Good, friendly Muay Thai (and MMA) gym. Master Thong is very welcoming. I made the most of my time in Bangkok by popping in for lessons every couple of days. They cater for everyone from beginner to expert level (having literally trained UFC champions). Fortunately, if you're like me and are not quite at that level... they know how to work you hard within your ability and current state of fitness, so you can develop at your own pace. It gets busier during the weekends and evenings - on weekdays it's quieter, so ideal if you lack confidence or want some one on one training. It's not the biggest gym, but there's enough space and equipment to do what you need. Everything is provided (wraps, gloves etc.) So no excuses. I will definitely come back when I'm next in Thailand - highly recommended.

Payed for a private and he told me I have too many cuts on my face from Muaythai and he doesn’t have 1 cut and how good he is and how bad my style is. Worst trainer ever. To top it off, I did 1 round on pads then he sent me to bag, then he started training someone else to double up his money within my private training time. Worst experience

Master Thong and the whole team are very friendly. It’s like being in a family and they really take the time to help you even if you’re like me a totally beginner. They also push you to you’re limits so you will have a great development. There is no excuse .... just try it :)

Master Thong is the best coach in Bkk. I brought my family from America to train with him! He’s extremely knowledgeable and gives clear instructions. I love that he’s also great teaching my son. Master Thong made it fun for him while keeping him engaged.
