Not too happy about my visit today. I had ordered a bouquet with them a week prior for pick up today at 7am. It’s currently 8:38am and I just barely received it. I’m trying to not to slander their store as they do treat you well and their work can be beautiful but today was not one of them. I was told I’d have a 10min wait as their delivery had not arrived yet and I understood. But 10 became 20 and so on. The reason I’m upset is because I was in a rush to the airport and I didn’t even get to leave with a bouquet I loved. To me, a few of the flowers with me don’t seem too fresh. The bow wasn’t cut properly, the note I had requested was not attached but written on the paper, which I must have misunderstood when requesting it perhaps? I didn’t have the staff try and compensate me for the hassle either. I just feel like they could have done more considering that they had a weeks time to order the flowers and open their shop at 6am. The young lady at the counter said so herself that they didn’t order the flowers needed till yesterday evening. This was my first time going to their shop and it wasn’t exactly my best experience at a flower shop. I had to constantly ask for an estimate of time because they were not coming to me to explain the reason for the extended time of wait.. Not to mention they also left me an extremely short bunch of stems to hold onto. In short, I hope this isn’t a repeated issue. I still another order with them a few days from today

I ordered an arrangement for a friend who had lost her father. She sent a thank you text when she received the flowers, but when I saw what was delivered to her, I was extremely upset. It is not at all as described or shown in any image when I ordered from the 1-800 Flowers website. The only flower that is as pictured or described are the white roses, which are sparse in the arrangement that was delivered. NONE of the other flowers were as pictured or described. And the entire thing was mostly greenery, NOT flowers. It was very sparse. I contacted the company to let them know that I was unhappy with the arrangement that was delivered and was told there was nothing they could do beyond a 50% refund and a $20 coupon. I asked twice if I could send photos to an email address so the customer service department could see what I was seeing and that request was ignored. I also asked for the information of the local florist who prepared the arrangement and was told they could not provide that information. Luckily I was able to see the contact phone number on the tag in the photo my friend texted to me. I will not be ordering from 1800 Flowers again. Nor will I ever purchase anything La Ocasion Flower Shop. I hope you will review the pictures posted so you can see for yourself and make your own judgement call.

Super unprofessional. I ordered (at 11am) for same day delivery to a business (so to be delivered before 5pm obviously). The flowers went out for delivery at 4pm and couldn't be delivered in time for my sister's birthday. I never got a call, never got a message, just wasn't delivered. Ok - so what did the shop do as a make good? Nothing. They claim they didn't know they should reattempt the delivery the next day. So what, they were just going to pocket my money and not give my sister what I bought? I had to call 1800flowers back and they claimed they would deliver before 4pm the next day. My sister got her flowers at 3:48pm. That's horrible. What a shady business. As well, you can see what I ordered from 1800Flowers vs. what was actually delivered. In the photo from 1800 flowers there are (per my count) 10 roses what my sister got was 5 brown -edged roses and a bunch of white sad looking flowers. I HIGHLY advise not doing business with this company. They were unprofessional and the arrangement is so disappointing. My sister didn't get a nice surprise for her birthday and I got to call and call and call to figure out why my sister didn't get her gift.

I was traveling from Casa Grande to Buckeye. On the way, I looked on maps for a nearby florist. This was the closest, so away I went! Their parking lot is being completely redone, so there was no parking and since I'm not from the area, I was nervous. Luckily I called and was assured they were open and to park n in back! Then! Oh my! The roses here are AMAZING! They are nothing like I've ever seen before. They are just a way higher quality then I've ever seen. The employee that helped me was so kind and helped me with everything! This is nothing like buying a dozen roses from Safeway! (Nothing against roses from Safeway.) So they were more expensive than what I was expecting. But! I'm not complaining. The quality of the flowers was exceptional, and the customer service was wonderful. I know a few people have left poor reviews, and I do feel for them. Because in the majority of the reviews, including mine, they come highly recommended and their 5 stars are rightly deserved!

I think were the experience went wrong was with the lack of communication. I got an email saying the flowers got delivered to my friends house but they hadn't been and in many many efforts to reach them, I never got through. I got an answer on the phone one time and I was either disconnected or the call dropped. They wouldn't answer my calls about the flowers and I tried emailing them with no response so my friend who I got the flowers for had to call. They answered him and told him they tried but there was no one there. I like that they don't just leave them outside but an attempted delivery needs to communicated, not that they were delivered. They delivered them the next day but later than they had said, estimated at 12:00pm but didn't get there until 8:00 pm. I got a more expensive arrangement so I was just disappointed that the communication was lost. The flowers were beautiful and I like they are a local shop but I don't know if I would do it again.

