Went to Mr muffler for service for 2-3 yrs and ended up realizing they didn't fill in my service book at all. They told me I could just went there and they had everything in record in computer, turned out they didn't have a full record of the services they provide. And the lady filled in my book with the wrong information from another car....... She didn't apologize for the whole situation..... And kept trying to put the blame on me and told me it wouldn't affect the value of my car. Now I try to sell my car second hand, It is very upsetting because I service my car every 6 months but I actually can't prove it to my potential buyers and many of them think I fake my service record.... Response to business reply: I went to you around 1-2 months ago, 1) it turned out half of the records were missing because the lady who does the records don't enter everything into the computer. We managed to find a handwriting notes from my service at July last year， but that wasn't in the record either. Her response is she hasn't got the time to enter into the system. But the record is half a year ago already， no wonder why half of my service record is lost. 2) the lady who served me filled in my record book with service History from another car, and then she just simply crossed them off and fixed it. Making my record book look super dodgy. I am trying to sell my car and really having a lot of doubts from my potential buyers because they think my service History is fake 3) the lady told me it doesn't matter if half of the records are missing, won't affect the price of my car and never apologize for the situation.

I could not recommend this business enough - every time I have gone everyone has been so lovely and kind. I am a young driver so I don't know too much about cars and my first car is very old but Harry has taken the time to explain everything to me each time I go there and also makes sure that what needs to be done is done to the best service it could be. Where other mechanics told me to "turn up the radio" Harry and his team have figured out the problem and fixed it! The pricing is amazing as well!!! Easily the cheapest priced mechanic I've ever been too or heard of - they're very fair on pricing I literally couldn't ask for more :) also to the lady that does all the bookings and payments (I'm so sorry I don't think I've learnt your name!) - she is so lovely! Always offering food or drinks while I wait too - I hope your plant does well! I recently had used Mr Muffler(Dao Nuo Auto Repair) since my FIAT 500X BCM module was broken. And I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. From repair quality to service attitude, their level of professionalism and expertise left me feeling confident in my decision to entrust them with my 500X. Firstly, I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable their prices were. It would cost double or more if you choose to repair the BCM module in dealer's workshop. The BCM part was really hard to find and they decided to book a new one from ITALY! Secondly, the boss and staff of Mr Muffler were friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with their work. My FIAT 500X was finally repaired and I cannot recommend Mr Muffler(Dao Nuo Auto Repair) enough. If you're looking for a shop that offers great prices, quality service, and exceptional customer care, look no further than Muffler Auto Repair. They truly deserve more than 5 stars!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE Harry and his inexperienced team at “Mr Muffler” had my car for a muffler delete and a basic service. Upon arrival Harry’s laid back and neglect attitude should have been enough of a red flag. Harry was finished with my car within the hour, which on an afternoon with his carpark full was a bit suspicious, so upon quick inspection he told me the job was complete and I was on my way (price was reasonable but obviously for a good reason). What Harry did was T-bone off my exhaust (see pics below) which resulted in power loss, bad airflow through the entire system and poor fuel economy. Today I asked Harry if he could fix my problems and he DENIED that my car was his work and that he ever did any work on it. A complete waste of money and I would HIGHLY recommend you search other places before stooping this low to Mr Muffler. NEVER AGAIN

When it comes to being honest.Harry is second to none professional and polite with over 30 years experience. Harry has no issue working on any car brand.If a minor issue can last till your next service and does not need urgent attention. He will inform you about it and let you know it might need changing next time.Harry will try save you money where possible if something can last a little longer. He wont change it if he believes it can last a little longer unless you insist. Harry is not in this business to mislead and rip his customers off. Ive been taking my cars to Harry for over 10 years and my current since it was brand new.I will never take my car anywhere else.Futhermore, Anne in the office,and the team are so amazing and helpful. My wife completely shredded her rear tyre and pulled into the nearest servo. Fortunately there was Mr Muffler there, and they offered to put a used tyre on as a temporary tyre so my wife can get home. It took quite a while to get the tyre off the wheel as it was so damaged. They had to revert to a saw and an angle grinder to get it off. They finally got it off, and put a temporary tyre on. When I asked how much, they said don't worry about it. I insisted but they refused to take my money. Extraordinary service, I thoroughly recommend! Oh, and they gave my kids some dumplings to eat while we were waiting. Don't hesitate to bring your car here, you'll get great service!

The best mechanic in the south east by far. Well run family business who listens to what’s needed to be done and gives a very fair price unlike most mechanics around that try and milk customers for every dollar. Took my car to Harry for the first time 2 years ago and haven’t thought about going anywhere else since. He’ll explain exactly whats been done and why he’s done it. Doesn’t take any shortcuts on the job. The service is great as he never holds onto the car longer then agreed upon and even sometimes gets it done quicker then he ays. Cannot recommend anyone better.

Went over to Mr Muffler Glen Waverley as i wanted to get a muffler delete done and an aftermarket muffler fitted in place of it. Harry was nothing but phenomenal all throughout the process, and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. His workmanship is passionate and you know he loves what he does. Harry’s such a legend. My 04’ mx5 had check engine light on and turned out it’s the hot O2 sensor having issue. GWS Mazda quoted me $1000 to replace the sensor and the lead time is 3 months since it’s a turbo model. But Harry got his hands on the new ones and soon replaced it in no time the day after I pulled my car into his shop for a quick check, and cost me way less than Mazda’s quote. Will defo come back here for services. They care enough to get things done nicely and quickly unlike the dealers.

I needed to switch tyres as one of mine had gone flat, the staff here not only immediately helped me change to my spare tyre, they also inspected my other tyres for me and recommended that I change another one also as it was getting old. Came back after 2 days to get my new tyres and the operation was done quickly and easily in 15 minutes. The boss also gave me a great deal, I can't thank Mr Muffler enough! If you're looking for friendly service and great value this is the place :)

My car is Toyota Yaris 2019 and they charged me $240 without any clean for a 1 and half hour service . I can not say anything more here but not happy with the price here because 4S shop for my car is $297 with a service video and inside outside clean. They should make the price very clean before I drop my car there.

Very bad experience. Not recommending at all. I came to have a RWC quotation but turn out they don’t have the Licence and send my car for a test and charge that for $200. They did not mention the RWC contractor and test fee at all in that first place.

Paid $240 for a service. Basically Means engine oil and oil filter change. And when the car was returned, I checked the dip stick and was shocked at how dirty the oil is. Either they are very sloppy or did not change the oil at all.

Was a great experience here getting my down pipe and cat installed requiring cutting and welding new flanges was done in a timely manner and even though it was more difficult we were still provided a reasonable labour fee of $450.
