I do not recommend I spoke to the hairdresser (T) about a service and she told me it would cost me 75$ over the phone. Once I arrived, we talked briefly and I explained again what I wanted. She then proceeded with the treatment without mentioning anything different. Once we finished she asked me 250$ which she never mentioned at any moment since I arrived and when I asked her why she never mentioned it would be this price she said she thought I knew?? When it was clearly my first time in the salon. When I wanted to go to the atm to get the cash (since she doesn’t take cards) she asked me to pay her via her personal interac and is giving no receipt which is clearly not legal!! The bare minimum would be to let the client know that the price is not the same as mentioned over the phone to avoid any miss understanding !!! I would have never accepted to do it if she gave me the price beforehand.

I hope I could give 0 stars to them. Worse salon in Lasalle. The lady at the receptionist is so arrogant as if she can never do wrong. First of all I ask for the blow dry with curls at the end and what they gave me is regular curls which I could have done it easily at home. I saw their negative reviews before booking the appointment but I still went there by thinking let’s try them out and the worse part is lady at the receptionist, I am dam sure when I called she told me we take debit cards. But when I went there she was like oh no we don’t take debit or credit card and I reminded her the conversation we had on phone but she kept on saying no no it’s impossible, it’s been 2 years. And the worse part is when I paid her cash with TIP, she just took the money and never said Thank you which is like so rude. Customer service 0 stars. Save your money and don’t go there.

I know many say "a salon is a salon, the hairdresser is the one that matters" and in most cases, it's true. This one is an exception. Everyone who works here is nice. The owners are pleasant guys who take the time to say hello. The receptionist is always nice to people (and she has the cutest little dog) If you're looking for a good hairdresser who will give you exactly what you ask for, I refer you to Christina. She isn't scissor happy! You want a half inch taken off? You get a half inch... no more, no less. Her balayage skills are, IMHO, far superior to most I've seen. Highly recommend. For me personally, I love that you can have a 3hr conversation with her and it's not your typical "salon gossip". Prices here are the same as any salon except you'll never leave feeling like you overpaid.

Ive been a client at moxees for about 3-4 years now. I had a bad experience with a female hairdresser (who i will not name) who still works at the salon. She did not listen to me and did the opposite of what i wanted. Because of this i changed to another male hairdresser and thought it would be better. Unfortunately it was not. He did not listen either and spread himself too thin. He ended up giving me very yellow blonde highlights and a lop sided haircut due to being rushed by other clients who were over booked. I was told only he could fix the mistake and if he wasnt working or available the day i called id have to pay to fix it. After spending 200$ each time i am very dissapointed in the quality and the lack of professionalism. Never ever going back. Too expensive and not even decent.

Place was very clean with a good product selection. Staff is very friendly and I loved my new hair cut and colour. I would have given 5 stars but they only accept cash and i could find no mention of that on their website nor did the receptionist tell me when booking a new client. I normally don't carry cash and many times I don't even carry my debit card since I pay with my phone or I bring a credit card. They do have an ATM there, so you end up paying the ATM charge plus whatever your bank charges you. In my case I paid even more since I had to take a cash advance on my credit card. Otherwise I definitely would recommend this place.

I’ve been getting my hair colour done by Christina for a couple of years and she’s helped my overall hair health immensely on top of being very receptive to my ideas. I have shown her photos and let her do her own thing at different times and I am always satisfied. When I first started seeing her, my hair was very, very damaged from a bleach job done poorly by a stylist from another salon and we have to cut it to a lob-type length. Now it’s almost elbow length, blonder than ever and its original texture has returned. On top of all of that, I’m very happy with the service I receive by all of the staff there.

Everyone here is so nice, I’ve been coming here regularly for a couple of years now to Thalia and she’s absolutely amazing. I have difficult hair and she always does exactly what I ask for and makes me feel like a movie star every time! I was sick for a while and needed help untangling my hair and Thalia was super gentle, patient, and kind when working on me and she helped me regain my confidence. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this salon and Thalia in Particular!

Well it was my first time after raving reviews from my daughter, sister and niece and I have extremely fine thinning hair and Phil did an awesome job bringing my style to 2021! The salon covers that all of the Covid guideline are met and then goes above that to make you feel safe and secure. I love, love, love my hair. I went in looking like 65 and came out looking like 50. A a good stylist is the key I highly recommend Moxee.. See you again soon.

It is a very nice and plaisant place now.and they .take you on time . That wasn't the case with one of the hairdreur before.He would make you wait for a good 30 min.but he was good. He left. After being at my previous location for 10 years + i decided to try a different location due to a style change , I booked an appointment with Dren who did exactly what i had asked and made me feel as if i always have been getting a cut there, will be going back he does amazing jobs on Kids too, booked my next appt with him for my Kid and I.

Overall I had a good impression of this salon, but I was very disappointed with the haircut, especially after drying hair by myself. I asked the hairdresser not to make any layers, but received a full head of layers up to ears after growing my hair for a year. Can’t for my hair to grow back ;(

Horrible experience,girlfriend always complain of the bad hair dye and hair cuts,there not even consistent,some spots are longer then others..but they also drink on the shift.have pictures to proove...i know its fun and such to have one or two but make sure the job is well done.thank you!

Exceptional times require exceptional services! The Moxee team have exceeded to provide a very safe environment with a relaxing atmosphere. If you have an underlying condition or someone at home, it is the place to go! Furthermore, their expertise and customer service are EXCELLENT!

Been going to Moxee for at least 10 yrs. if not more, I love the atmosphere, the friendlyness & of course the best cappucino, but mostly my hairdresser Fillip. It feels like my second home. Every Saturday is for me Moxee Day, I know I will come out feelling super good.

Very bad , first the hair wash this lady kept scratching my scalp very harsh , second the hair dresser she burnt my hair while using the dryer on full heat . The haircut wasn’t even symmetrical, don’t go there don’t waste your money

Every 6 monthes i go to do hair cut and little bit of color at this place. Terry is amazing! My hair looks always great and healthy. It is a little bit pricey but your hair will stay in good condition and thats what matter.

A girl called Talia cut my hair and it was not good. Even her blow drying was amateur. They charged me for 50$ and now i have to go do it somewhere else!
