It will ask you for a password and a lot of extra information it doesn't need. It copied my key the first time. The second time I never got my key but it did refund my money. I am really sick of American customer service. We have to check

This review is for the self service kiosk inside Tom Thumb. I got 3 copies made of my house key. Two basic brass keys and one colorful key. When I went home to try them, NONE of the keys worked in the lock at all. Do not use this kiosk

It's pretty easy process, but it charge alot, I was trying to make a duplicate key for my 2013 toyota it asked me for 85 $ and may increase if u add some more options it.

Got the job done. Took a while to make 3 separate keys. Decal selection left something to be desired but it was in a very convenient location.

KeyMe seemed quick, easy and affordable. I think the technology to view and order additional custom design keys is really neat!

It worked. Old Isuzu Trooper. Took in the key and like 8 days later had a spare key. I would do this again for sure.

Garage key copy had to have it mailed to me but arrived fast within a few days.
