Camped there a few times, last visit was 2019 in October. Bush camping with a lot of space, now shower but bush toilets, pretty new and clean. Permit and 4WD essential to get there. When driving south along the beach, some parts might have deep sand, so be careful not to be caught by the tide in the south of the island! You might lose your vehicle in the surf!
