I was looking for a special anniversary piece to add to my collection but had the strangest, and quite frankly dodgy, experience with Bridie. After asking multiple times over a couple of days for details on two rings they still declined to provide them - not even total carat weight, which is a standard question when purchasing jewellery. I don’t know anyone who has shopped with them before (makes sense now) hence wanting to get an idea of the pieces before taking the time for an appointment. They actually told me their pieces are so spectacular that their clients don’t bother asking for specs . I love supporting small, local businesses, but I think I’ll stick to Cartier this year. I’ve seen how they respond to poor reviews so I don’t expect this to be met kindly (though she did mention she’s busy planning a fabulous luncheon so hopefully I’ll be spared).

It is truly a magical experience stepping into the Lannah Dunn Brisbane store! Feeling uncertain of “where to start”, the warm welcome I received from my very first visit immediately put my heart at ease! I truly appreciate the incredibly helpful yet unassuming manner the LD team allowed me to take my time in making such an important, and at times, very difficult decision! I have just gone back to the Lannah Dunn Brisbane store after my unforgettable first visit a few months ago. I bought a beautiful ring and have now found a stunning bracelet to replace one I used to have. Feeling a little anxious to go in at first but I had the pleasure of being served by Bridie(hope that's spelt correctly)she was so warm and made me feel so comfortable. I was so happy with the genuine interest in helping me that I would highly recommend LD to everyone. I went in a few times to pay off the layby, Bridie was not there but again the other girls were lovely & also very helpful. I have been a long time admirer and customer of Lannah Dunn. Over the years I have purchased some of my favourite pieces from both the Toowoomba and Brisbane stores. My recent purchase was a very last minute decision on a beautiful Italian made Rose Gold necklace I had seen several weeks before in Brisbane. Bridie came to the rescue!! My partner and I arranged our specially made wedding bands initially in store and then via emails, and we enjoyed every part of the process. The LD girls are all highly professional and are fantastic to work with to create your unique pieces.
