Best breakfast in ages! This section of Ocean Avenue has a lot to offer in culinary delights these days. The service was friendly and thorough. The outside parklet looked organized and comfortable. They even had a separate table inside for the staff to eat....good priorities.I'll be back soon to try a lunch. More
This is my second time eating here. The last time I had the chilaquiles with the pibil and it was excellent. I had half an order and was stuffed. This time, I had the birria eggs Benedict and it was really good. The eggs were perfect and the birria was so flavorful. Another must are the pineapple pancakes. More
Awesome food and awesome service!! Outdoor seating was available, we were hosted in sunny seating. Pulled pork was rich in flavor. Everything was so good, even down to the fries. Pineapple pancakes were not in the picture, but highly recommend it, recommend it to go with a bowl of fruit!!
Not authentic. Don’t get me wrong sweet people but definitely wouldn’t come back. You want sour cream on your food? That’s extra charge, avocado? Extra charge, Chicken on your chilaquiles extra charge there too! No thanks. The chilaquiles did not even come with onions or cilantro. More
We managed to get in without too much of a wait, but you may sometimes find there is one with how popular a place it is. Food was DELICIOUS and made so quickly! I've never been a big breakfast person, but this cooking definitely has landed a favorite breakfast spot for me. More
What a little gem in between neighborhoods✨. Was craving all-American brunch and this place did not disappoint. Had Florentine Benedict and it was delicious. Should have added ham to it though. Tasty potatoes, French toast with homemade
I’ve always wanted to try this place out but every single time i’ve gone there closed, but i was finally able to catch them open! What i noticed immediately was how the owner treats her employees, there was a young African American girl as
Overall the food was good and the service was excellent. When I was there I got the cochinita pibil sandwich. Which was good but a bit messy. One of the things that shocked me were the prices, I paid close to $20 including tip for just one
Not the most fancy place. The food is Delicious was very friendly staff with great service. It's decently priced so you won't break your wallet. What more can you ask for. It's one of our go-to spot for weekend brunch or breakfast. …
Came here on the recommendation of a friend and I’m so glad I did! Pretty short wait for a Saturday morning (I think it was ~25 min from putting our names down to actually getting served food). The staff are super friendly and efficient.
Nice friendly replacement of Little Wok. Our pork belly Benedict had properly cooked eggs (not vinegar tasting) with a slightly thick Hollandaise sauce. House jams (strawberries, mangoes) are great on toast. Potatoes are cooked in well
The first time I stepped foot in Lucho's was in the midst of the pandemic, several years ago. At that time, they had outdoor dining set up exclusively, and although they still have some of their outdoor seating available, they've since
I had a drs appointment in the area . My wife and I saw this place where we can sit. So we went over to the outside seating. It is handicap accessible. Big points for that for I am disabled. We did not know we had to check in .but our
Luchos food is amazing!!! We ordered the cochinita pibil, chicken milanesa sandwich, empanadas and the pozole soup. It was all delicious and gone within a few minutes. On top of all of this, the customer service was incredible. This
Small quaint restaurant likewise outdoors seating…delicious lunch burritos filled with vibrant, colorful, fresh ingredients and amazingly flavored. Overall service excellent. Staff is friendly also courteous. Bravo! More
During our recent visit to Lucho's, we were pleasantly surprised by the outstanding experience we had. As we passed through the city, we decided to give this gem a try, and it exceeded our expectations in every way.
Ordered buñuelos pineapple upside-down and banana coconut pancakes, breakfast burrito with their Conchita pibil. Place is top notch all was super delicious. Will be back 100% @basichly on ig
This place is amazing! We also ordered their pineapple upside down pancakes. They are really busy but we’ll worth it. The staff is extremely friendly and checks on you pretty frequently.
Bacon and cheese omelet, whole wheat toast, and potatoes were all so good! We decided to stop on our way into the city and so glad we did. Love the intimate interior and friendly service.
Feels like a club for a certain type of people. Friendly waitstaff, but the overall how it's run doesnt seem so friendly dispite it having mexican and caribbean influences. More
We got the cochinita sandwich delicious!! Original and same flavor from Merida, Yucatan. Quesabirria is awesome from Jalisco perfect. Some bañuelos like donuts good too More
This place is a gem! I trust everything on the menu. Pancakes great! Chilaquiles great! Breakfast Sando great! Aguafrescas great! See the pattern! Yum! More
Attentive service and large portions. Relatively small restaurant overall, though they did have a booster seat for our baby, which was quite helpful.
The food is absolutely delicious. The spicy chicken benedict is so flavorful and spicy. Probably my favorite Benedict ever. More
Love the food. love the help. Feeling always SO WELCOMED ! Great Eggs Benedict, amazing tacos and amazing tortilla soup. More
Best chilaquiles that I've had so far in the bay area. The chips were crispy and not overly sauces. I will return. More
