We are previous LaZBoy owners and have found that whenever we shop for furniture, nothing else compares in terms of quality, variety and how long it lasts. We looked at the few items in a “gallery” section of a store in our small town, then headed out to our favorite store on Southport Road. We are now about 60 miles away, but in 38 years on Indy’s south side we never regretted a LaZBoy purchase at this store. We were looking for either a sectional or a couch and loveseat for our rural home. Lisa was gracious and informative, showed us where to find what we were looking for, then let us do it. She checked in with us occasionally and answered some questions. There were enough choices that we were easily able to select a couch and love seat we liked. Lisa was straightforward with us, telling us right away that there might be a fabric delay on our choice, which we appreciated. The delay was not a problem, and when she wrote up the sale, she also checked on the delay, to give us the most recent info she had. She explained the eventual delivery process and made sure we had all the info needed. This store continues to offer the kind of shopping experience that will keep us coming back!

Functional chair in the showroom, a free-standing La-Z-Boy store...It's too bad La-Z-Boy employees have to include the caveat that the chair may not be as functional upon delivery, but not to worry about it because a technician will come out and fix it in a few days to a week! Really!? It in fact was not functional upon delivery. This is our third La-Z-Boy, and the only one that was deemed dysfunctional before it even got on the truck to come to our home. It's really too bad that La-Z-Boy feels it's necessary to tell a customer up front that they're delivery is not going to work and that a technician will come out after the delivery and fix the chair. Is this how business is done now? A huge company like La-Z-Boy tells you in advance that your purchase is going to be dysfunctional. That is exactly what a customer wants to hear after dropping $1,000+ on a new chair! Why La-Z-Boy? Why do you not believe in your furniture anymore? After being a long time La-Z-Boy supporter, owner, and free advertiser, I will be shopping for a furniture provider that believes in it's products.

I was shopping here with someone who made a purchase. I would not purchase anything where they don't deliver. The self assembled chair is loud and clunky but I didn't put it together. It might have helped if they follow up with customers who purchased furniture and had to pay a fee if they used their own vehicle to deliver their own furniture they purchased and assemble it to see if they were happy with their purchase and assembly. The sales floor was easy to navigate. Great canvas prints. I had my eye on a sleeper chair with a temperpedic mattress but won't be buying it now that the people I was here with are unhappy with their purchase but won't complain because they don't want to have to dissemble it again to return it.

My husband and I drove about 1 1/2 hours to get to the store. We had been to 5 other furniture stores before this one. My husband wanted a recliner and couldn't find what he was looking for. We should have started with this store. He found what he was after. We ended up custom ordering it so we have not got it yet. We was very please with the help the saleperson provided. I do think they should have more in the store. I also feel they should have more locations. I have not googled to see where all of them are but we live a little south of Bloomington and would love to see one closer to us. We really hope it comes in fast.

My wife and I were in the market for a sectional to replace our old loveseat and sofa. The lady we talked with before was with another customer, so Sara helped us and she couldn’t have been more nicer. She took time to explain the differences between the two models we were looking at. She suggested different fabric colors that would look nice beside the one that was on the floor model. She was very sweet to our daughters as well, she definitely went above and beyond. If you are in need of a new piece of furniture and you walk into La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries, make sure you ask for Sara.

The sales lady who assisted me was very helpful. I had some pictures from an ad that I showed her on the style of chair that I wanted and she took me straight to those chairs. We also looked at several other chairs and on the few that I was getting more serious about she brought me extra samples of coverings for the chairs. She never was pushy when I was looking around and was very patient. I felt comfortable to take my time making my decision. During check out she explained everything to me. I am overall very happy with the service I received And I’m excited to receive my new recliner.

We worked with Angel Kaur on buying a new couch. We visited the store 3 times and eventally decided on a new chair instead of couch. Angel was great, she pointed outalked all the differences in the chairs and to consider them in our decision. We changed our minds several times, Angel remained patient and helpful. She is one of the best sales people I have dealt with in 77 years on this planet and I made a living as a sales person for 10 years of my working life. We own other Lazy Boy products and like your quality, but Angel got you this sale!

The salesperson, Lisa was very helpful and knowledgeable. The confusion came when I wanted to use my La-Z-Boy credit card (with a $4200 limit). I was spending less than $1000. Was told I couldn’t use that card for down payment then was told I couldn’t use it to pay for balance. Wanted me to go to Kiosk and fill out AGAIN for credit. I refused. Salesperson spoke with someone else then said I didn’t have to do that and COULD use card to pay balance. Very confusing. All worked out well in the end. Looking forward to my new chair. Thank you

Successful purchasing experience at La-Z-Boy Southport Rd Indy store in Nov 2023. Our sales rep, Beth, was extremely instrumental with guiding us thru the maze of options, features, and costs for our rocker recliner selection. Beth did a great job sensing our needs with appropriate patience of our 4th La-Z-Boy rocker recliner over a 45 year span. Withheld a 5th star review only due to unexpected cost and reality it would be 60+ days before we see our purchase.

I bought two expensive leather recliners about 6 months ago from here. They have worn so badly they look like I've had them for 5 years. Very disappointed. I've bought from lazyboy for many years and always trusted them for quality. I moved to Indy recently and thought if I purchased here I could be assured of the same quality. Not anymore. I would have never thought lazyboy sold such low quality furniture. I'm just sooo disappointed.

She didn't follow us around so we could talk about what we liked.and didn't like. She worked with us when the time was just right and gave us a very good deal. She was very helpful and just so nice. The Southport store has has a recent remodel and they have done a wonderful job with the room displays including a lot of beautiful design decor. Beth was very nice and patient, which is part why we spent so much. sometimes we spend a little extra for dealing with nice and respectful people. the only reason i only gave a four star was due to certain pricing, and has Nothing to do with the rep herself. hopefully the furniture will be worth the time and money spent. We had a very pleasant experience in dealing with Patrice. She was very helpful in showing us various pieces that fit our tastes. After a few days of deliberation we returned to the store to make our purchase. Patrice again was very helpful, especially in making fabric suggestions for us.
