Not recommended. Taste is below than any other takeaway bakery. Counter was full of FLIES and the female employee was busy on her mobile not even trying to take them out. On the top of that she was so rude, not welcoming and doing her best to let us take and go so she can go back to her mobile. Very important, don’t ask her about the ingredients, she will get mad!!!!! Certainly never get back and highly recommend to not do. Special advises to the owner: 1- change the employee (female, today 18 October 2023 @ 4:30 pm). 2- clean your counter. Flies are everywhere over the food.

Got a doughnut & liege Waffle without high expectations. The doughnut is probably just as bad as a donut from any other national donut chain. The waffle was slightly more enjoyable, but still not great. What really stood out was how oblivious and slow the service was. It's literally just taking baked goods or sandwiches out of a display case, yet the staff decided it was a better use of time to absentmindedly stand around talking to other employees.

To the owner : The girl serving clients on the 11/10 at 3.15 pm shouldn't be working there, she was talking very rude to clients, yelling at us, not even looking at us in the eyes, always looking at her phone! It is ruining the image of the place and this beautiful city. I'm sure you can find someone else with great customer support skills ;) Richard

Food was nice but it's noticeably more expensive than other outlets of the same company elsewhere in Croatia. Ripping off tourists (like everywhere in Dubrovnik sadly)

Pastries are mislabelled - I ordered one thing and got something different. I paid too much for one bite of a pastry, only to find out it wasn't what was on the sign and had to spit it out.
