After losing my engagement and wedding rings, I looked for replacements and found Molten Store. I now have a beautiful replacement on order and have been able to swap my 30 year old fob chain and bracelet for credit. The process of swapping was very easy and the offer of credit came promptly. Any help I needed was given immediately! And the staff in store where super too. Jesse at head office and Chloe at the Chermside store deserve special mention. My new ring is special too. Buying from Molten means I'll receive something that aligns with my values, and also costs far less than a similar ring at another jeweller, because I can use the swap credit for pieces I no longer wear. Cannot speak highly enough of the Molten Team. After purchasing both a holiday and true engagement ring for my partner prior to an overseas holiday last year, we ended up needing to have both resized due to basing her sizing off incorrect measurements from another jeweller ! Needless to say, the entire process with Molten has been seamless, from purchasing, resizing through to pickup this weekend. All of the ladies I dealt with were extremely helpful, bubbly and made our experience feel extra special, keeping us informed with frequent email or phone updates. We cannot wait to use them for our wedding bands as well !

Absolutely adore Molten Store Chermside. The store itself is calming and engaging, the staff a delight. I have purchased many items from here (and online) this last year, each piece is as beautiful as the day I (or my daughter) first wore it. This particular piece, the chain ring, is a perfect addition to her growing collection. What I love the most (apart from the quality) is that no matter whether the item is $30 or $4000, the item, packaging, service and attention to detail are the same. Well done Molten, we love you.

Molten store provides a beautiful collection of Jewelry. However very conflicting information on returns. A friend had received a pair of earrings and wanted to exchange them and the store notice which allowed for an exchange was not inline with the verbal response in which they would not exchange or refund the earrings due to health regulations.

Today myself and my partner had the absolute pleasure of ordering our wedding bands from this store. The two ladies that have assisted us have been wonderful. The jewellery selection is beautiful. Highly recommend this shop over any other jewellery store in Chermside, (and we visited a few!).
