La Source really needs to deliver a new training to the the very rude employees that work at this location. 1) they are very busy talking to their colleagues to help you, and when they do help you they are still maintaining a conversation with their colleagues by taking longer to do transactions, get the product, etc. 2) zero zero zero zero customer service. I went to return a game after a week of purchasing it. Upon going to the cash and mentioning that I wanted to return something, the response I got was “tu veux retourner quoi exactement?” Followed by a scoff. They do not care for their customers; I wonder why people work there if they so clearly do not enjoy what they are doing. Avoid!

A few months ago I spoke to Chris and Ahmad about phone plans because I was planning to switch phone carriers when my contract ends which is next month. They have mentioned that I just missed the back to school promos and figured that the next promo at would be the holidays. I went in to pick up an online order today and I saw them again and they remembered me from a few months back when I asked them about the phone deals. I know that they will have deals again just like every other carriers services during the holidays. I will for sure come back during the holiday season and see them for my upgrade! Amazing customer care and service! I will update when I actually get the phones!

Staff are clueless. The two employees working told us they did not sell any google products at that location. We continued to look around the store to see if there was an alternative to the products we wanted. Once we made it to the back of the store the entire wall was filled with google products including the door bell that we initially came in for. Needless to say we did not purchase the nest google doorbell from here. The source needs to train their staff and the Staff needs to be updated on products they carry. If you are looking for any help when it comes to electronics, I would stay far away from the source. Save yourself headaches time, and money.

Located in the Rockland mall. 1) zero customer service. I was waiting for 2.5h to buy a new iphone and plan. They even didn't say sorry about that. 2) rude sales team and zero competence. The manager saw that the sales associate couldn't manage with her job. When we asked to do it faster, the manager said it was her job and didn't help us. I really don't understand why they stole my time. 3) the promised a discount, if I buy two plans. I still don't have it. Guys, you really need to deliver a new training and evaluate your colleagues especially a manager. Please, don't say sorry or merci, just do you job better instead of that.

I bought bell internet from this store on the boxing day last year, because they offered the source gift card , I never received any gift card so I visited the store after two months(I supposed to get it in two weeks but I kept my patience), the supervisor took my phone number ,order number just to show that they care and they will call me back in next week , I never received any call , I called them back to ask them and they told me they understood my concern and they will address it. They never even call me to even explain what is happening. I really like "The source" but I would never purchase anything from this store.

I came into this store by accident. Somehow the staff impressed me so much with their honesty about the iPhone 14 that I traded in my old iPhone 11 for the 14! The iphone 14 is like 10,000 times better than the 11. The best part of all is that the iphone 14 ended up costing me less than what I was paying for the iPhone 11, truly an unbelievable deal! Terrible all around. it was my first time shopping at the source and it was my last! i had purchased two items from here and i have returned those two items. I refuse to give my money to a company that only cares about sales and not about their clients. i didn't know a refund or a return could be so hard. i have never experienced this with any other company. they are not true to their words and don't care about the customers at all. this is a very unprofessional company, shame!

I had amazing experience in this store to buy 2 phones and transfer my line to Bell Mobility. Specially "Ahmad Najjar", the agent worked with me for 2-3 days dedicated and spent lots of time to give me the best offer. He ordered the phone colors that I needed. Don't buy on internet at La Source. Shops are great but their internet services are 10 years behind competitions. I got some many troubles ( wrong shop delivery, lost of orders, can't cancel orders...). Go to the shops but don't buy on internet with La Source.
