These folks were amazing and helped me when others said they couldn’t. I flew into Phoenix on a Saturday afternoon for my brothers funeral which was being held the following Monday. I arrived later than planned and most florists were closed or close to closing. I called several florists asking if they could do a floral arrangement for the funeral and deliver it before 10 am on Monday. After several calls that said they couldn’t help me, I was distraught. Then I reached these wonderful folks at La Flo Del Valle and upon explaining my situation the fellow who answered the phone sweetly said “I have to help you”. We close very soon but we will get this done for you. I provided what I could spend and paid for it. Then on Monday morning I realized the 10 am time was for the viewing and would be at his church not the mortuary. I called in an apologetic panic. They said it was out for delivery and they would call the driver and the mortuary and ensure they would be at the church before 10 am, which they did. And they did this graciously and with great empathy. And the arrangement was absolutely beautiful❤️❤️❤️ I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful arrangement. The people who run this florist shop are wonderful, honest amazing people.

The flowers were beautiful only if it was what my daughter ordered for her bouquet. My daughter and myself showed the younger girl working the front counter pictures of what we were wanting we went 3 different times to discuss the flowers we were purchasing for the wedding. We called the flower shop the day of. Once the flowers showed up and the bouquet and matron of honor bouquet was wrong. The younger girl at the front counter told us over the phone. “IF WE DONT LIKE THEM BRING ALL THE FLOWERS BACK AND WE WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY BACK”. Who would tell a bride this or any customer the day of the wedding hours from getting married. As a business owner ourselves I would never tell a customer this. Especially one paying for flowers for a whole wedding party. We tried taking the bouquet back to get fixed and the best they could do was add a few eucalyptus leaves to it, but it was NOTHING like we purchased. So be aware brides when purchasing from them……
