I must say I wasn't expecting such a smooth roof repair. I've heard pretty bad stories about the installation process and the long term customer service. But Mont-Rose was definitely a step above. They did the installation quickly as there was a lot of rain during that summer and so much construction. Our street was blocked off for most of the summer and they told us that they would deal with the city as needed. The installation was done almost all in one day in order to ensure it was completed before the big rains on the weekend and they did an amazing job cleaning up. There was almost nothing left around the house in the form of debris. I know it's a little early as it's only been a few months (I'll update this review if anything changes) but so far so good. The price was also very reasonable and competitive, thus with this level of service I am more than happy to recommend them. Thank you!

We chose Mont-Rose roofers after a few estimates and advice from a friend who is a contractor. They did our flat roof last fall and we were not disappointed. Very professional and pleasant people. I called them this week because of a problem with our air-conditioning system (compressor on roof) to see if the problem was related to the new roof. They sent someone the very same day to check it out during this very busy season for them - I call that excellent customer service after the job has been done!

Great experience with Montrose Roofing. Wonderful owner, professional staff. Nice job. There was one minor issue that I pointed out to the owner and it was corrected immediately. Not sure what the “Darklord” (I know right, the name says it all!) is talking about in their comments, but that nonsense seems to be just base-less slurs, not to be taken seriously. Montrose is a great local (NDG) business, highly recommended.

A real good professional job. The 2 fellows who worked on my roof - Ghyslain and Joseph - worked hard, showed up early and on time and cleaned up each day before quitting. They used nails instead of the staples most roofers employ these days because they could then "feel" how well the shingles adhered to the deck. Need I say more?

Had a great experience with Mont-Rose. The roofer (Ghislain) was amazing. Great work, very pleasant and respectful. The owner, Mr John, always called me back when I had any question. I highly recommend this company! I am married to an engineer who always finds flaws in everything, and he only had good words to say about the job.

Poor installation quality, does not respect site cleanliness (makes mess/damage in neighbours properties and do not follow up/resolve), tell you your roof needs replacement when it just needs a bit of caulking (confirmed with another installer who resolved the issue). Avoid.

You can shop all you want for deals, but when it comes to a trouble-free roof project, don't take any chances with just anyone. I strongly recommend Mont-Rose. They've been doing roofs on my projects since 2005. Never had a problem.
