Great place to get your fast food craving fix. Small but efficient little drive-thru speed establishment, with polite staff that both take your order but also handle tasks in the kitchen. Although I didn't see any hand washing from the cash handling to the back where the food is made I didn't let that deter me with how polite the staff was and how incredibly fast my food was even on a busy day and during one of their peaks times. Dinner time on Tuesday evening. Would definitely come here again, who wouldn't it's KFC come on now. 3 stars for atmosphere bc although it's bright and clean inside, the staff make for a nice atmosphere with their moods and attitudes, the restaurant however lacks a place for customers to not only eat their food but lacks in having even a place for customers who have ordered their food to sit and wait. Should be 1 star rather but I thought that might not be fair. Also, a young girl in the back cooking the chicken had a face like a piece of wood the other day when I leaned forward and looked right at her, made eye contact, and said thank you. She just looked at me with a negative blank stare almost as if to say "ugh I'm allergic to compliments stupid" haha. Face stiff like a piece of wood. WARNING ⚠️ CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE CONSUMPTION I ordered off Ubereats from this restaurant, the delivery time was about 20 minutes from the time I placed my order til it came to my house. Within that time, not only was my food cold, but the chicken was under cooked, the fries were cold and soggy, the popcorn chicken was white, cold, and not cooked. They must of shoved it in a microwave because it wasn't even cooked properly. The Flatbread was cold and had had a leaf of lettuce along with a small chicken strip that as well wasn't even cooked. The meal was so bad, Ubereats refunded me THE FULL VALUE of the meal by seeing only a picture of the chicken. As for customer service or lack of, I called this location and wanted to notify somebody that they're sending out under cooked chicken. All I ended up getting was a lady who was telling me my food was fine and that I must be imaging things. She then attempted to offer me store credit Instead of a refund, I told them I didn't trust the person who is making food and she blew up on the phone. I know fast food can be stressful but I spent 48 dollars on under cooked chicken, soggy fries, and probably stale Flatbread. Head office needs to look in at this location and the city food inspector needs to audit this place so they stop sending out under cooked chicken and make sure these cooks have their food handlers certificate. In short don't eat from this location, unless you want to re-cook your meal.

Ordered delivery for dinner - 3 popcorn chicken bowls, a bucket of chicken, 2 large sides, a large gravy, 3 pops and a chocolate chip cookie. The order took almost 2 hours to deliver, when it got here, the driver insisted we check the order in front of him to make sure it was correct, which it was not. 1 popcorn chicken bowl, all of the pops, 2/3 large sides and the cookie were missing, The driver checked his car and didn’t have the missing items, so we said he would go back to the store to get them. I called the store to let them know that there were missing items and that the driver would be returning to get them. The teenager working there was extremely ignorant, she yelled over the phone that the order was correct, I insisted it was not, she proceeded to yell and call me a liar. I asked for the store owners info and she told me she owned the store. I proceeded to tell her I would just come down and get the items, she told me I wasn’t allowed to do that. The situation was only rectified because I do not live far and ended up going in person to the store. I still didn’t receive all of my items - the pops and the cookie she said would have to be delivered with the driver.. 0/10 for the service, I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant.

I asked" May I have 2 Four piece MEALS. I asked about salad. He told me I don't get salad. He gave me 2 Four piece COMBOS. I told him I wanted meals. He said that's the combo. That's not the meal. He said most people want the combo as the meal. He called me Mam and basically said I was wrong. I asked if he could fix it. so he asked for the cook to come out and then he went to the back to complain. He came out and charged me 4.52 cents for th 2 little salad. It is only a dollar something between a combo and meal. The fries were terrible. They looked like the last of the potato. I haven't had KFC in a while and I decided to buy it for my family and to tell you the truth we were all pretty disappointed with it. I bought us a 12 piece bucket with 2 sides - coleslaw and macaroni salad and 2 large fries with one large gravy. The chicken was the biggest disappointment of the whole meal, it was both soggy and not crispy and out of 12 pcs only 2 pcs were breast meat? The meal mostly comprised of wings, drumsticks and mini thighs. Terrible! The side salads are a joke! They are the size of mini gravy containers maybe 3 bites worth each! Pathetic! I asked for a large gravy and got two small gravy containers instead?! Horrible! The only things worth mentioning were the fries, they were good! All in all its not worth the $30+ dollar price tag and to be honest its not a lot of bang for your buck, more like a fizzle!

