closing in. However it needs to get fixed and can't wait.... Called around to a few places and either didn't get responses or they were only taking appointments for next spring! Called New Heights and they responded quickly and offered to come out right away to fix the damage. Being late in the year, they also had went the extra mile to add tar since there isn't enough heat to fuse the singles together until next summer. Was very impressed with their customer service, response time and quality of work. Would recommend New Height's and will consider them for my next job/repair.

Excellent company to deal with. Hired New Heights to replace the shingles on my house and garage. I had contacted 10 other companies to receive quotes and New Heights was on par in pricing with the majority of others. What separated them from all the others was the amount of time spent with me discussing options and time taken on site to complete an informed estimate. That along with the other positive reviews won my business. My roof was completed last week and I could not be happier. When everything was said and done yard was cleaned up and swept with a magnet a number of times by them to ensure any dropped nails were recovered. Left me with a good impression overall and came in at quoted cost. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Cary went with me the extra mile. First he caulked where the roof was leaking through the ceiling. It never dropped again in the next rain falls. Work was completed in one day. Best Certainteed warranty 50 yrs. Big instant difference between before and after in acoustics and energy saving inside the house. As for Dennis team they were flying up and down on the ladders and on the roof on both sides at once. Keen service patient with client inquiries quick and professional Certainteed certified service. For a company with so many stars, and good reviews it sure isn't reflective of this companies values. After waiting for a year with our metal roof, and placing a deposit down to get it ordered, we were canceled on. We understand that snow, and different conditions throughout the year have an effect on roofing season but it's clearly not in this companies value to own up to the mistake of not getting it done as soon as possible when we waited patiently. Do not deal with this company, they have no integrity, no professionalism, and no care for there clientele. They'll move you up, and brush you off like we did.

Needed a quick turnaround on a new roof for house and garage so we could sell. New Heights Roofing and Exteriors made it a priority to have the job done before Winter set in. They were very professional, kind, respectful, reasonable price and did a beautiful job. There was an issue of the back deck roof possibly cracking under their weight, but they did everything possible, taking more time to make sure it didn't crack and they were successful. Just a few days later a man was walking by and commented to my husband on what a really nice roof we have.

I had a few quotes done but found New Heights to be very competitive & was impressed that Kyle sat down with me & went over the quote. I never had work done by this company but I was badly cut of by one of their drivers. Road was severely iced, he came across out of a far street side, turned left in front of me. I had to slam on my breaks to prevent from hitting him. Really reckless and not careful. Incident occurred on Corydon at 530 pm February 16, 2022. Not to smart to drive like that when you’re advertising on the side of your black truck. Hope this helps

The manager, John Voss, is not only extremely professional and approachable, but he goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done well. They did a great job on our roof everything that we asked them for did all the cladding and it was all at a decent price they didn’t gouges us. The gentleman that came to our house was very professional did all the work before they asked for a dime. I hand out their cards to everyone now who says they need roofing repairs or replacement done.

These guys did a roof for me back in May and although we had some trouble getting a few things Carey was awesome and solved the problem. A New Heights truck and trailer came into my work place with 4 guys inside. Strong odour of cannabis, open liquor in the front seat cup holders, driver appeared very intoxicated. Very unprofessional, poor impression of the business.

Just make sure to inspect their work and ask for real reviews don't trust Google or Facebook reviews as I heard on the radio that alot of these reviews are fake. It's a lesson I have learned the hard way. Good luck to all.
