Review from August 2017 Service (purchased leather + pet service): At first inspection, the car looked fine. The carpets and trunk were done really well. However when my partner looked, he could see the car's leather seats were poorly done. He noticed streaks where the attendant used the steamer and a small brush attachment. My partner ask that he correct the issue. Then after looking again, the attendant created more streaks and also damaged a postage note size of the leather, this was caused by him using his steamer and small brush. When we spoke to owner over the phone he said he should have used a cloth for the seats, not the tiny brush & steamer. After sending pictures and getting a quote for the leather repair ($50) to the owner, he only offered to reimburse us $20. Based on the service and customer service, I would not recommend Masters Auto Cleaners. *** Owner was/still difficult to deal with. After a year, I tried not to ruminate over the issue. Our experience proved the owner was difficult to deal with and tried to place blame for poor service on us. But after a year of looking at our damaged leather and streaked seats, I felt it was warranted to inform other customers. Please note, the owner did nothing in the beginning. Only offered $20 as a refund, even after the car wasn't completely cleaned and the leather damaged. He only offered $50 dollars in a nasty text message only if I removed the google review. When I didn't respond, he offered $80 to remove this review.

Service was ok. When inspecting vehicles after completing I noticed that areas has been missed. I had brought to Adams attention and he promptly rectified the few issues. I had also asked him if the interior windows were completed and he said yes. Now my vehicle was very dirty inside and out. So when I went to take my vehicle to wash the outside it was obvious that interior cleaning of windows was not completed. So I had text Adam and he said he would get back to me on Saturday and complete this. He never did. Disappointing to say the least. Customer service doesn’t end when paid. I had talked to Adam this evening and he assured me that he will rectify these issues when I’m back in Calgary in the next few weeks. I will up date post either way. Depending on out come.

These guys are pretty incredible! We booked them for 2 vehicles and they were here 4 hours. One of the cars was our 14 year old civic that had many years of road salt and grime in the front carpets as well as years of spills on seats and floor. These guys made it look new again inside. Actually pretty unbelievable! The other vehicle was in better shape but they managed to clean dust and grime out of even the most obscure spots on the steering wheel and dash! They worked nonstop the entire time they were here and were polite and professional. We will certainly use them again and highly recommend to anybody!

I agree with all the other positive reviews posted here. This was my first time ever getting my car detailed and I was a bit hesitant about which company I should pick. I'm so happy I went with Adam and Master Auto Cleaners. Adam came to my place and did the job in my parkade, and spent hours cleaning the interior of my car and trunk. Wow! What an amazing experience from start to finish. Adam and his team are such nice people and did a fantastic job with my old Civic that needed a desperate clean after having a toddler and puppy mess it up over the years lol. We had Adam come out and clean a used van we had just purchased as well as our car that we’ve had our two kids in for the past 2 years. Both vehicles needed some deep cleaning and lots of work to get them looking good. I was skeptical if the outcome but I was blown away by how amazing our vehicles look! I spent double 2 years ago at another detailing shop that did a significantly lower quality job. Never again!! These guys for life! Thanks Adam!

This is the best mobile car interior detailing company in Calgary. They were able to remove pet hair and odours from my car. Also did great shampooing on carpet and seats. Best thing that they are mobile, they came up north to my house. And the traveling fees were included in the price. Great prices for the luxury service they offer. Great customer service. On time. Absolutly recommended to anyone looking for genuine car interior deep cleaning.

Wow, first time using a mobile car cleaning service and this company was amazing! Adam was so detailed with his cleaning and spent a full 3 hours! Car interior looks like new. Vacuumed and shampooed the seats. Smells nice and fresh too. I was going to go get cleaning supplies and do it myself but after I see what a professional can do, I'm going to leave it up to them. So worth it! Highly recommended.

Can't say enough great things about this company and the guys who came to clean both of my cars. Unbelievably professional, courteous, and extremely detailed. Just had my first experience with Master's Auto Cleaning this AM, and if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Exceptional service - from point-of-booking all the way to completion. The cleaning was amazing and meticulous (all those crevices and cup holders, even the vents), and the price was very competitive. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience getting the interior of our car detailed. It was very easy to book an appointment online for service at our house. Our car hadn’t been properly cleaned in over a decade and between pets and camping we are not gentle on it. They spent over 3 hours on it and got every nook and cranny clean.

Adam is amazing! He is so friendly and very professional. His work was exceptional and he went above and beyond to clean our truck (which is used regularly to transport two very hairy dogs!). I will only ever use this detailing service. Thank you again Adam for cleaning our Ridgeline so well.

Booking online was simple. Adam followed up And confirmed within the hour. Adam took his time and did a spectacular job. My car hasn't had a detail in 3 years and it now looks brand new. He was also able to get the smoke smell out. I will repeat business with him in the future.
