One of the weirdest experiences I've had at a liquor store, or any store for that matter. I took the day off of work and thought I would check out a liquor store by my new house. I walked in at about 11:15am on October 27th. the older lady at the counter was looking down at her phone. I said hi and she didn't even look up. whatever, sometimes people are busy and don't notice stuff around them, no big deal. I went over to the bourbon section to look at The selection. I am new to the area so I need a go-to liquor store. I browse for a few minutes and I am pleasantly surprised by the selection and prices. I look over at the counter and this larger Hispanic gentleman that works there is staring at me with a flat expression. I say hi and he looks away. kinda weirded out, I keep looking at bourbon. I don't see my favorite bottle so I walk up to the counter to ask if they ever get it since I know it's rare. they both look up and stare at me as I walk up to the counter and I just start off by saying hi. then the lady says, "what?". at this point I am pretty confused. Why am I getting the cold shoulder? I ask how often they get blantons in and that I know it's pretty popular. The phone rings and she starts to walk off and as she is walking away she picks up the phone and says, "about once a month" and answers the phone continuing to walk away. the Hispanic man continues to stare at me so I just cut my losses and walk out the door. I have no idea what is going on or what happened , but I can assure you I will not be going back in there. I will take my bourbon hobby somewhere else. I hope the owner sees this. feel free to reply to this message and I will call you.

Walked in and realized the employees not wearing their face masks correctly and one of the employees wearing one around her chin. It became a problem when I wasn’t wearing mine and was refused service. I know, I know, just wear a mask. But don’t force a paying customer to do something that the employees won’t do themselves. Their excuse was they worked 12 hour days and then proceeded to tell me my business wasn’t welcome there. I hate to make a review because of a face mask but don’t refuse service to people if you aren’t willing to abide by the rules as well. That is called hypocrisy. I would be willing to bet their store motto is “rules for thee but not for me”. Tyrants don’t deserve my hard earned money.

Do not ask the staff for help because quite frankly they are not honest. Indeed this place is convenient. Although my experience the second and third time of asking the staff for their opinions they do try to hard to convince people to purchase terrible bourbon. This is coming from somebody that has had their fair share of whiskey. Two of the employees in this location after making the mistake the first time of trying something new I asked a different staff member for their opinion to see if the intention was to try to push people into buying bottles Of bourbon the only people that don’t know the differences in the makers and the malting.

Idk... I saw people walking out with amask on, so I put mine on. Not a big drinker so I asked for a fifth of Hennessey which the cashier had no problem hearing. But it was the wrong size. I told him I had the wrong size and all of a sudden he couldn't hear me. So I said it again he LOUDLY AND OBNOXIOUSLY said O SO YOU DON'T WANT A FIFTH YOU WANT SOMETHING ELSE. HIS ENERGY WAS WAY OFF. LIKE HE CARED MORE ABOUT LOUD TALKING AND EMBARRASSING ME THAN PROVIDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DON'T KNOW HE JUST SEEMED TO BE A JERK. ONLY. BLACK GUY WORKING IN STORE, THOUGHT I FELT MORE COMFORTABLE SEEING HIM THERE, BUT, NAW.

How many liquor depots are there in the metroplex? A ton. Yet you still gouge everybody for allocated bourbon. $400 for a 1.5L of eagle rare with a msrp of about $60. $100 for a $45 bottle of EH Taylor, $200+ for blantons. I except this nonsense out of tiny single liquor stores but not out of a place that has as many stores as liquor depot. Total greed and why thousands of whiskey and bourbon people across the metroplex won’t shop here. Everyone reading this do yourself a favor and shop at specs, Costco, total wine or your local store where they won’t price gouge you 3-10X over retail.

Was in there last night at about 8:30 and have some mixed feelings. When I first walked in I was greeted by a polite female employee. But then when I went to check out the young man who helped me was very rude. His eyes were bloodshot and he was slurring his speech. He seemed intoxicated. And then another employee came up front and started to yell and argue with the other employee. Not sure I will go in there during closing time again. They do have a good selection and decent prices compared to other stores in the area though.

The people are very nice but they do kind of gouge which I understand cause they are smaller. Bottle of Weller 12 is 25$ Msrp and they want 130$ which is over 5x the msrp. I’d gladly pay 250% msrp to support a smaller business but over 500% is insanity lol. Costco sold Weller full proof at about 54.99 and here they are asking well over 500. Again since they are small I understand that they want to make a profit ;But that margin is wild. Five star for friendliness, 1 star for gouging. Averages out at about 3 stars.

Prices are outrageous behind the counter. $1,300 for George T. Stagg. $99 for Buffalo Trace. That’s absolutely insane. We went to Tarrant Liquor (3 miles away) after we went here and they had George T. Stagg for $500 (still marked upped) but not nearly as much. I paid $40 for Buffalo Trace 2 days ago at Total Wine. I understand large chain stores will have items cheaper but come on. Prices aren’t terrible on the floor but behind the counter is terribly marked up. I’ll stick with Total Wine and Specs.

