I just had to take a moment to share my amazing experience with 547 they took care of my garage roof, garage eavestroughs, house eavestroughs soffits and facia on the house. These guys are absolutely fantastic, and I can't recommend them enough! First of all, amazing communication. Jenn, the person I was dealing with, was an absolute superstar. She was always on the ball, answering my questions and keeping me in the loop. It was so refreshing to work with someone who was prompt, informative, and actually cared about making sure I had all the info I needed. Kudos to Jenn for being a rockstar communicator! All the workers were polite and thorough in their work. They really paid attention to detail and didn't cut any corners. They even went above and beyond. Russ the owner came by and fixed a small area of missing/damaged shingles on my house roof, even though it wasn't part of the original job and they didn't charge me a dime for it! That kind of service and generosity is hard to come by these days. After the job was done, there was a tiny fix that needed to be taken care of. And guess who showed up? Russ again! This guy is a total legend. He personally came out to make sure everything was perfect. I know this team isn’t a small operation so it’s clear that he takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. What a genuinely nice guy! My parents recommended 547 because they had worked with them before. Now I understand why they raved about these guys. They truly live up to their reputation as the go-to roofing company. I won't even think about hiring anyone else for future work. To the whole 547 Renovations team, thank you so much! You guys are rockstars. From your excellent communication to your polite and thorough workers, and the personal touch of Russ himself, you've won me over completely. Keep doing what you're doing, because you're absolutely killing it in the roofing game. I'll definitely be calling you for any future projects. You're the best!

Please beware. This company will do the bare minimum or less. After replacing my shingles there were large gaps and holes I could see from looking from my attic. We asked to meet the owner several times. He agreed but then never showed up. After several requests, he sent someone else (without letting us know he wasn’t coming). That person had no authority to do anything and even broke our clock with no apology. The next thing we hear from the company is that they would not honour any warranty. We were holding payment until we could resolve the issue. Instead of meeting with us or even calling, they reneged on the contract by removing their warranty. They never offered to replace or fix our clock. They wasted our time by setting up meetings and not showing up (several times). And they would not stand by their work. I’m happy for those who had a good experience but if you ever need a follow up or warranty service, this company has shown me they will not stand behind their work. In fact, I’ve never dealt with a less professional company. Edit: Now the owner says this is a fake review. Why would I give a fake review? I don't know these people personally. Do they think I'm in the pocket of "Big Roofing"? I have plenty of positive Google reviews. The only justice I get is to review them and true to my terrible experience, they continue to act unprofessionally.

In summer 2018 we had 547 Renovations do our soffit, fascia and eaves on our home. While we liked Russ, we had nothing but issues with the work. We contacted them numerous times to tell them that the paint splatters left on our Tyndall stone, garage door and stucco needed to be removed. We also had incredible leaking, like waterfalls coming from all the connections between downspouts and waves. In even the lightest rains. We took photo and video and sent it in to prove it. They aren’t clogged either, my husband clears them regularly. We always got the same response from 547, “We are busy but will make time later this summer.” Well it’s been 4 years since the initial work was done, we haven’t heard a peep from 547, and after trying to support a small business - we no longer can do that in good conscious. They said the work is under warranty for 5 years, but refuse to come and assist us with the issues. The workmanship is obviously shoddy, and customer service is no better. They also left screws and sharp edges of aluminum all over the property, even our neighbors complained. So now, we will spend more of our own money to have all the connections to downspouts re-done, and an additional downspout put on (they assured me 4 was enough, clearly not.

I cannot say enough about 547 Renovations. The office staff (Carrie and Jenn) are so easy to communicate with. Email, telephone, etc. Prompt and courteous service can be expected. The work crew was on site for two days. They all arrived on time and ready to work. Efficiency and professionalism prevailed. At any one time, there were 4 to six (maybe more?) people working. Everyone had a job and they did it perfectly. The yard was left in perfect condition and the work is flawless. As a price-point, 547 Renovations was on the lower end of the four estimates I had. Not only that, their advice for what needed to be worked on (and what didn't) seemed honest and sincere. I could not have asked for a better roofing experience. of special note, 40% of my roof is at an extremely steep incline, with multi-facets. These guys nailed it. Safety was always paramount. No safety or workplace rules were overlooked!! If you're reading this, you have found your roofers.

