"Never have I ever given one star to any business (would give minus if available) but national pharmacy as a whole deserves it"
"I stopped in at this chemist as a once off, as I live the other side of Adelaide, needing to get a script filled but ended up getting all of my skin care needs met and more ! The young lady who served me, Allysha, who was the Clinique lady, was not only attentive and professional but certainly knew her stuff when it came to what products I wanted & needed"
"One of the best pharmacy experiences I’ve ever had"
"Called to find out the cost of a prescription medication & told one price"
"I get it that others are under the pump at the moment in business"
Never have I ever given one star to any business (would give minus if available) but national pharmacy as a whole deserves it. I have been a member of national pharmacy since I first joined back in the days of NHSA who have been taken over several times and are now Bupa. Since the beginning of joining the pharmacy I have always been loyal to them. In my opinion if you are on a health card or pensioner use this pharmacy, if not go to another pharmacy. The 20% they say you get may be true in some cases but in most cases the price you pay after the discount is in pare or just above the price of other pharmacy or chemists. Today I attended Harbourtown at West Beach and placed my scripts for the first time ever at another chemist. When I returned to collect my scripts to my surprise, I paid a little over half price from national pharmacy. (For exactly the same medications and brand of Medication) I always asked national pharmacy when I notice the small price rise in the scripts and I get "it is the government increase in price." That is fine and pay for the medications. (How naïve, lack of experience and sophistication,) In my opinion never be loyal to one pharmacy or chemist. Note the staff at national pharmacy are ok but the service at the other chemist was better. Now after more than 20 years of loyalty I will revoke my membership and I will not be back to any National pharmacy chemists until I retire or hold a health care card, where I know you will not be ripped of because the government really sets the price of prescription. I stopped in at this chemist as a once off, as I live the other side of Adelaide, needing to get a script filled but ended up getting all of my skin care needs met and more ! The young lady who served me, Allysha, who was the Clinique lady, was not only attentive and professional but certainly knew her stuff when it came to what products I wanted & needed. I feel like I have invested in good quality products and reasonable prices and will definitely travel this far again to get more mainly because of her skin care knowledge!!!!
One of the best pharmacy experiences I’ve ever had. The man working there (Benito) is an absolute asset to your organisation and provided exceptional customer service. I’ve never had such an amazing experience inside a pharmacy looking for assistance with a 2 year old with a runny nose. That man is a gentleman. Very knowledgeable in his job and also customer service is off the scale! Thanks so much, will be back
Called to find out the cost of a prescription medication & told one price. Then made to wait 30mins for prescription & the cost was more then what i was told on the phone prior. No point in having membership here as it is still cheaper at other pharmacies anyway. I've been here a number of times over the last year or so & the wait time always appears longer then any other pharmacy i have been to before.
I get it that others are under the pump at the moment in business. However witnessing one of your female employees, being consistently rude & obnoxious to the customers she served today, really highlighted to everyone what kind of a person you are today. There is enough disgusting behaviour in this world atm, and her adding to it only downgrades your business reputation.
The workers at this Pharmacy do not understand basic customer service or to treat everyone with respect. The service I was provided was the worst service I have received at any organisation or business in my entire life. Your better off heading around the corner to Terry White Chemmart Fullham where I received exceptional service.
I am a member and I have always been able to get what ever I needed, especially with a 20% discount. I would recommend anyone to be a member as it is worth it when you get to the checkout. The staff are very helpful and if you are just looking they will always ask if they can help you if you need it or not.
The pharmacist was so rude and absolutely disgusting about getting a prescription when I have never had an issue before. She was extremely rude and disrespectful even after explaining the situation. The woman at the checkout was absolutely amazing though, although I would never recommend this chemist.
My daughter went to pick up medication and was told that her script had been lost. She was simply told in a firm tone, that she should get her doctor to send a new script. When she went back for a second time, National Pharmacies had miraculously found the first one. Unprofessional.
Pharmacy as a whole is great, staff are helpful and assist well, but DO YOUR SELF a FAVOUR, go book in for a Clarins facial, ABSOLUTELY amazing, so relaxing and the products are divine! Hidden lil gem, and glad I found out about this, GO get one, you won't regret it
I had a couple if scripts filled this morning at the Findon store. I was harrassed to buy their membership by 3 staff members. 1 in particular had trouble accepting NO. Its a rip off and I won't be shopping there or any of their pharmacies again.
The pharmacist intern Jasmine was a very friendly helper, very quicker on her thing and get the job done quickly. but she said she is only currently working there as an intern, the boss should definitely hire her lol :(
Staff are nice but how can it be so long for a script and there arent many people in the store :( takes 30 mins i go to the shop next door and get some stuff and 30 mins you go back in amd get oh we are doing it now..
I picked up a script from them today , that at any other chemist is max 8.95 National pharmacy is $15.00 they literally lifted her hands in the air and went we don't make the prices. Won't be coming back
I just bought a tin of Ensure from the national pharmacy at findon, paid $40, non member, all other shops sell these for around $32. What a Rip off, should be ashamed of of yourselves
Went for an optical appointment and was not disappointed. Paul Dini was thorough, friendly, and answered the many questions I had about my eye care. Will definitely be back next year
Poor service, had the pharmacist mandy shake her head at me. Made me wait 40 mins and when I said something politely was rude back to me. Poor representation of national pharmacies.
Open till late. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Prices are great. Parking available near the store. Professional services are also available during office hours.
Always a good experience going into this pharmacy. Staff are always friendly and smiling, answer questions confidently and take time with those who need it.
I wouldn't waste my time becoming a member. In most cases, even with their 20% discount you are paying far more than Chemist Warehouse.
40 pack of strong pain and calmative tablets for only $11.00 Costs $18.00 at my local pharmacy..... Great tablets for TATTOO PAIN!!
Every time I’ve gone there I’ve waited over 20-25 for a simple script even with a shop full of workers! Never coming back here!
DOUBLE the price for regular prescription medicine compared to Chemist King in Welland, just a few mins drive west.
This is my local NP and I love it here! Friendly staff and pharmacists and has great prices for members ♥️
Worst pharmacy sat there for 40 minutes for them to tell me they don’t have my prescription …
Very helpful staff. The store has much to offer and what you need will probably be there.
Great service and friendly staff. Get all my prescriptions at National Pharmacy Findon.
i get my meds from here every month staff are very nice and know me by name now
Always good customer service and helpful pharmacists who go above and beyond
Service is slow and some of the team are rather rude
Amazing staff, particularly the Clarins consultant.
