very rude and so mean no patience at all ----------- First of all, thank you very much for your wishes to my delivery. That was warm. As you already know i was there picking flowers for my delivery, which should have been a day full of happiness. But i have to say that this was in fact the worst shopping experience of mine in the past four years in Montreal. You said i was rude - that was so ridiculous. You could say i spent too long for deciding what i should take in your shop which may make you unhappy. But i had no idea i had done anything wrong untill you speak to me in that rude way. Please remember that you are the onwer of a flower shop but not everyone is a flower person. I'm actually not a flower person so maybe i spent longer time than others to decide what to buy and how to match. You may be an expert of flowers but not everyone is clear how to describe the state of the flowers using 'your' words, especially for nonnative speakers. I have said to you that i would like to purchase 10 tulips and i would like to take something else with the 10. You didn't help me deciding how to match the color or type of the flowers, which was totally fine to me, but instead blaming me using the wrong word to describe your flowers with a very very very bad tone. And you said you didn't hear me saying that i wanted the 10 tulips, which was again shocked me. Your whole words and behaviour make me feel that you only serve for people who know flowers well. Based on what I said i think the rating scheme of Google maps is totally a great idea. I've been using it for years and this was the first time leaving such a comment.

I had 2 encounters with this business. The first time the lady was positively lovely and I told her if needed flowers would return to her which I did. I wanted something special for my 96 yr old grandma in the hospital. I picked from the online catalog. This showed 3 versions. I chose the medium and it looked full and big and beautiful WITH A PINK ribbon. Well it came to hospital and for an order of 100$ granted10 was for delivery with no bow. The amount of flowers I could have picked up from a supermarket for 1/3 the price . I was mortified because it looked cheap and this was not special for my grandma. When I told others what I paid they all responded you are not serious.."for that amount of flowers" and no bow. I called the lady and asked about the bow at the very least and she said Ribbons are tacky. I said WELL NOT TO MY GRANDMOTHER it would not have been. Anyways I am so sad because for the price this was not fair and my grandma did not even get a pink ribbon.I would post a picture but I do not see an add photo option.

Bought a bouquet for my significant other and the lady (I’m guessing the owner?) who prepared it for me did a wonderful job! Even though I had a rather tight budget, she made sure to prepare a bouquet that would best suit my taste and my significant other’s by asking me questions and engaging with me while she was making the bouquet. She also made sure that I knew all the proper care for the bouquet, which to me shows that she cares about what she is doing! The result was a lovely bouquet that my SO absolutely loved I will definitely be visiting this flower shop next time I need flowers or small plants!

This shop is run by the kindest and sweetest couple ever. Every time I have visited them, it truly feels like I'm going to visit family. They have been in this business for over 30 years and know what they are doing. My mom and wife have always loved the bouquets I've gotten from this shop. I've been wanting to write this review for ages. They even went out of their way to help with my proposal to my wife a few years ago and our wedding flowers too. Beautiful quaint shop - highly recommended!

We live in Dubai and this was our first time ordering with Jardin de Roses; I couldn't be more thrilled...efficient service and the most amazing experience! Even on a hectic day like Mother's Day, the owner went over and above the call of duty, and was able to deliver the most beautiful flowers to our mom in Montreal on the same day. I would recommend this flower shop without hesitation to all our friends and family. Well done and thank you again!!

I regularly get my houseplants here! The women who runs the shop is so wonderful and easy to chat with. They have a great variety of plants that are well cared for, and they are happy to offer advice and care tips, rooted in their own experiences with the plants. Most recently got my Prayer plant, and red Croton (on the side) from there, both are so happy in their new home!

My mother loved flowers so for her funeral I ordered two bouquets. The bouquets were breathtaking! Everyone commented on how beautiful the flowers were. The florist took extra care and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect.

The service is impeccable , easy and quick. The lady didn’t had the style ordered but she went above and beyond with a substitute bouquet. Thank you. I recommend this place 100%.

Nice flowers, but the lady has gotten an attitude! overall, everything was good. She made my order really nice! So I'll definitely go back there!
