I’m a regular customer to Kushal’s. I always had a great customer experience. Mostly I visit Kushal’s store in RMZ mall. The staff response is really great. I called the customer care for some misplaced item, the staff immediately connected to me in WhatsApp and made sure I get the misplaced item from the jewel set. They could have easily said they can’t help it. But they took that extra mile to help me. I’m really happy with service and the product.

Kushals had given me amazing collections of jewellery and i am soo happy to say that it was great experience there.. I purchased my items from RMZ Galleria, Yelhanka.. Manager Mr. Shahid was also soo helpful in getting me the items and helped to me to get those items which was not in his store.. he collected all those i needed.. Thanku for ur effort.. Kushals… u r fab☺️☺️

Very pathetic jewellery, 2 out of 3 sets of earrings were broken when I came home and opened the box. 1 of them they fixed but the other one they refused to exchange. All i was asking was 1 exchange from the 2 broken. The store sales ladies are super rude. They refused to exchange broken jewelry. Really pathetic service and pathetic products.

Visited the RMZ Galleria Mall outlet. Amazing collection and superb customer experience provided by Ashwini - always smiles and does not get irritated at all with multiple requests. Shopped for the second time from this store and would definitely recommend the brand and the store.

Good Products but very poor quality of packaging. Looking like we purchased from road side. Wish to improve the quality of your packaging like your products. Very disappointed with packaging.

Amazing collection... The staff is very patient n helpful. The customer service is also great and especially Shahid's hospitality is commendable.. I always come back here for every occasion.

Mr. Shahid, the manager was really helpful and helped us get the right ornament sizes from another store in less than a day. The store collection and the service is also quite good.