Terrible service here by the manager. I placed an order around 630 pm and the order came at 750pm. The promised delivery time on the receipt was 712pm. The food was cold and the fries were not fully cooked and saugy. I called the store and spoke to the "manager" and she had it remade. When it was delivered we got the good by 815 and half the order was missing. So I called again and requested a refund and it's been 2 hours and we don't want the food at this point. She refused us a refund and lied about being able get the refund by going through online. She was very snotty. I called the customer line and they are having the DM contact us and I hope that the DM contacts because we order from this location frequently.

I use to go there for many years then their standards fell, I was getting uncooked chicken on two different times and at the owners two locations, so I decided not to back. I decided to go back after two years, figuring they have their stuff together. I called the store directly to place a pick-up. I was `placed on hold three different times. finally someone came on the line and took my order. my friend went to pick it up and his name was there but no order was taken. so I was on the phone giving a pick-up order to a girl and she was pretending to place it. and people wonder why I will not go back again. I will also tell my friends of the experience that I had and hope they do not purchase from that store.

First off food was cold. The chicken looks like it’s yesterdays chicken or been under hot light for a day. It was so over cooked the skin crumbled in your hands it’s so greasy. No ramp.. how do you expect disabilities or moms with strollers to come into your restaurant? No buttons to push for automatic doors to open for these reasons. And not a single staff will help! I have had two deliveries from this franchisee, first time, it was sent back and they redid it. Tonight after two attempts I got the food after phoning for it three times it was to be delievered at 8:14 it came after the store told me they had already been here, and it was the same food cold and soggy, after all the 8:14 delivery became 8:45 pm. it was 45 minutes of cold. Once is acceptable, twice is out of the question they should be reported to the health department. This is chicken! I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM HERE.

Ordered the 14 piece dinner twice. Specially instructed for my order to have no wings or legs. Asked for utensils and contenments. Recieved extra wings with my 14 piece dinner and white meat which I asked for all dark meat. I considered that maybe my first order was a mistake and ordered the same thing again with the same result. KFC is not cheap anymore by any means and I think I'm not asking for to much. Used to love this location but the last few times we've ordered and picked up I have NOT been impressed. Last time I ordered ( not a cheap order) was Dec 23/20. They told me the order would be ready for 5:50 pm and I still had to wait another 20 mins after I showed up. Then when I got home the large popcorn chicken tasted like rubber and the 20 piece bucket was so overcooked that the skin wasn't even crispy it was hard as rock. $65.00 spent and it was not worth it, think I will try Popeyes

Got an order off skip that was wrong kfc did nothing about it because it was order through skip. My family now orders off kfc.ca which had missing items so then kfc added us to "the book". Very quick, no lineup last night ( on a Friday evening). Great service. Very please with my experience here. We ordered the chicken tenders. Highly suggested if you haven't tried these yet, our #1 fav here. They also have 4 slices of cheese cake for $6 (or something close to that) and my husband is a big fan of their cheese cake. It's individually packaged and Easy to take to work or school this way. Bottom line, great quick service at this location, with great food. 10/10

Came here on a Friday night. Not too busy, but what caught my eye was the amount of hygienic mistakes that were made. The girl at the counter was handling my food & money without washing her hands. I heard a microwave in the back when I ordered my food. The old Lady in the back was touching the IPAd and handling my food without gloves and also didn't wash her hands. Food was alright at best. I got the mighty bucket for 1. Really filled me up. Good deal they have going on.

We have ordered several times from this location and everyone is helpful in suggesting the best value for your $. and when I come to pick up the order it is just packed and everything is hot. They ask if you want utensils and condiments with the order and pack the salads separate to the hot foods - very nice as the heat doesn't effect the salads. Not ever restaurant does that. We highly recommend this location and thank the staff for their happy attitude and service.

Ordered from skip the dishes and the order got there the fries were cold half of the fries were gone out of the medium sized the chicken sandwiches were both cold I was charged an extra $1.39 for a thing of gravy that was supposed to cost only $2 extra I got a bottle of or a can of pop instead of the the fountain drink for the same price overall in all not a good experience will never go back to this Kentucky fried chicken again. And it cost me over $30

Horrible customer service experience. I placed my order through Skip the Dishes and it was wrong. It feels like if you place an order through a third party the restaurant gives you the bad pieces. The chicken was greasy, that it soaked through the box and the gravy was missing. The chicken was undercooked and small portion sizes. I called the restaurant and the manager didn't come to the phone to apologize and made his staff relay the message.

