Delivered on time with good packaging & perfect taste. . Their signature Umami wrap…. Karaage chicken strips, our secret sauce, and shredded lettuce all wrapped in a tortilla. Double Beast box…8 pieces of Japanese marianted Karaage Chicken Strips, french fries, 2 Japang Mayos, 3 burger buns, and 2 coleslaws Chicken Sriracha Submarine combo… Creamy avocado, crunchy cucumber slices, Karaage chicken strips, and homemade Sriracha mayo all in a submarine bun along with french fries and 2 pieces of Karaage chicken strips. I ordered online from FRYD and I was disappointed. There were 2 things that are obvious: 1. The "crispy" skin of the chicken would fall apart from my chicken and I had to eat them both separately. Which means, the chicken batter they used for frying the chicken broke or is too thin. I recommend fixing that because it doesnt make sense that you market crispy chicken but all I get is soggy chicken bits with skin that falls off. 2. If you are offering flavors for the chicken, commit to it. One of the cardinal rules about applying any sort of spice to fried chicken, is that the spices should be added right after the chicken is friend on the hot oil for the spice to stick. However, I got the spices separately for me to sprinkle on the chicken which DOES. NOT. WORK. Thanks, H.

Disgusting. We found hair in one of the chicken bites. When I tried to contact the restaurant, the person on the phone said that it was not Japang but a different restaurant. I check their google business account again but it was the same number I called. Not sure if the person just said it was a different restaurant to avoid the complaint or the number they published is wrong which just makes no sense. Anyway, posting to let people know and for the restaurant to be aware of this. This is unaaceptable and very unhygienic specially for a restaurant. Wont be ordering again.

i ordered a double beast box with chicken tenders and fries. the fries tasted good and is a good 3.2, however the breading for the chicken was falling off and tasteless and the chicken lacked seasoning even though we ordered spicy. aside from the breading of the tenders, the chicken was well cooked and tender and delicious when eaten with a bun and coleslaw like a sandwich. overall i give it a 3 since the fries are good and the chicken is OK. Probably there is other menu item which are better but the coating of the tenders is an issue and should be tasty.

Came across this delivery only place on Instagram @japang.uae and was intrigued to try their special Japanese Karaage style Chicken.. Everything came securely packed with lots of sides to accompany their delicious food. The Karaage Chicken was absolutely mindblowing to say the least, I usually don’t crave fried chicken but this is one I shall be going back for more. Their Yakitori Burgers were also super spicy and large in quantity.. Must try this place if you’re bored of the same fried chicken places and this is no ordinary chain!

We ordered from deliveroo the order was missing many items and we reported to deliveroo they didn’t help and the customer service was very bad also food came very cold and dry i use to order before was fine now they are very bad quality and removing items from your order ( 6 pieces of chicken was missing)

For some reason, I cant seem to find the abu dhabi branch here in google maps. But anyway, I got a voucher from talabat and tried ordering from this restaurant. I ordered the OG Sliders Spicy. There’s more bread than the chicken fillet. The fillet itself was hard and kinda taste like reheated.

That was terrible experience. I was waiting my food for 2 hour 30 minutes. Can someone imagine ?)) and finally when it came it was cold and tasteless.... nothing special at all !!! Even sauce, was just a mayo... I’m very disappointed with such service unfortunately. At least they could tell me before that they can not deliver in proper time !!!

They took the order back saying that it was a wrong order and didn’t send anything back . And they didn’t even respond to the call after that . Worst service ever I should have checked their reviews earlier . Don’t order from them

Worse experience ever, never had such negative experience with a restaurant. Too promising and they logged in the app that the order was delivered while it wasnt, lies abouut delivery being on the way while it wasnt we ended up driving through to nearest drive thru from McDonalds while they were still calling and making excuses

We ordered food at 6pm, after chasing and calling restaurant finally delivered after two hours but to our shock they delivered stale and smelly food. Soggy burgers..soggy fries..soggy chicken and it was horrible..burgers smelled stale..spoiled and rotten..They delivered rotten food guys and that too during covid19 pandemic ..

Sooo we ordered Japang from Mix N Match. I loved it. It tastes unique compare to other chicken tenders. The food arrived fresh and hot. Loved that the quantity of fries is enough for a fries lover like me! And the size if the chicken tenders are great and really tasty! Their sauces are also great!

I absolutely love Japang's food!!!! constantly ordering from this place. I'm meant to vegetarian but I can't help myself hahah! thankyou for the yummy food and ruining my vegetarian lifestyle!!!!!!!!!!!!

Super delicious very friendly staff. I ordered many days in a row and the restaurant called me to ask for feedback on the service and how was the quality of the food and offered me a 30% discount on my next order. Lovely restaurant.

We tried Japang for the first time and really loved it. The chicken is for very different from the usual2 Chicken franchises. Do try their wraps and Sliders as well you'll love it and Jalapeño Popers are a must try.

"Are you team Fried or Grilled?!" I love the quick and affordable lunch by @japang.uae. Simple and delicious ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fried chicken strips crispy and well marinated with pickled cucumber and served with jasmin rice.

Although i ordered my wrap spicy it was not spicy at all. Seasoning of the tenders and the chicken is plain. Other than that delivery was on time

I wouldn't recommend it at all, the basic seasoning of the chicken is not there, tha crust which should have alot of flavour is tasteless, the only reason for the two stars maybe for the fries only.

Ordered the Single beast box, through deliveroo. The chicken is crispy and well seasoned, Not dry at all. The fries Are also crispy and well seasoned. Would order again

Ordered through Zomato. Restaurant took more than an hour to prepare the wrap. And chicken strips and fries were cold and soggy. Never recommend this place to anyone.

Although we are regular customers today we got the sandwich and it was extremely soggy with the coleslaw sauce dripping everywhere
