I rated this place 5 star previously because the 2 ladies were adaptable with timings, able to get you in last minute if they could, quick, lovely personalities and the quality was great. Ever since they hired the younger lady my eyebrow when threaded aren't as sharp or good quality as they are if I get it done from the 2 main ladies.Even if I give feedback she looks at me like I'm wrong. Another interaction was when I went in at 1635 and the new girl had a client getting her brows threaded. She told me they're closed and come tomorrow. When the sign and Google says 5pm. This was my regular for nearly 3 years and now I will have to change.

I have been a loyal customer for the last couple of years. The 2 main ladies and the tall lady with curly hair have always done a beautiful job with my brow threading. Today, I had the younger new lady and I’ve had her one or twice beforehand, where both times she had made one eyebrow uneven but I let it go. But this time, she had completely gotten rid of the tail of my one of my brows and it looks completely uneven (see photo). I didn’t want to make a scene in store as other customers were there, but when I got home I noticed even more how incredibly uneven they were and to be honest I’m quite upset, considering I paid full price.

First time going there and I won’t be back another staff member was talking with lady who was doing my lashes it was not a relaxing experience at all talking in there language which is rude and talking so fast and loud I was not happy as I’d had a very stressful morning and wanted to relax I told the girl it was not a relaxing experience with all the talking and the Indian music was terrible I was told I had been given 3d which cost 110 and there not 3d as my daughter in law does them in nz very disappointing as I hadn’t had them done here before in Brisbane

The ladies here are so gorgeous and talented. I have had facials; threading; eyelash extensions and waxing and every service was professional; on time and done really well. They recently fixed up eyelash extensions done at Chermside which were horrific, and the end result with them was ten times better and a very reasonable price. Have recommended to friends who also have all had a wonderful experience here, and cannot rate them highly enough ! A-M-A-Z-I-N-G ! 10/10 Thank you.

Worst customer service, I walk in at 4.20pm. 2 people are in front of me. Sat down for 30 minutes and then at 4.50pm get told to come back tomorrow. Worst customer service. Just finish the clients you have. Don’t waste my time for 30 minutes. You could have told me when I walked in at 4.20 no more clients.

I just got my eyebrow done this Saturday morning with this business and I’m so happy with the result. I wish I got her name so I can ask for her again (had long ponytail). She was so detailed and kept asking if I was happy with the result. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you for making my day!

Very painful procedure, I’ve have done it before and my eyes never felt itchy neither sore. Personnel do not follow up if what they are doing feels ok. I didn’t see much difference after the lift (they had to do it twice). Not recommend and defines won’t come back, waste of money and time.

I had a facial appointment here yesterday. Staff catered me very well and professionally especially Jagjeet. Environment here was very relaxing and professional and soothing background music was helpful for a long appointment. Will definitely come back. Totally recommended .

My sister visited this place last week. She had a wonderful experience with services she undertook. Workers here have professionalism and excellent attitude. Relaxing indian classic music in background made her relaxe. Totally recommended if nearby. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Great lashes and the staff was very nice with their customers. Hands are very light and barely felt them and the background music was so relaxing that fall me into sleep during my extension process. I loved that place and will come back surely. …
