1)Please be aware that in the Collections section, some items have had the labels exchanged by dishonest customers and you are not buying the designer that you see on the label. I brought this to the attention of the manager an suggested that they not sell those items, but the items were left on the floor for other people to be deceived. 2) In the non designer section, they are selling things with the wrong store tickets attached by the store irself. If you try to do a return, they say that it is not their merchandise. This happened to me twice and I only received a refund after contacting customer service. It is fraudulent behaviour on the part od Marshalls. 3)The manager Natasha is to be avoided. If she causes you problems, please notify Winners customer service in Toronto.

Terrible experience at this Homesense. I came to return some items and there was an extremely long line at the cash, with only four registers open. The manager and at least two other cashiers were behind the counter, but rather than opening cashes and serving more customers, they were talking among themselves, walking around aimlessly, moving hangers, etc… They were clearly uninterested in helping customers. When I finally got to the cash, my cashier seemed more interested in gossiping with her colleague than serving me. I had to wait multiple times during the transaction and while she was gossiping to her colleague. Will definitely not be returning here and I do not recommend this store!

I came to this Marshall’s/ Home sense today and found EXACTLY what i was looking for. I needed shorts for the gym, so i passed by all the sports clothes first, expecting i’d find what i wanted there. All i found was one pair of shorts from Nike, but i’m not so sure i like it. Anyway, my last trip of the day was Marshall’s. I FOUND EVERYTHING I WANTED. I literally should have gone there first because omg i was so happy with everything. The line for the cash was a tiny bit long, but i wasn’t in a hurry so not a problem for me!! Anyway i’m so happy with my purchase from Marshall’s!!!! I’d definitely recommend!!! ALSOOO THE EMPLOYEES WERE SUPER NICE!

I have gone here a bunch of times to look for items that range from mattress protectors, pillows, candles, decor, flower pots, clothing, etc. It has many things to decorate yourself or your home. The only problem is its very disorganized, but what do you expect from a business that is essentially a liquidation store. You will however find some clothing companies that you normally wouldn't shop for here so thats nice. I do like having my horizons get broadened.

One of the employees took away my brand new purse that I had bought in a different store because it was empty so she decided that I stole it, she actually GRABBED AWAY MY BAG! And refused to give it back until I show her a receipt from where i bought it. She even lied to me that they carry the same bag, then the supervisor told me that not! No such person should work in public place! Total racist! I recommend all my friends not to visit this store!

I had been looking for flower pots with drainage holes for awhile, went to many different stores. Finally found some here. They have beautiful decor items for all your decorating needs for every room of your house.inexpensive? You bet! A beautiful Murano glass bowl for 20$!! The cashier was super nice. It was a very pleasant shopping experience! Oh and btw, don't let the long line up at the cash deter you, it moves quite quickly!

Management at this location, including so called supervisors, should be ashamed of the customer service one can receive at this location. Cashiers spend time laughing, smiling at each other and talking with each other instead of being more efficient. No wonder the lineup is 1 km long. Fitting rooms are very dusty / dirty. I dropped my items and left the store without buying anything. What a waste time!

Very good discount clothing and home decor store. Superb liquidation prices in men's and women's apparel, shoes, sneakers, underwear, and lots of gadgets as well. They also sell luggage, headphones, packaged snacks and other foods, wallets, bedding, pillows, baby clothes, and much much more at excellent prices plus some scattered liquidation items in every department

Marshalls & Home sense Acadie branch is in a minute for the bus station which is good! You might stumble on things outside of the expected areas. Prices are not that cheap! Today I found a large collection of fragrances for men and women at OVERPRICED !!!!!! The marshalls side doesn't have the greatest selection of bags. At the cash was friendly stuff and helpful.

Always find what I want for home with really good price it's stokes store and if you see something you like just buy it because next time you go there for sure you cand find it anymore also they have cloths from expensive brands with good price but you have to spend lots of time to check one by one to find what you want …

Quite a large store with a huge home collection. However it is expensive. I bought a Duck Pillow worth $179! So I better rate it good. . The quality of items here is good. I even bought few bed covers and they have some good quality 100% cotton and Egyptian cotton stuff as well. Good place overall. …

Great store, lots of products (slightly less than Decarie and Laval) amazingly clean and organized. Stocks and products cycle a lot.. Good service, employees are always there to help. HomeSense is actually attached to Marshall's next door. You can shop in both stores without going outside. A must see!

Huge store and great selection. One thing I noticed, a lot of packaged products were open. Infact I bought a box of undies for my dad and came home to find one of the undies missing from the box. Many boxes of undies in the men’s section were open and some empty… understaffed? LP issues..

I had a very bad experience yesterday and it will be the last time that i ll visit this store. NADIA was unprofessional and made me feel bad when i asked for assistance. No hi and she didn't want to listen to my needs. I never had this kind of experience in the past.

Not a big fan of box stores myself but I did find a great Christmas hit of the party suit jacket here with the help of my daughter's helpful eyes!! The line ups were daunting to say the least but they gang at Marshall's staff got us out quite fast!

This marshalls was nice and well organized. Its big so you don't feel packed in. Lots of clothes but also house things. I liked it. Its nicer then the marshalls at atwater. Much bigger. More room to move. :)

It says Open when I checked online and when I called the automated customer service number only to be closed after I drove all the way there. Not cool at all. Keep your hours updated. Very disappointing.

One of the greatest homesense stores! Great selection of pretty much everything! So fun to shop here. The marshalls side doesn't have the greatest selection of clothes, we come just for the homesense.

This Marshalls has probably the best choice of the footwear in town! Be aware of bad service, the cashiers will keep you standing as if you did something wrong if you dare to bring back anything!

This homesense has more home variety than others; though the shoes section has always less sizes compared to other homesense stores. Also busy lines at the cashier's most of the times.

Standard Marshalls location with the usual items you'd expect to find. Large location with the usual layout. Didn't make any purchase on the trip hence no interaction with staff.

One of the best Marshall's I've ever been. It's connected to a Homesense. Has everything you need and more. Found some great flavoured coffee in there. Love this store.
