Wow, Ez Locksmith is the best Locksmith I've used. I will definitely comeback when I need more keys. The dealer only provided one key fob for my wife's Cadillac CTS. I sat on getting a second key fob. I then lost the key fob to my car a Dodge Avenger and I was relying on my spare one. Now needing two spare keys for our cars I decided to look for a Locksmith. Ez Locksmith gave me a great quote and I went with them. Eli quickly cut and programmed a key fob for my car. On my wife's car, I had previously noticed that the lock on the door wouldn't turn with the emergency key on the fob. I asked Eli if he could fix my lock. He checked out the lock and after troubleshooting it, he informed me that the dealer programmed a fob for my car but didn't actually cut a key for my car, it was a random key. Apparently, this is common with used dealerships. Eli made me an emergency key for my wife's car as well that fit and turned the door lock. I am extremely satisfied with the level of service and professionalism of EZ Locksmith.

Locksmith was able to unlock my car by creating a duplicate key instead of using an air bag. When my original key was not found anywhere in my car, the locksmith was able to reprogram my after market car alarm that had a kill switch and activate the original car alarm and gave me a new remote. The locksmith also gave me a spare duplicate just in case something like this happens again. First time service comes with a 10% discount. Locksmith was friendly and understanding of my situation as a college student, so he only charged me $299 (original price was about $326 with 10% discount). It cost a total of $110 without 10% discount just to unlock the car with duplicate key that you get to keep. Offered to reprogram the car alarm I had for free if my original key is ever found. Would recommend.

I needed my second 2012 Audi spare key fob program as I always used my first key. Thought it was time to get spare one program after 7 years. I’ve worked with a guy named Sapir and he was wonderful. (Sorry if I’m misspelling his name). Very knowledgeable and helped get my spare key program. At first, the programming wasn’t working and lock but Sapir figure it out. I thought at that moment I’ll need go to dealer but Sapir wasn’t going to give up and all of sudden key was recognized and programmed. I was happily impressed with his work and had great experience with him. Thank you Sapir!!

Elijah, saved my life today. I called him in the morning to schedule for him to come out and open my house. He told me to first send him a pic of my lock to be able to give me a estimate, which I loved. All the other companies were just giving me prices not knowing if they could even open my house or make me a spare. He was at my house in 15 min. Open my house door and made me extra keys on the spot in literally 10 min. Forever grateful for Elijah. I highly recommend him to the entire Bay Area.

These people are life saver!!!! They are nice, fast and professional. My neighbor was locked out and it was raining like hell but they get here (Palo Alto) in 20 min as they promised and fixed the lock in less than 5 minutes. I had an issue with my remote key fob starting and not working. I replaced the battery on the fob and still not working. I called EZ locksmith and an hour later I took my car to Elijah and he fixed my problem promptly. Apparently my dumb self had the battery on upside which is why my key didn’t work. Ben knows his stuff. Out of all the car guys I talked to he had the right answer for his approach to my 1998 Toyota Landcruiser issue I was having. He was honest, on time, helpful, and nice guy. Super awesome . I was more than 100 miles away, and my girlfriend needed to get in her car. Gieco which absolutely sucks sent 3 trucks and couldn't get into her car. I had used last year and they were super friendly and helped me pretty late in the evening getting close to their closing time. They also offer a 3-month warranty for their repairs. We called them for lock picking. Very overpriced for quick job, 2-3 minutes. I could call a carpenter take out the door, unlock the door then put it back up for that price. That way the money charged would be at least justified if not still too much. Total scam. To pick a door knob, quarter of a grand is a total scam. DONT EVER CALL THEM for service.

Called to get my Subaru’s key cut and was called back (20m) to make an appointment as this is usually a mobile service. Appointment was made instantly and the service was speedy, and done correctly. The Guy who helped me was just great. I brang in a key that Home Depot could not duplicate because it was a restricted lock. He did his best to find a matching key and duplicated it. At first it did not work. So I brought it back and he worked on it some more. This time it worked perfect. The thing is, he never charged me.
