Edit: I private messaged as stated with no response from them. In store experience was fine. We bought a love seat/sofa/recliner from them. We knew it would be about 6-8 months out which was fine with us. When they were ready the store called and let us know we could set up a delivery time. The day before we got our furniture the store called again and stated that the chair would not be available as previously stated. They would "let us know" when it came available. It's been 3 weeks now and we've contacted the store several times about the chair which every time they say there is nothing they can do about it and that we need to contact the distribution center to get an update. In what world is that good customer service to just push the issue onto someone else?Especially for a customer who spent so much money there. All we want is an answer and La-Z-Boy is unable to do that. I will not be working with this company again due to communication issues. It's terrible.

Have been working with Katie and Kaitlyn since late June to replace some items we lost in a home fire almost a year ago. Mainly a couch, rug, and lamps to start. Eager to get back home, we have faced several delays during the rebuild process due to material and labor shortages in the construction industry. This team has been very patient with us! Katie came out to the home and was absolutely perfect even though the drywall was just hung. We showed up today and she was well prepared and again very patient. (Our kids are on fall break. ) Her ideas and solutions were brilliant. She even put our dog in the 3D models. I definitely felt like she listened to what we wanted in our design and genuinely cared about our family.

When I came in looking for furniture, I had no clue what I was looking for. Luckily, I met an amazing salesman named Mark. He was friendly and patient, and I can tell that he truly cares about helping people. I know I was about as difficult as a customer could be with my indecisiveness. But he made sure I got the absolute perfect chair (the Jasper) The store is clean and has a great selection. I am so glad that I got the customized fabric as well, because I can feel confident that it will be resilient even though I have a pet. Thanks La-Z-Boy!!!!!

Our sales representative made the buying decision easy. He measured me to see which chair and sofa fit me best and went through the different options and fabrics as well as the wonderful warranty. He took the time to answer all my questions and broke everything down into easy to understand line items so it was a breeze to understand. I couldn’t believe how well he did with all the details. And my new furniture is absolutely beautiful and comfortable! What a great place to shop!

Mark took on the task of assisting my sister and I as we picked out recliners and an ottoman. He was professional and knowledgeable about all the options available to us, and didn't once hurry us through the process. He made the process seamless. And was so accommodating to meal, given I was only a week out of knee replacement surgery and had some mobility challenges. We are very excited about our orders and cannot wait to hear from Mark about scheduling delivery!

Had just what l asked for. Very informative.. Did not pressure me to buy. The salesman, Mark Ableman, answered every question. He called to make sure l could get a delivery asap and was helpful with a stain kit, a number to call if there were ever a stain that l could not remove, and an explanation of the warranty. As well as this chair is made, l doubt l will be around to buy another, but am giving glowing recommendations to all my family and friends.

Kelly greeted me shortly after I entered the store. She was great to work with as she listened closely to learn what I wanted and never pressured me. She also knew the store stock well enough that she knew exactly where to locate the best options for me. She also proved to be very knowledgeable about the products and the various options. I will certainly go looking for Kelly when I decide to buy more furniture in the future.

Kelly was magnificent!! My son has Autism and I brought him with me to the store so he could sit on the furniture to see how it felt for him. Kelly was extremely patient with us and encouraged us to sit and try the reclining mechanisms. My son and I agreed on a sofa and love seat and came back to order! All of the sales people in the store were just awesome. I will be a customer for life.

Had purchased a La-Z-Boy 29 years ago and still have it and it still works well. So when it was time to get another, I went back to La-Z-Boy. Mark was very easy to work with and extremely helpful! He helped us navigate all the different styles of sofas and recliners to find our perfect match. I look forward to enjoying our new furniture for another 29 years.

This was my second time to work with Kelly. Kelly helped me to find a recliner for myself 2 years ago. In December of this year I returned to LazyBoy to purchase a recliner for my husband’s Christmas. I asked for Kelly because she was so helpful before. She is very personable and so knowledgeable about Lazy Boy. She helped me find the perfect recliner!

Mark was our salesman and was awesome with us. My wife and I went in to get a lumbar supported recliner since I've been having back trouble and Mark helped make sure I chose one that was just right for my body. He was also very knowledgeable and took good care of us. The only thing that stinks now is the wait time which we were told 5-8 months.

Went shopping for a comfortable recliner. Stopped at La-Z-Boy Furnishings. The salesperson (Kaitlyn) was very helpful in showing recliners which I was seeking. Kaitlyn was professional and highly knowledgeable on the La-Z-Boy recliner product line including the features of the recliners. Customer service was excellent.

Very nice experience and lots of good quality options. We were treated well and did not experience any negative sales tactics. Lots of traditional and some pieces that leaned more modern. All the fabric and leather seemed to be of higher quality and would hold up over time. Nice place.
