Bike packed in to this camp. Not far if you drive to Nebo but would be more rewarding riding up from Brisbane or Ipswich. Only one or two tent sites. The shelter is very handy and quite clean. Came in on the wrong track and walked the steepest hill and was lucky to make it by nightfall. Great camp spot but there was a family of flying foxes screeching all night long and crapping on my tent. All I could think of was at least they’d keep the smaller animals away. Would be nice with a fire but total fire ban now until February. Clean water but non potable and no toilet. Saw a bit of toilet paper lying around which is not right. Woken by early trail runners. A solo make then two very noisy females.

This camp is much smaller than the others in Diagular. It's a bit of a dust bowl but good otherwise. Be warned, when I got home I found a tick in my farter, not sure if it's the same tick as the other reviews.

Excellent spot to stay the night. Would recommend a quality insect and tic repellent. My wife found a tic in her farter once we arrived back home.

  • Kate Casperson

Nice spot on the ridge with a small shelter and table with a water tank. Not many spots for tents. No toilet facilities.

Nice spot for a stopover night. Well maintained. Tank water needs to be treated before drinking