Worst customer service around. Sucks because they have a good selection but some of the employees need to be fired. Evidently they dont like there job... They're also biden supporters. Out of the blue when I went to go buy fireball the guy said ID please and that's 110% fine I have no problem with showing my id but out of the blue the guy said "I dont trust you" lol ok? Like he should have kept that to himself. Expensive anyway... Get alchohol cheaper somewhere else...

Liquor Depot is remarkably well stocked. I didn't expect this for a storefront in a strip mall. They had plenty of choices in each category, from economy to top shelf brands, with plenty of variations and options. They also had some less well-known choices including Japanese plum wine and surprisingly delicious orange liqueur with a name I'd never heard of, which I only chose because I'd blown my budget and still needed something triple-sec-ish. I'll be back!

Usually it's 9pm, for those of us who k ow when the liquor store closes, but this place doesn't care. They'll shut down five minutes early. Doesn't matter how much ur gonna spend. Good prices, professional employees, minus the time closing issue, ...I just make sure to make it there by 8 pm. Lol, plus they're right by an A1 tattoo shop, portrait specialties, called daddy Jack's, and a lingerie shop. Either way, good place to go surrounded by legit businesses

Staff was very helpful and friendly to help you find your favorite spirits or mixes and knowledgeable. Prices were competitive on most spirits and products. Beer selection was very small, due to they have to carry the boring and mostly tasteless domestic beers. I didn't have time to ask if they could order Specialties or micro brews. I would be very disappointed and surprised if they couldn't. All in all a great experience. Would definitely go back.

My daughter went in a few minutes ago to make a purchase and my daughter said within a couple minutes (while browsing) the cashier, Denise, asked her about her ID. My daughter said she asked her for a certain drink and the lady acted like she didn't understand. To make this short, Denise was VERY rude through the entire transaction. Don't know what her problem was but I did make sure to call and let the Manager know about it.

These folks have everything you need. If by chance they do not have it, they can get it for you and. They don't hesitate to do so. Staff is pretty well-rounded as far as knowledge goes about all of it. And they give free samples every once in awhile .... free samples at the liquor store are you kidding? How great is that haha. I would recommend them... if you're having a party come see em''' . Get ya fixed right on up.

Great selection in almost every kind of liquor they sell!! They have very good prices and most of the prices are posted!! Products are easy to find. You can also find your favorite beer at the back of the store! Staff is fast to check you out, I didn’t have to wait at all! I only give 4 stars because is few prices were not posted and the back of the store was a bit disorganized and the restroom was not working.

Marginal selection. Service could be much better. On the several times I have visited here, no staff person has ever asked if they could help me find anything or have helped in any way. Employees seem indifferent on customers and the service they provide, even during less busy times. I prefer Fossil Creek Liquor. They have a bit better pricing, are much more helpful, and have a better selection.

Friendly, decent selection, moderately priced (but only when compared to little neighborhood stores like this). If you want to save money, go to Goody Goody's or Total Wine; but if they are inconvenient and this place is convenient, and you don't mind spending a few bucks more, this place is okay. (Hey, if you're spending $50 anyway, how awful is spending $59.50? Well that's up to you.)

I'm a whiskey professional in Reno, NV here on vacation and I have to say: fantastic selection for a small store. Japanese, scotch, Irish, bourbon, rye, Canadian, and world all well represented. A strong focus on TX made spirits added to the appeal as I wanted to try some new things. Price point was not bad at all. Purchased: whiskey, vodka, tequila, and mixers/lime juice.

I was amazed at the variety of items in each particular category of beverage. They are well stocked, knowledgeable, and extremely customer friendly. (And patient, as I am novice partaker and needed help and advice in my selections.) You can go elsewhere, but I believe you won't find a better all around store than Liquor Depot. AND their prices are reasonable. PERK!!! :-)

Nice place to buy all kind of liquors like wine, whiskey, Brandy, rum, vodka, beer, scotch whiskey etc. at all range of prices. You can also find small bottles for all brands, wine openers and different sizes of glasses to drink. Nearby Fort Worth and Saginaw area, this is a big store with variety of brands for all drink options and visit once you want to buy liquors.

Decent prices, good selection and friendly employees. They need to consider switching to paper bags though. Those cheap plastic bags are not strong enough for bottles of liquid. I asked them to double bag but I got home and the bag gave as soon as I lifted it by the handles. Luckily the bottles were plastic and didn't fall hard enough to do damage.

