Easy, peasy. Didn’t even have to take my key off the ring. Used a kiosk at the grocery store. Hate going to big box hardware and waiting for the “key expert” to make copies. Received 3 custom keys delivered to my house in less than 2 weeks. They worked perfectly. The only “blip” was the fresh cut edges were not smoothed out. They were jagged and sharp. Nothing a bit of sanding didn’t take care of. But the Quality Control should catch that unless it’s all automated and there’s no handling?

The reader couldn't transfer the code to one key, didn't indicate the 1st one was set. Bought another which went ok. 2 worked one didn't. Paid full price for the 2nd / 3rd key instead of the discounted 2nd one. It's convenient to use though spent 10 minutes listening to the prompt to put the key on the reader, which made the star count 3.

I did a generic instant key at Safeway kiosk. Great BUT they wanted extra to "smooth" the edges. Come on, really? Where's your integrity, just clean it up instead of producing a sharp, jagged edge. THAT should be included and part of

I had my house key made. The end was slightly different and it doesn't work. The key enters but it won't turn. Customer service is great ,refunded and responded in less than 24 hours

Once I customized my home key I quickly got within 3-business days and it was exactly how it looked in the photo I originally chose out at my local KeyMe kiosk

The key was missing two small teeth which made unlocking the door impossible. The concept is a good idea but whatever makes the keys needs refinement.

The machine does bad work, the copies don't work. I hate this & nobody helps you, you lose your money here, not use this machine