Fabulous experience getting my roof done with 547. They responded most promptly to my request for quote and of all the quotes received, provided the most concise and easy to understand info at a competitive price. When I called with questions, I was super impressed that Jenn truly engaged to help me. She took time to ensure I understood more about roofing products and options, her company and services. She obviously knew her stuff, and I also liked that I was speaking with a company owner with considerable experience and knowledge. Very reassuring. Every communication was prompt, pleasant and to the point. The job was done a few days ahead of the promised time, zero issues, fuss, mess or extra expense. And my house looks great. Thank you! Recommended by a friend. They were everything...and more. Great communication, excellent performance and the quality of work is what one hopes for when spending that kind of money. When deciding on a shade of shingle, they provided me with recent homes that had the ones we were considering and being able to see them on a home was the absolute best to appreciate the differences on a large scale. My sister in law is now going with them based upon what she has seen and on our recommendation. We also recommend to anyone reading this to pull them into your quotes. You will not be disappointed.

The owner of this company is genuinely amazing! My husband and I just did our garage roof ourselves and the owner of 547 happened to drive by the backlane and saw my husband up on the roof with his hammer. The owner quickly and very generously offered up his air nailer to speed up the job. We declined but were so grateful for the offer. Then a few minutes later he came back and hauled 5 bundles of shingles up to the roof so my husband didn't have to!!! This guy is pure kindness. Will definitely reach out to him when we need our soffits and fascia done on the house! Thank you so much!

We hired them to do the soffits/ fascia/ gutters after they completed an excellent job for our neighbor! They were far better priced than competitors and fit us in ahead of a large project they were about to do so we didn’t have to wait into late fall and possibly loose out for the winter due to weather. I not sure of her title, but the lady we communicated with the entire time (Jennifer) was absolutely amazing to deal with; friendly, courteous, and most importantly replied very quickly to all questions. There workers do not stop at a school crossing when people are crossing this woman with brown hair , black shirt that was driving in the company white truck just about hammered my kid on mountain and main .if I didn't stop to yell at my child she would of been hit she just turned and looked at us we were halfway across the road .very poor drivers . No regards for others on the road and other vehicles have stopped she kept going . This happened July 11 2023 .happened at 2:01 she had enough time to stop but choose to keep speeding up.

We had a great experience with 547 they have great service answer all your questions get back to you right away they did a amazing job on our roof had other quotes from other companies that where in the area doing other roofs and 547 was the best quote and when done it was the same as quoted would recommend them to everyone they cleaned up and couldn’t even tell they where there very great company to deal with they had our roof done in a day and it was very hot and windy out that day we are very pleased with the work

I used this company a few years ago and just had to say something. 547 Renovations were outstanding and I have never seen any contractor leave a site so clean after they finish the job. Their price was fair we thought but the time spent telling us about the process was invaluable. They are simply the best and I would recommend them in a heart beat and I have many times told friends needing roofs to give 547 Renovations a call. You guys are the best and wow are you quick.

We had our shingles and eavestroughs done by 547 after receiving quotes from 4 other companies. The work was done quickly and the roofing crew did a great cleanup after they finished. Eavestroughs were installed the very next day! We had a small issue with the appearance and they came back and adjusted it right away. It’s been a positive experience all around and I’ve already passed on their name and contact information to several people!

Our downspout fell off and our gutters were leaking. I reached out to them and they were able to come the next day and fix all the issues. The team is outstanding. Any question we had, they answered. They also went above and beyond by explaining exactly what caused these issues and what they were going to do to fix them. As an added bonus, they love dogs and were extremely playful with my 3 dogs before and after they finished their work.

The workers were extremely messy, shingles with nails sticking out were left all over the yard. They threw shingles all over my kids toys and sprinkler. When I confronted the owner about this, he was extremely rude. Safety protocols were not in place, ex no hard hats, steel toes boots, or tarps on the ground to catch falling debris. Worst, rudest most unprofessional service I have ever encountered! Would not recommend this company!!!

We recently had our roof done by this company, and without a doubt they are the best there is !! They went above and beyond to get the job done beyond our expectations. Just had my Soffits, Fascia, Eavestroughs and Downspouts done by 547. They did my parents roof a few years ago and were affordable and professional and fast. I decided to use them this year, they came in on a Wednesday and Finished on a Monday. It wasn't an easy job as I have a 2.5 story house but I am very happy with the work. Would strongly recommend.

I highly recommend this company. My neighbor used them and suggested them to me. I do not regret it. Their customer service was perfect. They worked efficiently and quickly the day of the install. They cleaned up afterwards, swept my driveway and picked up any debris or nails. I was impressed from my first call to the final job. Thank you very much!

If you want perfection, this is who you call. The owner came to my home late at night, during his family dinner, to fix a leak he didn’t even cause. Very professional, and well trained. Great customer service! Very responsive! We had shingles blown off due to high winds. I contacted them and they were so responsive and dealt with my request immediately. I can’t make a comment on the quality of work but, working safely is part of quality work. This contractor did not have it’s safety measures in place for it’s workers (no fall protection). make sure that you hire a contractor that works safe, you don’t want some killed falling off your roof!