Got there with my watch showing 8:59, very inconsiderate Mexican said I can't come in and showed me his cell that said 9:00, this is while I witnessed customers purchasing and 4 people came out and he unlocked the door for them, I said I would pay cash, he said sorry and locked the door again. I'll go out of my way to never go back there again

Prices and selection are very fair. Decent selection of beer, liquor, and wine of all varieties both imported and domestic. Staff is friendly and helpful with any questions regarding different drinks. I was also present for a local distilleries tasting which was pleasant so it's a plus that they support local and regional establishments.

Been here twice, very convenient since its by my home. Watch what they scan and the "shuffle" move when they are scanning your items. Both times they did this and both times I had small items missing and charged twice for them. 1st time I let it slide, but this time was the last... keep the $10, I'll take my business a mile down.

Had a little over $200 in liquor. Needed a rest room break. I asked the two guys at the front counter if I could use their restroom. The said no, it was for staff only. I set my purchase down and told them that if they couldn't help a customer out, then I can't buy their products. NOT COMING BACK! Uncaring staff.

This place was laid out really nicely and with decent prices. I think it was fairly recently opened, but couldn't say for sure having only been in the area for a party. They had a great selection and I even picked up a little stainless bar accessory set for $13. I will surely visit next time we are in the area.

Walked in with my legal, concealed handgun, but they have no gun sign. So I walked out without spending a dime. Didn't see any signs for illegal gun-carrying criminals though...only law-abiding citizens that have been background checked. Enter this place at your own risk.

Do not get me started they have lots and lots of sample liquor for 99 cents you would enjoy that instead of buying a big bottle you get to bring home a little bottle and enjoy that and then if you want to get the big bottle you can I always buy my liquor from this place

My first time so I can't really say much but it was pretty cheap and i do like the free eyebrow wax I got for my first time being there . I'll most likely come back in the summer for a bikini wax and the lady that did my neck and eyebrows was really cute ;).

I started shopping at this store right after it first opened. The store has grown immensely, lots of variety, and hard-to-find items! The staff is always nice in the lines seem to be getting a little longer! LOL I guess that means good business

The customer service here is great, they'll recommend drinks for new drinkers or people who just want to try something new. They have all the liquors and accoutrement for all your cocktail needs. Fantastic selection and fantastic service!

I visited this location to get something as s gift. I do not drink so I knew nothing about anything in there. The people there were helpful and for that, they get 5 stars. Hopefully, if I ever go back, the service remains the same.

Very nice staff as well as helpful. They have a great inventory . Everything is easy to find. The store was easy to spot from the highway and easy to get back to. Parking was super easy. Nice clean location. I'll be back.

A tremendous selection of just about every alcoholic beverage in existence! Prices are reasonable. However, it's a little tight to move around and maneuver. Still, I found a Tequila I've been trying to locate for awhile.

This store is a really great store in that their prices are competitive with other larger stores and the customer service is very pleasant. Great selection and fair prices as well as a good atmosphere. i would recommend.

Small place and selection on site is therefore limited but if you ask them for whatever you want they'll get it for you. Seems to be the same price as where I had been going on what little I looked at. Great staff here.

Jerks rob you because the 'register crashed' after they charge you for the drinks they won't let you leave with. And they laugh at you when you get upset. This ain't a charity, not handing out money for free.

We love this location! It's closer to home and we like supporting small businesses so even though it's a little more, it's worth it! The people that work here are always very friendly too. That's a big plus!

I love this place super organized great selection of LQ. Craft beer is lacking but my comparsion is from a beer state so good overall. Moonshine cherries ;) for all types of mixed drinks are amazing !

Horrible customer service. The store was empty when I walked in. There were two guys standing behind the counter twiddling their thumbs and acted like they couldn't be bothered. Won't be back.

Overall my top liquor store of choice because their bottle prices are cheaper by a few $$, plus the consistent -quick and friendly customer service are all very much appreciated.

This is one of my favorite places for spirits. It's well organized, it is easy to find what you want. Check out is quick and friendly. It's always a 10 minutes or less stop.

Very nice staff but two bottles of wine I've purchased for cooking had rotten corks. When I attempted to address the issue, the woman working said it wasn't their problem.

This is a great little liquor store. If you need some of the stuff that's a little "harder" than what the grocery stores sell, check out Liquor Depot.

Overrated and for sure over over priced. A pint of Grey Goose there is $14.99. I went to Total Wine at Alliance 4 miles away and got it for $9.99.

My husband was looking for Deep Ellum Beer I called they said they had it when he got there they didn't have it..they lied..won't go there again

Staff made great suggestions when I couldn't find any Crown Royal Saluted Carmel any where close to me. The Brad tasted even better then Crown.

Liquid Depot has pretty much everything and the prices are really good. Look around at their displays, you'll find some great deals.

This is our convenient liquor store now. They are on average $5-$10 per bottle higher that Total Wine and now Costco at Alliance.
