I purchased an engagement ring a few months ago, was told by the owner I would receive a sales receipt via email - never was sent. I returned the ring within 7days later I.A.W their returns policy. Again, no receipt. After trying for over two months to finalise the refund, the owner responded and sent a screenshot of a bank transaction to an incorrect account, then sent a low resolution screenshot of a modified email with someone else’s account details (despite having provided my details accurately via email and text). I was then told that their system had been hacked. I believe this to be a lie. Only after threatening legal action was the refund finally processed after about 3 months and many ignored responses. Would avoid this establishment.
