It was a lovely place to visit but I will never return to this place to spend my money. Me and my friend were unsure if we wanted shisha but decided to order food and cocktails, the customer service was fine until we finished eating. Another individual who was not serving us originally, came up to me and my friend, and explained rudely that it was an requirement to order shisha. Me and my friend tried to explained to the man that we were not aware of this requirement. He started to get rude and mean. He stated that he would force us to leave within two hours due to this fact, bearing in mind the place was completely empty. We decided to pay and leave, as we felt threatened by this Individual. Will never return again! Horrible place

Hands down the worst place in Enfield town. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Firstly, the customer service was poor, with the workers appearing bored and not helpful in the slightest. We ordered drinks and a dessert, and they charged us £10 extra for not having shisha. Is this even legal?? The workers said it’s policy but I have never heard of such a stupid policy. The warm choc cake tasted and looked like it’s from Costco. Very lacklustre and tasted out of date. The drinks were average at best, with the latte 60% foam. I would not bring or recommend anyone here. I am a local and would never ever come back. Save your time and money. 1 star out of 5 and that’s only because I can’t give 0.

This is a really cool shisha lounge. I liked the interior design! It’s dark and sassy with the dimmed bright lights blending well with the interior colours in pink, purple, orange etc… We didn’t get to try the food because we were there for shisha. I would recommend the apple and mint flavour. The shisha range is pretty good and decently priced. We got two pots and there was about 6 of us sharing.

Yesterday we went to #mistyloungebar in Enfield and the owner and stuff was really kind and let me park my bike inside the venue. You never know what might happen when u leave your bike outside without locks and unattended. Thank you to the whole team for making our evening very special with amazing tasty drinks and the best shisha ❤

Great shisha lounge located in Enfield Town, that also serves tasty food & drinks. Very comfortable seating compared to other shisha places, with plenty of heaters to help keep you warm. This lounge located on the first floor, no disabled access if you're unable to walk up the stairs unfortunately. 5* Would recommend on overall experience

This is a nice place, relaxed, well designed and thought. The reason I'm giving it a 3 it's because of their policy. On weekends to get a table, you need to have £60 for shisha. If you are not a smoker, look somewhere else. You can't even eat or drink in... I'm so disappointed in them, I think they should update this policy.

Service was on point, shisha weren’t strong at all, sweet & fruity exactly what I asked for. When it comes to the food, I ordered creamy pasta. I would say I was a little disappointed as it looked flavourful but turned out to be bland. But besides that it was a good experience.

Misty lounge is a place I regularly go and take all my friends, i really enjoy their food and drinks. Its a really pretty place however, only the music is a bit too loud. I struggled hearing my friends, other than that i loved it. Thankyou for your service guys. …

Shisha which was apparently compulsory when we intended to be there for a couple of drinks-the staff just stood there watching the customers really awkwardly. 2* for the security guard at the door who was pleasant enough. Was not impressed at all.

Beautiful restaurant with gorgeous interior. The staff were incredibly kind and patient with our orders. The food came quickly and exceeded my expectations. Very underrated restaurant and I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Amazing service! Great choices of shisha & food. Very relaxing and friendly environment. Only thing I would say is too much drill music! Switch it up. Staff was even friendly enough to give us some free shots on our way out!

Really nice place for a shisha and food. Plenty of heaters around to keep you warm on a cold evening. Gets busy after 8pm so be sure to pre-book online. They also show live football games which is a bonus.

It's a really nice shisha place to chill in and have a good time. The customer service is really good but the quality of shisha is not good at all. Overall it's good place.