Placed my order online and went to pick it up. 4 people were inside so I was told I had to wait outside. The 4 people waiting were all together and their order took quite a while to prepare. Now my food is cold. Perhaps people who’ve ordered could be asked to kindly wait in their vehicle while it’s prepared, rather than them standing inside people watching all the others standing here with me waiting for their online orders. Get it together.

If you’re a delivery driver with Uber Eats, Skip, or DoorDash, make sure you have an insulated bag with you or else you’ll just waste your time. I went there earlier this evening to pick up an order to make a delivery, unfortunately I had to cancel because the people there said that I needed to have an insulated bag to do so. There was no sign anywhere that said anything about that.

The chicken was not fresh, I’ve ordered from here a few times to be disappointed over and over again if I order from a fast food place I expect it to be fresh and not day old chicken that’s dried up. Once I order a chicken sandwich and it was taken out of the freezer........ I’m pretty sure they aren't allowed to even serve frozen chicken KFC inspects should really start paying more attention to how this place is being run.

The staff at this location are always so chatty and cheerful, I assumed it must be because they smell delicious fried chicken all day. But then I started taking note of staff-attitude at other KFC locations; and concluded that it's not the smell of KFC, but the positive attitude of the (Slightly) older lady that's rubbing off on the younger employees that work there.

I Ordered plant based sandwich through skip the dishes today. The patty was full of oil. As i was eating, the oil was dripping all over me. I think they did my order in hurry that’s why they didn’t even wait to drain the oil from the patty. It was the second time they ruined my order but from now i am skipping this location. Also they didn’t even packed the sandwich properly.

Karen at the store this evening failed to provide me with customer service this evening as my fave covering wasn’t up to their standards. As far as I’m aware a face covering is permitted when placing a “to go” order. This will be the last time I visit/support your chain as the service from what seemed to be a manger was sub par. I just ordered food from here on "skip the dishes" and the store is not far from my home. The food was already cold and one of my pieces of chicken looks like they left it on a barbecue too long and it was welding to the bars. Their chicken is priced expensive and you would think that the chicken would be cooked properly. Seriously not impressed.

My wife ordered well ahead for her order. She was told the order would be ready at a certain and of course it wasn’t. Much later. Why advertise order ahead and skip the line if they don’t know what that means. How can you skip the line and have to wait in it for another 10-15 minutes. Spend a few extra moments and go to another location.

The only KFC in town that gives you a fresh cooked Big Crunch every time. Great staff but I'm really disappointed with the way KFC cuts their chicken now, pieces are too small/collect too much grease on small surface area. The best location in Hamilton. I can't believe Barton st location is even open still, terrible over there!

The delivery driver is so nice! Unfortunately the in-store staff are as equally rude and difficult. When I called to report an order issue I was 'accidentally' hung up on twice and never offered an apology. (They seemed angry that I had the nerve to complain that my order was wrong). Terrible customer service on that end.

This is hit or miss depending on day and time. The food is usually good, but I highly suggest you check your orders before leaving. Also have found that if you are ordering delivery online they not only charge you the $5 delivery fee but then charge you tax separately on that delivery fee.

Best KFC branch. Lady who works at the counter is absolutely polite and wonderful. Their chicken is made clean and crunchy very good. Best of all, their doors open inward so you dont need to use your hands just push with feet to open and exit using another door.

They used to cut a full chicken into nine pieces. Now they cut the same size chicken 12 ways. This is a rip-off by every measure. They even admit to this on their website. Notice the ribs and thighs. Half the size of Popeyes and Mary Brown's. Same price though.

Over 1 hrs for delivery, part of the order missing,most of the rest was cold. Customer Service was no help. After 3 calls and a few promises.... no one from KFC has done anything including a callback. It should be 0 stars... Do not order from this locale!!!!

They recently renovated this KFC, so it is clean and bright. It is pick-up only. There is no where to eat in. The staff are beyry friendly and efficient. If it is busy, the service van be a bit slow, bit then the chicken will be nice and hot, freshly cooked.