I wish I could give them negative Stars. A few days ago I confirmed an order with 1-800 Flowers for a floral wreath to be delivered for the funeral service of my friend's son today. The flowers were not there when we arrived for the service. 1-800-Flowers tried to contact the shop but there was no answer. The flowers were never delivered. Finally 2 hours after the service the flowers were delivered to the funeral home after we all had left. I have no idea what they look like, if they were even close to what I ordered. Shame on you for not delivering these on time. I ordered these to show love and support to a friend who lost a child. You should find a new line of work if you can't follow through on your orders, especially when it means so much to people during these difficult times. I hope 1-800 Flowers drops you as a vendor.

Very disappointed in what I paid for on 1800flowers this is what was sent from La Ocasion flower shop in Phoenix to my daughter for her birthday. I paid for the "large" arrangement which is pictured on the left and what came was the pic on the right. Should of had atleast 6 roses and came with 2 or 3 at the most and full of green filler. Definately not worth $80.00. To top things off I complain so they said they would redeliver and pick up the old ones so I said that would be fine and told them my daughter was leaving at a certain time for the long weekend and they said no problem they would have them to her but 30 min past closing time I told her go ahead and leave don't wait on the flowers. Never do business with this company, buyer beware for sure! I will be putting bad reviews on facebook and any other place I can.

My husband used Blossom Flower Delivery and they apparently used this florist to fulfill the order. Anniversary flowers were delivered 1 day late and was told they would be there first thing in the morning. After calling customer service, she said she personally talked to the delivery driver and would be there no later than 1pm. Flowers showed up at 3:30pm and flowers were warm to the touch and damaged from heat. Looked like someone just threw it together last minute and definitely not worth the $80 my husband spent on it. After reading other reviews, I told my husband to NEVER use this florist or flower delivery service again! Buyers beware!

I had flowers sent to be on my birthday in July by friends and unfortunately I was out of town. LA Ocasion Flower Shop left the delivery at my front door and did not bother to let me know by phone or inform the gate guard that they were leaving flowers. I arrived home more than a week later to find dead flowers on my doorstep. I called the shop to ask them why they didn’t inform me, the purchaser or the gatehouse that they left flowers on a hot day outside and they guy who answered the phone showed no concern or care at all. The other poor reviews indicate a pattern of poor delivery service. I would not recommend this flower shop!

Do not order flowers from this shop!! I received a arrangements of flowers from friends for my birthday. Delivery came two days after my birthday even though the date of delivery was printed on the card. I called the shop to tell them that their delivery was late. They said they had no drivers....a phone would have been nice. The flowers were not fresh a couple of flowers were broken.....the driver did apologize. The arrangement was not appealing, lots of pink and purple flowers...nice, then 2 oranges roses added...not so nice. As this was a gift from friends I didn't feel I could tell them of my experience.

Horrible, unprofessional, old flowers that run for $100-120 per medium-size bouquet , no real selection of fresh flowers or any selection at all. No nice wrapping. Called them a night before saying I need flowers for early morning for $40, they said I can come in. Came in at 7am- no flowers available for my budget, the one they offered me is the same that cost $10 in Safeway and Fryes (not sure how they called-cheap yellow ones)! Shocking, I didn't have time to go anywhere else..Worse experience in a flower shop in my lifetime...

This flower shop is in an area that has no other flower shops. Its decorated nicely and the folks working here are very accommodating. I was happy to find it and was pleasantly surprised that when I told them I needed something in the $30 dollar range (as thats what I would normally find) and what it was for they made an arrangement for that specific occasion while I waited which was only a few minutes. I'll use them again without doubt.

I’m a florist in Texas. Sent this place an order. My customer called and said never delivered. I tried to call them 3 days during their posted open hours and got no answer. Left several messages. Finally got them to cancel the order through the wire service. They never called to explain why not delivered. FYI, this was a plant going to a business for sympathy of the loss of a family member. Doesn’t take much effort to deliver a plant.

I placed an order for 6 balloons - as shown on the website. The delivery came with only 4 balloons and they were not secured with a heavy enough weight to accommodate for wind. Needless to say - they blew into the cactus and popped. The company is taking no responsibility What happened to customer service and be accountable? Terrible and inexcusable. Do not use La Occasion Flower Shop in Phoenix. There are so many other options.

