I visited Tanishq store with my family for my wife birthday gift to buy bangles. Sales person Yashaswini has showed all the new collections & variety of designs. She helped me to select fabulous designs in bangles & gave discount for the price which I have already a plan in Tanishq. My wife likes this design very much. We love Tata as a brand and trust in all parameters. I recommend my Friend and Family also. I had been here recently. It was a great experience overall. Mr. Bhuvanesh who is a retail sales officer attended me nicely like a very good professional. He meticulously listened to my requirement and suggested me accordingly. I had gone to the outlet to exchange my old gold rings and chain. The staffs are very humble and well behaved. In nutshell I can say that if some feels like purchasing ornaments he or she can visit tanishq outlet for sure. Thanks Tanishq.

मैं पिछले दिनों थानिष्क में खरीदारी के लिए गया था। मेरी 3 ग्राम की सोने की चेन खो गई। मैंने वह अगले दिन देखा। त्यौहार की रात के दौरान भीड़ के कारण मुझे इसे वापस पाने की उम्मीद नहीं थी। लेकिन फिर से ज्वैलरी में चला गया. स्टाफ और सेवा अद्भुत थी, उन्होंने लगभग 3 घंटे तक सीसीटीवी देखने का पूरा प्रयास किया और अंततः मेरी चेन वापस मिल गई। मैं केवल कर्मचारियों के समर्थन को धन्यवाद दे सकता हूं। यह भी कि आखिर तक वे मेरे साथ कैसे रहे। धन्यवाद!

Too costly. Making charges even for a basic ring is 20% which is a loot. They even charge 8% making charges for gold coin which is double loot. Other ornaments Making charges go as high as 45% (Yes, you read it right 45 damn %). Won't recommend this place. The monthly installment plans aren't flexible with paying upfront or for additional months. Lot of restrictions. Avoid.