Horrible experience. My boyfriend paid $150 for long stemmed red roses, and they sent a very very small short stemmed bouquet - then they said they would deliver same day and they didn’t deliver for 2 days so he got in trouble for forgetting our anniversary. To boot they left them outside of the door in the heat and didn’t even knock to see if I was home. Will NEVER use them again. Horrible horrible experience.

I would NEVER use ProFlowers or this place ever again. They were SEVEN days late in delivery for a bouquet of flowers that looked NOTHING like the picture. It was just all different colors of carnations, where the advertised flowers were supposed to have hydrangeas and variety of other flowers except carnations. So disappointed. I am sorry my friend had to spend 70plus dollars for my birthday flowers.

Please please please Save your money!!!!!!! You’re better off making an arrangement yourself ! The people running this shop are oblivious and literally know nothing about flowers nor how to recreate arrangements! How this place is a business still blows my mind ! You will literally waste your money deliveries late or not at all! The flowers are close to dead when they arrive . Go somewhere else .

We ordered an arrangement through 1-800-flowers 5 days before a funeral. Our order was sent to La Ocasión flower shop. The arrangement not only did not look close to what we purchased but with a requested delivery to the church by 9:30 am our arrangement along with three others were not delivered until 11:00 am half way through the service. I would be wary of ordering flowers from this florist.

My husband got me an arrangement from this establishment yesterday morning and today all the flowers were dying. The foliage in the middle was dead and the green brick in the middle holding it together was dry How is it that they didn’t even last 48 hrs? Our home is air conditioned and this has never happened when he got the arrangements at other flower shops. I’m so upset

Worst shop ever! Bought flowers for anniversary and it went bad. The flowers were wilted and half dead. The delivery driver didn't even attempt to deliver it to our apartment. He just left them at the apartment complex office. We had no idea they were even delivered. The card was printed on a receipt paper and ot was smudged and wet. Dont buy here! Bad quality and bad service!

I Placed An Order For Delievery Yesterday On 4/20. Payed 85$ and My Girlfriend Didn't Receive Them Till Today 4/21. I Didn't Get No Email Or Call From Them Saying My Order Will Be Delievered The Next Day Or ANYTHING. Plus 3 Of The Roses Are Dyn. Another Is Falling Apart. I received a bouquet of flowers from your shop fir Mothers day that had old flowers and dirty water. I called your shop and you asked to see photos so I sent them to you. You did not comment on the pictures so I texted 3 more times and you have not responed for 5 days ! Very poor quality and Customer service! I wish I had received flowers from Safeway and NOT your shop.

I ordered flowers for my best friend and they were not the flowers I ordered. I paid around $40 for my best friend to receive flowers I didn't order. I ordered through sendflowers.com and the third party that sent her the flowers brought her the wrong flower bouquet. The picture on the left is what I paid for and the picture on the right is what my best friend received.

The flowers that were supposed to be a nice surprise and was excited to send it. But when got it is was wilted broken flowers and definitely do not look even remotely close to the picture. It looked like it was made in a rush and very sloppy mostly all leaves and what flowers that were In the arrangement were abused and dying started wilt and it was not even a day old

Take a look at the photo of my flowers! What my mom ordered for me and what I got. This pic is 5 minutes after arrival on Sunday. Today 2 days later, 1/2 of them are dead. I wish I wasn’t posting this but my husband bought me a bouquet of flowers and it was the most beautiful bouquet until I got home a took them out of their wrapping paper to fix them in a vase. Then I saw the moldy rose and all the other roses that were going bad. It was the most disappointing and disgusting thing I had ever seen.

I ordered an arrangement for my daughter's birthday. I live in another state. Its an arrangements that has a puppy in it made of mums. Since I'm not there I was afraid they wouldn't take care with it and it wouldn't actually look like a puppy. But it came out so cute. They did such a good job.

Ordered a dozen long stem Roses for delivery to my wife's office through the USAA FTD app, the arrangement was beautiful and my wife and her coworkers cant stop raving about it. I'll definitely look to do business with this shop in the future.

Flowers that were delivered appear to be old. There are many with broken stems. The roses are brown on the edges. The red roses are dried out. The lilies have lost several petals. These are not acceptable. I tried to call the shop.

The roses are over priced. I paid $65 for 12 roses. The arrangement didn’t even come with baby breath. Definitely not worth it. With that price the flowers should come with baby breath. She said she would add it for me but didn’t.
